Hôtels avec avec petit déjeuner à Merseyside, Royaume-Uni

Bon - Le bureau frontal était poli et utile et nous a aidé à récupérer le thé et le toilette. La chambre était propre, mais les mattresses et les autres points étaient très inconfortables. Bad - Le design de la chambre avait une bizarre photo AI comme un papier de paroi. Pas de plug dans le bain, donc douche n'était qu'option. Le lit était censé être roi, mais il était 2 petites matraques sur une base de taille roi. Très inconfortable essayer de dormir quand ils continuent à glisser. La chambre que nous étions dans (109) était directement au-dessus d'un pub et il n'y a pas de preuve de son, vous pouvez entendre Cheryl'a mauvaise version karaoke de gime un homme à 2h, comme vous êtes là dans la chambre avec elle. Globalement - Nous n'avons pas payé trop pour être trop bouleversés mais le personnel était grand mais l'entreprise a besoin de nettoyer, de réparer et de faire des améliorations considérables aux chambres comme obtenir la bonne madrague de taille serait un début.

The hotel & bar was great, we had a side room with a joining door, you could hear everything from the next door guests which you felt you had no privacy also we heard alot of noise from 6am every morning, road sweepers , rubbish Lorrie’s, glass collections etc… and the ballards made a warning announcement when vehicles going in and out so ask for an inside room if your a light sleeper, don’t waste your money with the restaurant very disappointed, empty restaurant to be refused an evening meal at 7.30pm told to go back later, breakfast terrible we arrived in with plenty of time of the opening hours, but staff could not be any ruder, they just wanted to be finished which was very off putting & made you feel uncomfortable, turning toaster off 15 mins before closure, food standard very poor & very poor availability of fresh cooked food, We stayed 3 nights and after our experience of breakfast & evening meal, I cancelled the breakfast for the next 2 mornings, plenty of great places to eat around.

La Liner est dans une grande localisation, le personnel était agréable mais a dû faire la queue pour se rendre, la chambre était adéquate et propre, bien que rien de spécial, le piston était loin du mur à l'arrivée, mais cela a été réparé rapidement. Le petit déjeuner était adéquat mais il serait dévoré si le retour était possible, car il y avait de meilleures options au niveau local.

I chose this hotel as it was close to an event we were due to attend which was unfortunately cancelled, but we managed to find our way around to alternative places. The hotel was perfect, great decor, spotlessly clean, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was plentiful and they even supplied little bags to take some snacks, I took an apple to keep me going later. Our only regret was that we didn't stop at the wonderful looking pub opposite. Next time.

很棒的酒店，位置在利物浦港邊上，中心位置，出門就是美惠三女神，去這裏大部份景點都可以步行半小時範圍內到達。酒店設施符合歐洲五星標準，服務人員很友善，特別是門口的老爺爺，穿着笑容都很紳士。下次來利物浦還會住這家酒店！

We visited a few back but the hotel has really sorted things out with brand new bathrooms the bar area is excellent and cheap everyone was really friendly and helpful

Brilliant hotel; excellent location (just 10 min walk to Albert dock/Liverpool ONE), free parking, lovely views, friendly staff, comfy bed, great room amenities right down to the biscuits. We'll be back!

It was lovely being in Liverpool it’s a nice place and the hotel too buh some delay on house keeping and I didn’t like where my room was located,they should give a chance of opting a preference..
