L'environnement est agréable et les transports sont pratiques. La ville est également magnifique. De nombreux voyageurs d'affaires y séjournent. Il y a un centre commercial juste à côté, et certains restaurants de la ville sont ouverts jusqu'à 22h.

Il n'est pas vraiment possible de croire qu'une chambre plus petite avec un plafond bas et des fenêtres petites ait été donnée, de sorte qu'il a dû retourner à la réception et demander la catégorie correcte de la chambre, mais il a été dit que la chambre réservée est en entretien, seule une autre chambre était disponible maintenant. Après des heures d'attente, la chambre correcte a été finalement donnée. La chose drôle était que lorsque vous surveillez le site web de l'hôtel, il y a toujours les mêmes chambres disponibles. Pourquoi de tels trucs communs auraient-ils eu lieu dans cet hôtel de luxe ?

The hotel is conveniently located near the Peartree Park & Ride for accessing Oxford city centre. The room is clean and quiet, and breakfast is good. Car parking is available at £8, which is a bit high while free parking is desirable.

La chambre est cachée sur la route, je vais jouer avec mes amis, puis rester pour une nuit. L'entrée de la porte de la porte de la porte de la maison est à environ 5 minutes à pied de l'hôtel. Très pratique. Généralement bon, mais le rapport coût-efficacité est générale.

The rooms are spacious, well serviced, clean with great views (depending on where you are located of course) I loved the balcony space ,table and 2 wicker chairs and was overlooking the golf course with midday to evening sunshine - perfect. Breakfast had great choices and was kept continually stocked up. Staff were helpful and efficient. Check in was smooth. The South African Handyman (whose name I didn't get) deserves a special mention for being great at his job and very personable. I had a lava shell massage in the Spa - wonderful - again didn't get the person's name. Maybe name badges or encourage staff to introduce themselves might be a good idea It's a great location. 30 mins walk to town centre - good footpath, easy drive. Definitely recommend. Had a great stay. Was a solo traveller and felt very safe.

This is a hotel with a bit of history; while it is very convenient for those traveling by car, overseas tourists should weigh the pros and cons. For instance, guests need to know how to take the bus into the city center or how to book a taxi to the hotel or station. On the plus side, the breakfast is hearty and delicious—definitely worth mentioning! However, do note that there are no in-room safes, and the bath room size is smaller.

We have stayed here twice. The first time (2025) we were in the block which is separate to the main building- this was OK and the service was much better. The latest time we stayed we were in the main building- its grotty. The carpet leading to the rooms was stained and the room itself although it looked clean, didn't 'feel clean'-the place could do with a refresh and new carpets. We were unable to get food upon arrival as they stop serving at 9pm- we arrived a couloe of minutes before 9pm after a 4 hour drive, we were disappointe and we could see a couple eating in the bar area whose meals came out long after we had arrived- so really we could have ordered and been served. We ended up ordering an Uber eats meal.

La variété est limitée, mais assez bonne pour commencer un jour avec elle.  La chambre elle-même est large et propre, juste les normes Marriott, il faut se préoccuper.

We have visited Sunbury Hotel a few times now , this time we were disturbed by person or persons at 02.47am and also experienced a lot of noise transmitted from above, both of which were a first for us and certainly surprised us. The cleaning service over the three nights amounted to pulling up the bed covers which is a definite lowering of previous standards. The complimentary bottles of water and snack biscuits were not refreshed at all, and the room itself now has two large areas of damp showing in the corners which should have been attended to and at least kept clean. The hotel was busy during the weekend but the Tuesday am breakfast was attended service rather than the buffet which was great as the food was freshly prepared and served to us. A warning if you have a pet it's £20 per night now and segregation in the bar area for breakfast which is fine except for the walk through with your serving from the restaurant area before it gets cold. The grounds are superb and the outside patio are excellent, plenty of car parking. It would be interesting to see if management comment.
