Nous avons trouvé cette chambre pour quatre personnes à la dernière minute suite à un changement d'itinéraire. La chambre était petite, mais le bain public gratuit de l'hôtel était excellent ; se prélasser dans la source chaude par une journée de neige était un vrai moment de détente. Il y avait également une laverie automatique, très pratique pour les familles. Malgré la petite taille de la chambre, la vue depuis la fenêtre était magnifique, de jour comme de nuit. L'hôtel est idéalement situé, tout près de la station de métro Nakajima Park et de la navette aéroport. Depuis l'aéroport de New Chitose, un bus direct part de la porte 84 du terminal des arrivées nationales. C'est beaucoup plus pratique que de prendre la correspondance entre la ligne JR et le métro. À recommander.

if you’re driving, just park slightly off the hotel ~1 min walk away. (we only found a spot a bit too late..) that’s abt 600-700yen per day, else it’s 1500 yen to park at the hotel.. and you have to vacate by 11AM. so if we did this again we’d park at the other parking lot!
breakfast is amazing although it was SO CROWDED!!
onsen is nice but just a small room so it gets really crowded at peak times.. appreciated the amenities in onsen tho! (skincare)

This was my second stay at this onsen hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff were generally courteous and helpful, although the receptionist could have been more welcoming, as he did not greet guests with a smile.
The facilities were well-maintained, and I particularly enjoyed the night lounge area, where guests could relax with mulled wine, coffee, and fresh grilled apples while enjoying a foot spa. The hotel was clean throughout, and the meals served were fresh and of good quality.

I had a pleasant stay at FAV LUX Sapporo. The hotel’s location is super convenient, and the free parking was a big plus. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient—no hassle at all. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day.
The sauna and bath area were a great touch and added to the overall experience. That said, the sauna room felt a bit too hot, and the water drain seemed to be clogged, which was a minor inconvenience. Still, these didn’t take away from the overall positive impression. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Our stay at Cross Hotel Sapporo was nothing short of amazing! We are a group of 5 & were traveling around Hokkaido, starting & ending off in Sapporo. We emailed the hotel to request if they could store some luggage for us till we return, as well as help us with restaurant reservations, and the staff were super prompt & extremely nice to accede to our requests. We even got upgraded to bigger rooms when we returned! We always felt so welcomed by the staff who were very attentive & so willing to help us. Needless to say rooms were very comfortable & onsen was great too (equipped with Dyson hairdryers). Location is also good, accessible via an underground passage all the way from the Sapporo station to Marumi Coffee Stand (so convenient cos it was raining when we arrived). Thank you so much for the great experience, I will gladly return to Cross Hotel!

L'hôtel est génial, il se trouve dans une montagne enneigée. L'environnement naturel environnant est très bon. La source chaude est juste à côté du lac Shikotsu. Au départ, je voulais réserver moi-même la navette de l'hôtel, mais le numéro de téléphone de l'hôtel n'est pas joignable. J'ai demandé au service client de Ctrip de me contacter. La réponse a été très rapide et j'ai réussi la réservation.

IInvitéGreat hotel in a nice & quiet location in Sapporo. I enjoyed the hotel and its well-equipped 24 hour gym. Front desk staff were friendly to my kids and even assisted us in booking a bigger taxi to Sapporo Station as we had big luggage in tow.
The hotel is well-appointed and trendy in design. The complimentary beverages which were replenished daily was a nice touch!
Definitely recommended in Sapporo! We will be back!

YYi ShieanFrom the moment we arrived at Mizu no Uta, Tsuruga Resort at Lake Shikotsu, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of tranquil luxury. Valet parking greeted us, and we were swiftly escorted to a path lined with zen music, setting the tone for a stay where every detail exudes serenity.
Upon entering the reception, a majestic wooden carving of an owl, a powerful symbol of protection in Ainu culture, watched over us. In a delightful and intimate touch, we were asked to remove our shoes – a gesture that immediately made the resort feel like a sanctuary. Walking barefoot on soft wooden floors in such a refined environment felt like the ultimate indulgence.
Live harp music floated through the air as we were led past a live fireplace, its warm flames inviting guests to roast marshmallows, adding a whimsical, yet homely feel to the elegant surroundings. The staff, attentive yet discreet, escorted us to our room via separate lifts, ensuring our luggage was seamlessly handled.
Entering the room, we were struck by its sheer spaciousness. A half-sized fridge, thoughtfully included, perfectly stored all our chilled treats from the road trip. But the true star was the view: an uninterrupted panorama of lush greenery, stretching out to meet the serene waters of Lake Shikotsu. The combination of the stunning scenery and the luxurious in-room robe made us feel like chaebols, lounging in opulence and shielded from the cool lakeside breeze.
As for the dining, the buffet at Mizu no Uta is nothing short of spectacular. Where many buffets struggle to balance quantity and quality, this resort excels at both. Highlights included a live dessert station and a live pizza-making corner, where thin-crust pizzas, surprisingly better than those from Furano’s famed Cheese Factory, were expertly prepared. The spread also featured an incredible assortment of sashimi – the freshest I encountered during my 1.5-week trip across various hotels. The salmon and mackerel, both raw and uniquely marinated in glass jars, were exceptional.
The hot dishes maintained the same elevated standard. A simple tomato-based clam spaghetti was transformed by the quality of ingredients, while even the sautéed kailan was enhanced with the addition of Parma ham. Local produce, such as the fresh broccoli used in the cream-based dishes, lent an unmistakable brightness to each bite. The combination of Japanese and Western cuisine was balanced beautifully, with every plate delivering a sense of thoughtful craftsmanship.
Of course, no stay at a lakeside resort would be complete without a visit to the onsen bath. While slightly smaller than the one at Lake Akan, the onsen here is far superior in cleanliness and upkeep. Conveniently, the bath is stocked with towels, so there’s no need to carry your own from the room. The experience is further enhanced by a sauna illuminated with soothing blue light, adding a layer of tranquility to the ritual. The open-air onsen is another highlight.
For those who appreciate the purity of nature, the bath even features drinkable Lake Shikotsu water, renowned as one of Japan’s top 100 spring waters. This thoughtful touch, coupled with the stunning views, creates an immersive experience that is equal parts restorative and luxurious.

The hotel approved our request to cancel 1 night and keep the other night reservation. We had a good stay at halodate global view hotel. Although the room is small, the cleanliness and amenities are top notch. The sauna and common bath is also good and spacious. Overall, we enjoy our stay.

IInvitéBeing a luxury transit hotel, Portom really nailed it. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with such attentive service. Special shout-out to a young lady named Miss 吳, who helped us with check-in and gave us a quick room tour. She was so observant and attentive—even without us asking. You can really feel her sense of ownership and professionalism in the way she handles her job. Soft-spoken, gentle, yet clear and firm in her role. She was so good that I felt I had to write this review for her!
Other than that, the hotel impressed me in so many ways. It’s beautifully designed, with lots of thoughtful details everywhere. I really enjoyed both the software and hardware. I’d definitely come back again, and I’d happily recommend it to others.

While the resort falls short on its buffet—a rather underwhelming spread given the price range comparable to other premium onsen resorts—it more than makes up for it with its impressive array of onsen baths, each designed to provide a unique and rejuvenating experience.
The resort is split between the Main Building and the newer Wing Building. The Main Building exudes a more traditional atmosphere, while the Wing Building presents a contemporary take on relaxation, but both are bound together by their dedication to Ainu motifs—from the intricately designed lift doors to the towels, celebrating the indigenous culture of Hokkaido.
The onsen baths are, without a doubt, the crown jewel of the resort. In the Main Building, the basement offers an extraordinary variety of baths, from the enchanting Cave Bath to the rustic Log Bath, carved from a thousand-year-old tree. The Bubble Bath delivers a gentle, soothing soak, but the Massage Bath steals the show. With water shooting from a high ceiling, targeting sore muscles in the shoulders and back, it’s a deeply therapeutic experience.
On the 8th floor, the sauna is housed in a stunning dome-shaped glass structure, offering unobstructed views of the sky while you steam. However, the real spectacle lies at the basement’s open-air bath, which directly overlooks Lake Akan. The sight of the lake at dawn, with the morning mist hovering above the water, is nothing short of breathtaking.
The Wing Building showcases a more modern onsen experience, headlined by its hot stone sauna. It blends traditional and contemporary design, featuring hot and cold stone rooms adorned with intricate Ainu-inspired motifs. It’s an ideal retreat for those seeking a fusion of modern wellness with cultural depth.
An added touch of luxury is the availability of centennial Akan spring water, served for drinking at the onsen baths. Renowned for its purity and health benefits, it’s a refreshing complement to the onsen experience, keeping guests hydrated while they indulge in the various baths.
While the buffet could use an upgrade to match the overall quality of the resort, the unmatched variety of onsen baths more than compensates. The meticulous attention to design, cultural elements, and breathtaking views make this resort a standout among onsen destinations.

IInvitéLe paysage de l'hôtel est vraiment magnifique, avec vue sur le lac d'un côté, vue sur la mer de l'autre et vue sur la montagne de l'autre. Marcher dans la neige pendant trois heures pour voir le paysage m'a rendu heureux physiquement et mentalement. Les enfants skient dans la station de ski de l'hôtel🎿. Il y a peu de monde et il n'y a pas lieu de s'inquiéter pour la sécurité. Il existe deux types de petit-déjeuner, de style occidental et japonais. J'ai essayé les deux et ils sont très bons. Il n'y a pratiquement aucun endroit où manger pour déjeuner et prendre un verre, mais il y a une boulangerie au premier étage. Le pain fraîchement sorti du four est très bon et vous pouvez également acheter un gâteau pour le thé de l'après-midi. Vous devez réserver à l'avance pour un restaurant pour le dîner. Bien que le prix soit cher, l'environnement et le service sont très bons.

IInvitéNous avons réservé au total 7 chambres. Nous avons commencé à check-in et nous avons impressionné combien agréable et amical la contre-dame, plein de sourire et de patience. Nous sommes venus ici en conduisant si peu sûrs de l'environnement et des transports publics. L'hôtel est très propre et très agréable, si soudainement nous voulons tous sortir, nous restons juste à l'hôtel, et sentir 1 nuit pas assez, Merci.

AAmi0518L'hôtel dispose d'un service de prise en charge en bus à Sapporo, ce qui est très pratique. Le plus gros point fort est qu'il est très pratique de manger et de boire à l'hôtel, qui est gratuit. L'aire de repos est tellement confortable après avoir pris un bain, et il y a de nombreuses sources chaudes pour se baigner. Bref, je devrais rester un jour de plus. .

JJanice Lim Mee LanThe hotel has a very immersive experience especially for families with young children. It is themed like the Asahiyama zoo. They also provide free shuttle bus service to the Asahiyama zoo. They have a public bath. Although I did not get to use the facilities, the hotel guests seemed to really enjoy it. It is located near the shopping street and walking distance to the Asahikawa Station. Behind the Asahikawa Station is a beautiful park and you can have lots of instagrammable photos taken there.

EElisia LohLove the lobby with its direct view of the lake — very scenic. However, the room feels old and aged, definitely needs renovation. Not enough power sockets to charge devices, and the hotel Wi-Fi is terrible — couldn’t connect at all.
The hotel is huge, so expect many tour groups arriving in the evening. During dinner time, it gets crowded with long queues. The food spread and quality are just average — cooked dishes that should be warm were cold, including rice straight from the cooker.
The onsen is the highlight — great view overlooking the lake, especially from the open-air bath. The night fireworks are a nice touch, though don’t expect a big show.
The hotel provides a shuttle bus pick-up opposite the TV Tower (Odori Park) police station — remember to make a reservation for the pick-up in advance.
