Reception & restaurant staff were helpful, but housekeeping is rather poor : didn't replenish tea/ coffee as well as hand soap, left previous customer's hair in bath and had to be asked to clean up room.
Shower is very weak, so not great for hot summer days.
Breakfast is ok. Restaurant staff are cheerful and helpful.
Overall ok, but not good value for money.

Tout est juste trouvé. La chambre est spacieuse et propre. Le personnel est ami et utile. Le petit déjeuner est bon. Il serait préférable d'avoir plus de variété. Très bonne valeur pour l'argent. Une chose est que je suis réveillé quelques fois pour un son inconnu sur le mur du lit attaché à lui.

Air con couldn’t be lowered below 18 c.
Shower facility clean and functioning.Water pressure low and no shower head variable settings.
Wi fi shut down in the morning….caused a few problems
Breakfast offering most satisfactory.Shame there were no fried eggs on offer.Quality of hot food acceptable.But not up to Premier Inn standard.Need better coffee beans for machine.OJ was over-diluted.
Overall good value….would use again.

C'est un très bel hôtel, bien situé et avec une bonne ambiance. J'avais deux lits dans ma chambre, ce qui était bien. Mais j'ai été déçu par leur service, j'ai dû rester à la réception pendant un certain temps avant de pouvoir m'enregistrer, et c'était dû au fait que je n'avais pas assez de temps pour travailler. Je n'ai même pas pu acheter une tasse de café parce que la personne qui servait au bar faisait le ménage et ne pouvait pas me vendre de café avant de retourner faire le ménage. C'était très décevant pour moi et cela m'a donné une mauvaise impression de l'hôtel à partir de ce moment-là.

Nous faisions un voyage en voiture autour de Londres et devions prendre l'avion tôt le matin le lendemain. Ce Ramada est mon hôtel personnel le plus recommandé à tous ceux qui se trouvent dans la même situation que nous.
L'enregistrement s'est très bien passé, l'auto-enregistrement s'est fait directement à la réception. Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable. La chambre est propre et j'ai pu obtenir tout ce dont j'avais besoin.
Le seul point insatisfait était l'odeur étrange, dont je ne sais pas d'où elle venait.

Surprenant, très bien, rentable, n'avait pas d'attentes particulières de Marriott, et se sont installés sur la route un jour, mais en fait les enfants se sont bien amusés et ne se sont pas précipités pour partir, c'est vraiment un country golf club, à ciel ouvert frais , Le pommier regorge de fruits.

La place est magnifique. Situé sur la rue où se trouvent toutes les banques, magasins, supermarchés et restaurants. La cathédrale de St Albans est juste située à l'autre côté de l'hôtel. Pour les équipements, il serait toutefois préférable qu'ils puissent fournir un conditionneur capillaire.

Original Tudor hall with many original features which compare favourably to any that you might see in a National Trust property - especially the two incredible fireplaces. Great views towards central London from the terrace at the back.
Staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Room was large, well furnished, and quiet (as I think would be all the hotel as in large grounds). Shame that pond was drained.
Annex at the back where the bedrooms are not very sympathetic design to the rest of the stunning hotel, and the gym could be better furnished. I think that Laura Ashley was involved in the interior design. Some reviews say that it is a bit down at it heels, but I didn't think so - more of a lived in air which made me feel more at ease. Looks of quirky design features which work well in a sort of 1960s New Avengers way, but I didn't like the fake wood pattern wallpaper in the bar as it cheapens the glorious fireplace next to it. My daughter loved sitting in one of the James Bond super villain blue chairs in the bar - she moaned that she didn't have our cat with her to complete the effect.
We booked this for not much more than the local Premier Inn that I normally stay at - but this is in completely a different league.

IInvitéWe (family of 5) stayed in the family room as we had an early flight from Stansted in the morning. We emailed Julie with our arrival time and she had everything prepared for us including an additional camping bed in the room. We were greeted warmly and showed around our and the breakfast room. Julie even went as far to place boy/girl napkins on the table for us which was very sweet. The room itself was lovely - large enough for 5 of us and our luggage. Beds were comfy and we had good hot water and biscuits/hot drinks. The location is perfect for Stansted, it took us less than ten minutes to get to the Mid Stay car park but note that if you're in the Long Stay it's a longer journey. Another advantage is that they will let you park your car on-site for a small fee, and you can then taxi to and from the airport which is only a few minutes (we will definitely do this next time as it's considerably cheaper than the airport car parks). Breakfast was amazing - since we left early we weren't that hungry but they had a huge variety of cereals, bread/crumpets, yoghurts, drinks, cereal bars, cheese, fruit ... the list goes on. Price was also very affordable especially for larger families as we could book a single room vs. having to book two (most places are max. occupancy of four). Many thanks and hope to see you soon!

PPlayful+JoyfulThe hotel staff said that he couldnt find my booking although I provided my booking reference and voucher and request 15 pounds for Early check in and charged my account 51 pounds in total. Although I kept saying I booked via Trip.com and paid while I booked the hotel online. It was a prepaid booking. I am so disappointed that the hotel sent me the invoice & receipt on 14 March but I was told I would get the balance of receipt and I would be charged the early check in fee 15 pounds only, the accommodation fee after I checked out at 12pm on March 15. On March 15, when I was checking out, I checked with another staff who was on duty, he said the hotel didn’t charge my card, but the agency card, it was acceptable. Unfortunately, on my bank statement I found that the hotel charged my card for all. And it was really disappointed because they didnt really dealed with my questions and my situation. I did double pay for the accommodation to Trip. Com and the Primier Inn Richmanworth.

HHorrid HenryHôtel simple et pas cher assez proche de l'aéroport. Je n'y suis resté qu'une nuit pour prendre un vol tôt le lendemain. Pas de chichi, tout a bien fonctionné. La chambre sentait un peu dégoûtant lorsque je suis entré pour la première fois, mais tout allait bien 10 minutes après avoir ouvert la fenêtre.
Pas facile d'accès en transports en commun - Il faut prendre un taxi si vous y laissez votre voiture car les bus sont peu fréquents et peu pratiques d'accès.
L'enregistrement s'est bien passé, le personnel était occupé à regarder quelque chose et m'a ignoré alors j'ai juste laissé la clé sur le bureau.
A proximité d'une station service pour acheter de la nourriture et autres.

AAndy_CNUKThis hotel is very conveniently located for access to and from the M1 (which is why I chose it). The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars for location is because if you fancy taking a stroll into the nearby village, perhaps for a pub meal and a drink, then the footpath is non- existent in places and you need to be careful in the dark. But that's not the hotel's fault and as the hotel is clearly set up for travelling business customers, I suppose most people would just drive a couple of minutes to the local pubs (which were more lively than the hotel bar). Aside from that, everything else was fine. The staff were all helpful and polite and the breakfast was delicious and filling. And the room was fine too. Overall, this hotel worked well for me on this occasion and I am happy to recommend it
