Thank you so very much for your personalised hospitality and being so accommodating during our stay. What struck us the most was the kindest customer service and professionalism that the team and especially Peach have provided us. The ability to communicate and be understood is invaluable especially when one is travelling. We will return again in the near future. Thank you once again for doing your utmost and showing attention to care in all areas and that was evident even before we arrived.

The most comfortable bed I’ve ever had in a hotel. We had some of the best sleep during our stay. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, with plenty of pillows and soft, high-quality linens. The room itself was spacious, quiet, and very well soundproofed, with lots of space to store luggage and personal items, plus many useful amenities. The entire hotel has a modern, clean design and is kept in excellent condition. The staff were very kind, professional, and spoke English, which made everything easy. They even provided umbrellas free of charge when it rained, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel bar also deserves a mention. The service was excellent, the drinks were very good, and the parfaits were delicious. Since parfaits are very popular locally in Sapporo, I definitely recommend trying one here. The location is convenient too: just a short walk from Susukino and the Sapporo city center, close to the station by a few metro stops, and easy to reach by taxi. Overall, this Marriott was a real gem. Because of such a pleasant experience here, I’ll definitely consider staying at other Marriott Courtyard hotels in the future.

Welcoming reception, very friendly service staff telling us direction to the departure gates and where to shop and dine. Excellent access to departure gates all under cover and within short walking distance Hotel provided trolley for us to use for checking in at the airport, leaving us at ease. TV set showing flight status helping us on track with schedules especially important when we’re returning to a typhoon prone country. Spacious and clean room with complimentary access to Onsen are most valued

Exceptional Private Onsen & Hokkaido Flavors. Overall Impression: A perfect blend of convenience and cozy. Despite the bustling atmosphere and classic, dark decor, the private onsen and dining experience make this a standout choice in the area. Hightlights: The room: Spacious with beautiful wooden floors and a private outdoor onsen. Soaking in the heat while snow falls is pure magic. Features like the ”His&Her” sinks and an in-room massage chair make our stay more comfortable. All complimentary in the room adds a thoughful touch. Dining: The buffet offers and impressive variety of local dishes alongside beautifully plated mains. Even when busy, the staff sustematically managed the seating, ensuring we enjoyed the stunning winter views comfortably. The Hokkaido cheese pizza and dessert are absolute must-tries. Location and Service: Perfectly situated in the heart of the sightseeing district, with famous sweet shop right nearby. The complimentary valet parking and polight, perfessional staff made our stay seamless. Observations: Atmosphere: The common areas can feel a bit crowded due to its popularity. Design: The room interiors are a bit outdated and lean toward very dark tones, and notably, Netflix is not available on the in-room TV. Note: Windows are fixed; ventilation is managed via the onsen balcony door. Verdict: Highly recommended for foodies and onsen lovers who want to be the center of the action.

Nicely renovated hotel. Unfortunately staff are new and surprising not many front desk staff can converse in English.  Breakfast was good with many choices. However, we couldnt eat most of the time as my family has to go for activities early like skiing and local tours. The cafe  staff allows us to start breakfast before the opening time but an English speaking lady with a coat turned up one morning and stopped us from starting breakfast early before the opening time. She was so rude and told us wait till 630 before we can touch the food! I dont see why we cannot start with cereals that was already on display.  I will return to stay as the hotel is new, rooms are large and the onsen is clean and comfortable. There was a gym and laundry facilities too

I had an enjoyable stay at Akan Yuku no Sato Tsuruga. The hotel offers a relaxing atmosphere and is a wonderful place to experience the beauty of Lake Akan. The service was excellent throughout my stay. The staff were warm, attentive, and professional, always greeting guests with a smile and making every interaction pleasant. Their hospitality really enhanced the overall experience. The onsen facilities were one of the highlights of the hotel. They are spacious, beautifully designed, and have a luxurious feel, offering a great variety of indoor and outdoor baths. The only minor drawback was that the top-floor outdoor bath did not appear to be as clean as the other baths. Overall, the onsen experience was still great. The room was a little on the compact side, but it was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, I had a great stay and Akan Yuku no Sato Tsuruga is a great choice in Lake Akan.

Nous avons séjourné ici 7 nuits, ce qui est un peu long pour Sapporo. Cependant, le temps étant exécrable avec d'importantes chutes de neige, nous avons apprécié notre séjour à l'hôtel malgré la neige. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent et nous l'attendions avec impatience chaque matin, car il propose une grande variété de plats, de quoi toujours trouver son bonheur. Tout le personnel est très aimable et accueillant, en particulier les deux chefs expérimentés qui préparent les ramen et les omelettes. Nous avions également inclus l'accès au spa dans le prix de notre chambre, ce qui nous a permis de profiter d'un agréable moment de détente chaque soir (même s'il ne s'agit pas d'une source thermale). En face de l'hôtel se trouve un petit centre commercial, BIVI, avec de bons restaurants, un café sympathique (Gentle Bagel) et une supérette. Même les jours de fortes chutes de neige, on peut s'y divertir sans problème. Le bâtiment B1 propose un service de blanchisserie très pratique à des prix raisonnables. Si votre budget le permet, vous pouvez opter pour la formule chambre seule (sans petit-déjeuner ni spa), qui est très avantageuse et que nous recommandons vivement.

Le paysage de l'hôtel est vraiment magnifique, avec vue sur le lac d'un côté, vue sur la mer de l'autre et vue sur la montagne de l'autre. Marcher dans la neige pendant trois heures pour voir le paysage m'a rendu heureux physiquement et mentalement. Les enfants skient dans la station de ski de l'hôtel🎿. Il y a peu de monde et il n'y a pas lieu de s'inquiéter pour la sécurité. Il existe deux types de petit-déjeuner, de style occidental et japonais. J'ai essayé les deux et ils sont très bons. Il n'y a pratiquement aucun endroit où manger pour déjeuner et prendre un verre, mais il y a une boulangerie au premier étage. Le pain fraîchement sorti du four est très bon et vous pouvez également acheter un gâteau pour le thé de l'après-midi. Vous devez réserver à l'avance pour un restaurant pour le dîner. Bien que le prix soit cher, l'environnement et le service sont très bons.

Brand new, modern hotel with everything u need for an escape to the Furano countryside. A small shop, a bakery, an excellent restaurant, an onsen/spa, a small functional gym with dumbbells up to 20kg, a bench and a cable machine. The room was superbly furnished and spacious. The staff were friendly and fluent in English. Breakfast was good enough for its price. I will definitely return to this hotel if i revisit Furano again

Très bon séjour à l'hôtel en famille avec un accueil dès la sortie de la station de bus (possibilité d'avoir un parking gratuit avec une voiture). L'hôtel, ses installations et ses équipements ont été présentés en détail au moment du check-in. La chambre était spacieuse et bien équipé avec un bain privatif avec vue. Les lits et les futons sont confortables et un Yukata, ainsi qu'un pyjama sont fournis pour se baigner dans la tradition japonaise. Les sources chaudes de l'hôtel étaient très grandes avec plusieurs bassins donc un bassin extérieur. L'hôtel propose également des snacks et des boissons gratuitement dans le lounge à la sortie des sources chaudes. Cependant, le repas était un peu décevant car je suis resté sur ma faim et j'ai connu d'autres hôtels avec des meilleurs repas.
