Nous avons séjourné pendant une nuit et cette propriété a dépassé les attentes. Il est très bien géré et le service est si personnalisé, de qui vous prenez le bus à la ville pour les allergies que vous avez, tous les membres du personnel prennent note de vos préférences. La cuisine est très saine et saisonnière.

Modern Comfort with Exceptional Service. We recently stayed at this brand new hotel for 3 nights and was thoroughly impressed. As someone who travels frequently and appreciated good design and hospitality, this property hit all the right notes. The ambience & Room: The hotel features a clean and medern design. My room was a decent size-not too small for 2 people-and perfectly maintained. ิิิิฺ-Modern amenities including a Nespresso machine and a smart TV with Netflix made our stay very comfortable when snowing outside. -Attentive and consistent housekeeping. The room was refreshed daily with plenty of drinking water provided. Service: The staff here are the true stars. They are genuinely friendly, always greeting us with a smile. They went beyond by help to pre-booking a fixed-rate taxi for our airport transfrer, which made our early morning departure stress-free. Location and Dining: While the hotel isn't right in the hustle and bustle of the center area, it is within easy walking distance to everything. The subway is just around the corner but we prefer walking for observation. The surrounding area is packed with great local dining options. Plus, the hotel's own restaurant is quite a great choice for a great dinner. A Small Note for Improvement: The only thing I missed was the ability to slightly crack open a window. As someone sensitive to room temperature during sleep (especially in winter), having a bit of fresh air would have made the stay even more perfect. Verdict: Highly recommended for those who valure cleanliness, modern aesthetics, and top-tier service. We would definitely stay here again next time.

We had a wonderful stay at Portom International Hokkaido and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. The hotel feels very new and modern, and everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The onsen was one of our favourite parts of the stay. It was beautifully designed, peaceful, and a great way to relax after a long day. We also appreciated having access to a well-equipped gym, which was spotless and had everything needed for a good workout. The room amenities were surprisingly comprehensive. It wasn’t just the usual toiletries—they even provided thoughtful extras like air freshener, onsen pj, actual pj, bedroom slippers which made the stay feel extra comfortable and convenient. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and quality of the facilities really stood out. Portom International Hokkaido made our trip even more enjoyable, and we’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and premium stay near the airport.

Exceptional Private Onsen & Hokkaido Flavors. Overall Impression: A perfect blend of convenience and cozy. Despite the bustling atmosphere and classic, dark decor, the private onsen and dining experience make this a standout choice in the area. Hightlights: The room: Spacious with beautiful wooden floors and a private outdoor onsen. Soaking in the heat while snow falls is pure magic. Features like the ”His&Her” sinks and an in-room massage chair make our stay more comfortable. All complimentary in the room adds a thoughful touch. Dining: The buffet offers and impressive variety of local dishes alongside beautifully plated mains. Even when busy, the staff sustematically managed the seating, ensuring we enjoyed the stunning winter views comfortably. The Hokkaido cheese pizza and dessert are absolute must-tries. Location and Service: Perfectly situated in the heart of the sightseeing district, with famous sweet shop right nearby. The complimentary valet parking and polight, perfessional staff made our stay seamless. Observations: Atmosphere: The common areas can feel a bit crowded due to its popularity. Design: The room interiors are a bit outdated and lean toward very dark tones, and notably, Netflix is not available on the in-room TV. Note: Windows are fixed; ventilation is managed via the onsen balcony door. Verdict: Highly recommended for foodies and onsen lovers who want to be the center of the action.

Nicely renovated hotel. Unfortunately staff are new and surprising not many front desk staff can converse in English.  Breakfast was good with many choices. However, we couldnt eat most of the time as my family has to go for activities early like skiing and local tours. The cafe  staff allows us to start breakfast before the opening time but an English speaking lady with a coat turned up one morning and stopped us from starting breakfast early before the opening time. She was so rude and told us wait till 630 before we can touch the food! I dont see why we cannot start with cereals that was already on display.  I will return to stay as the hotel is new, rooms are large and the onsen is clean and comfortable. There was a gym and laundry facilities too

I had an enjoyable stay at Akan Yuku no Sato Tsuruga. The hotel offers a relaxing atmosphere and is a wonderful place to experience the beauty of Lake Akan. The service was excellent throughout my stay. The staff were warm, attentive, and professional, always greeting guests with a smile and making every interaction pleasant. Their hospitality really enhanced the overall experience. The onsen facilities were one of the highlights of the hotel. They are spacious, beautifully designed, and have a luxurious feel, offering a great variety of indoor and outdoor baths. The only minor drawback was that the top-floor outdoor bath did not appear to be as clean as the other baths. Overall, the onsen experience was still great. The room was a little on the compact side, but it was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, I had a great stay and Akan Yuku no Sato Tsuruga is a great choice in Lake Akan.

L'hôtel est situé juste à côté de la gare de Shin-Sapporo, et une agence de location de voitures Toyota se trouve à deux pas, ce qui facilite grandement la location et la restitution du véhicule. Le centre commercial à proximité propose un large choix de restaurants, et on y trouve également un supermarché Aeon et une petite supérette pour les courses. Globalement, j'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour.

Le paysage de l'hôtel est vraiment magnifique, avec vue sur le lac d'un côté, vue sur la mer de l'autre et vue sur la montagne de l'autre. Marcher dans la neige pendant trois heures pour voir le paysage m'a rendu heureux physiquement et mentalement. Les enfants skient dans la station de ski de l'hôtel🎿. Il y a peu de monde et il n'y a pas lieu de s'inquiéter pour la sécurité. Il existe deux types de petit-déjeuner, de style occidental et japonais. J'ai essayé les deux et ils sont très bons. Il n'y a pratiquement aucun endroit où manger pour déjeuner et prendre un verre, mais il y a une boulangerie au premier étage. Le pain fraîchement sorti du four est très bon et vous pouvez également acheter un gâteau pour le thé de l'après-midi. Vous devez réserver à l'avance pour un restaurant pour le dîner. Bien que le prix soit cher, l'environnement et le service sont très bons.

Nozo Hotel is a great stay overall, but it’s definitely better if you drive. Without a car, getting there can be a bit inconvenient. The room is cozy — typically Japanese in size, relatively small but equipped with everything you need. The décor is new, simple, and quietly elegant. What stands out most is the thoughtful design: details clearly considered from the guest’s point of view, making the space feel comfortable and well‑planned. The public bath is excellent. Hotel staff service is good, warm and attentive. The surrounding area is very quiet, which is nice, though restaurants nearby close early, so planning ahead for dinner is helpful.Overall, a very pleasant stay with good value. I would definitely come back.

Réservez une navette🚌 : l'hôtel ne propose pas de navette depuis l'aéroport, mais il existe une navette Sapporo. Prenez le JR de l'aéroport à la gare de Sapporo, prenez le métro de la ligne Nord-Sud🚇, descendez à la gare d'Odori et. Montez jusqu'à la sortie n°1 du métro. Attendez le bus au bâtiment Showa. Il y a deux bus par jour, nous avons pris le bus à 14h30. Nous tenons à remercier la gouvernante de l'hôtel Ctrip qui nous a aidé. J'ai réservé la navette aller-retour et j'ai pris la peine de nous aider à le confirmer. Je tiens à leur donner un coup de pouce 👍. Environnement hôtelier : L'environnement est de première classe👍 Le 2ème étage mène à la source chaude♨️Il y a une aire de repos, et des snacks et des boissons sont disponibles à partir de 9h. Le soir, vous pouvez boire du vin japonais, des gâteaux au matcha et des choux sont tous super délicieux😋. L'hôtel propose un petit-déjeuner buffet et un menu pour le dîner, tous deux plutôt bons ! La source chaude dans la source chaude privée dans la chambre♨️ : C'est différent de l'approvisionnement en eau domestique. Le serveur nous a dit que la source chaude avait été installée pour nous le jour de notre entrée et qu'elle était pleine toute la journée. toute la nuit, l'eau était encore chaude😜 Dans l’ensemble, détendez-vous et profitez de la première classe !
