Hôtels avec salle de sport à Piedmont, Italie

Pour un voyage en famille, j'ai amené mes parents à Turin et j'ai réservé deux chambres. L'hôtel a été rénové dans une ancienne usine Fiat et l'architecte était un renzopiano italien. De nombreuses pratiques sont très précises L'hôtel est peut-être ouvert un peu plus longtemps et les installations semblent un peu démodées si vous y regardez de près. Toutefois, cela n’affecte pas l’utilisation. Séjour très confortable L'emplacement est à environ 20 minutes en voiture du centre de Turin. Cette fois, c’est la conduite autonome. Le parking de l'hôtel est gratuit. Lorsque vous visitez la vieille ville, vous pouvez trouver un parking à côté de la zone ZTL pour garer votre voiture puis rejoindre à pied le centre de la ville, ce qui est très pratique. Mais l'emplacement de l'hôtel lui-même est également très bon. Il y a un centre commercial, une salle de concert et une galerie d'art dans le même bâtiment. De l'autre côté de la route se trouve le premier restaurant italien. Manger et faire du shopping sont tous très bons.

While the outside of Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia is stunning, the overall experience left much to be desired. After being wowed by the property's beautiful exterior, the rest of our stay was somewhat disappointing, especially considering the hotel's high star rating. The lack of customer service was a major letdown. There was no doorman to assist with our luggage upon arrival, and the young bartender simply watched as I struggled to open the door, rather than offering to help. It was only after I had to explicitly ask him for assistance that he begrudgingly opened one side of the door, still making no effort to help with our bags. The cleanliness of the room was also sub-par. We left our used towels in the bathtub, as the room instructions indicated, but rather than replacing them with fresh towels, the housekeeping staff simply hung the dirty ones back up. This was an appalling oversight. Additionally, the gym and pool area did not have WiFi access, which was an inconvenience when trying to stay connected during our stay. Overall, while the property itself is visually impressive, the lackluster customer service and lack of attention to cleanliness really detracted from our experience at Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia. I expected a higher level of quality and care from a hotel of this caliber.

Arrivare alle 21 e trovare la camera con 12gradi non è stato affatto piacevole. Mi è stata sostituita la camera solo dopo aver aspettato oltre un ora che si riscaldasse la camera ma la temperatura non si alzava se non di un grado. Ma alle 22:30 finalmente mi hanno cambiato camera che comunque stava anch’essa a 18 gradi….. nell’armadio di una camera matrimoniale una coperta una piazza Nel bagno 1 set asciugamani per 1 sola persona Be a parte questi dettagli che potrebbero decisamente essere migliorati l’hotel è molto carino e pulito posizione ottima ristorantino all interno comodo e cibo di qualità

L'homme qui a aidé à l'enregistrement était très professionnel et sympathique, parlait également français et anglais, ce qui était super. J'ai également demandé des informations touristiques à la réception, qui étaient très claires et utiles. Le parking était facile devant l'hôtel, une chambre spacieuse, un excellent choix pour le petit déjeuner. La propreté, en général, était bonne, à l'exception de quelques taches sur le sol de la salle de bain. Je le recommanderai à n'importe lequel de mes amis.

Hôtel situé à l’entrée nord de la ville, entre zone verte et industrielle. Plutôt calme et à proximité du tram (200-300 m) qui mène au centre-ville (comptez 15-20 minutes). Chambre spacieuse, plutôt bien équipée. Petit dej buffet assez copieux (pour 15€, il peut…). Globalement un bon rapport qualité-prix dans l’ensemble.

Amazing stay in a great student campus. You have a study area, a gym, a nice clean room with high ceilings and a kitchen, communal living room spaces and even a tennis court! Definitely more than you need from a couple nights in the city. The area is very close to the Center, and the transport links are great. Buses get you to the city centre in 15 minutes while walking will take you more like 25-30 min. Also they have a large supermarket in the same building, which is super convenient as they have plenty of choice. But beware — there’s a homeless guy nestling right by the supermarket (that street can get some dodgy action at night). As per the accommodation, the biggest community there is composed of students - all very welcoming and friendly. Receptionists and staff are also very helpful. Feels like a hotel. Recommend 👍🏻

Overall a good hotel in a central location. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, I would like to comment about the lady owner. The room air conditioning could only be controlled via the front desk, and when I requested an adjustment, before the staff adjusted the airconsition, she made a remark about me coming from a country with 50°C weather and that I should be able to adapt. I found this comment inappropriate and uncalled for. Additionally, during breakfast, we overheard her raising her voice at the kitchen staff, which was loud enough to be heard clearly from the restaurant. While the hotel itself has potential, I hope she reconsiders her approach: both with guests and her team.

Je ne veux plus séjourner dans cet hôtel. J'y ai séjourné en avril, il commence à faire plus chaud, mais le chauffage était allumé et il faisait extrêmement chaud dans ma chambre. J'ai donc essayé de le mettre en mode climatisation ou de l'éteindre, mais rien n'a fonctionné. De plus, le mur extérieur était en travaux, ce qui m'empêchait de respirer un peu d'air frais. L'attitude du personnel est également décevante. Les points positifs de cet hôtel sont la possibilité d'obtenir une carte pour une boisson gratuite, une chambre propre, un bon petit-déjeuner, une barre chocolatée et quelques boissons en chambre. Je déconseille cet hôtel aux changements de saison et aux voyageurs qui souhaitent profiter d'un séjour à l'hôtel pendant leur voyage.

My stay at Tenuta Moncarlino was terrific; everything was perfect from the moment I arrived. This place is nestled in the small hills of Monferrato and I had the chance to walk in the big park of the site by enjoying the uncontaminated nature of the place. Paolo, the host, was available to satisfy my every need by recommending excellent restaurants and local attractions to visit. I found the Bollente of Acqui Terme wonderful where very hot water flows from the fountain located in the center of the central square of the city. What more can I say: the superb breakfast, cleanliness, kindness and relaxation. I highly recommend Tenuta Moncarlino.
