Hôtels avec petit déjeuner à Surrey, Royaume-Uni

I booked this location for a real “British Experience.” Although I don’t know if it was a real experience, it was a REAL experience. From the moment the car arrived, I was impressed and in love. It is a true country estate, surrounded by green rolling hills and ancient trees. The first view down the driveway was of a stunning estate with beautifully landscaped grounds. We arrived early and they were able to register us immediately. The only downside was the number of stairs to get to the room, but this was minimal. The interior was breathtaking, the outside was awe inspiring. We had originally planned on taking a day to go to London, but quickly decided to stay and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the estate. The food was wonderful but the breakfast hours were not as noted. On Saturday, we arrived at 10:30 for breakfast and the buffet was nearly empty, however the staff were kind enough to bring us the few things we needed. The staff were wonderful and added to the exceptional experience of our stay. I will definitely revisit this location in the future. It was a lovely experience.

Moldy roof in bathroom, cockroach in the room. Terrible WiFi. Would not recommend to anyone except for the good location right by the high street.

Disappointing experience. I booked a room expecting a double bed and bathtub but it turned out the only rooms with bathtubs had single beds. After having a room changed, the room I was given hadn’t been cleaned so I had to change for a third time. The amenities are limited. When asking for a razor, they didn’t have but also couldn’t tell me where to buy one nearby (There’s a terminal next to it with a boots and WH Smith, surely that’s not hard to say). Not sure about things such as toothbrushes and toothpaste but maybe that’s because I live in Asia? The French restaurant was just as disappointing, they failed to provide me the full dinner that was offered on the menu. On the plus side, the third room I had was clean and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff in the French restaurant were also excellent.

Emplacement idéal pour le terminal nord car à l'intérieur, mais cela signifie qu'il y aura des nuisances sonores. Notre hôtel donnait sur le terminal à côté du train navette, que vous pouvez entendre. La chambre est bien pour un séjour d'une nuit, malheureusement l'hôtel a eu un problème avec l'eau du robinet et la douche était froide, il aurait été utile qu'ils mettent un panneau à la réception et peut-être dans l'ascenseur pour avertir et s'excuser et il y avait un certain nombre de clients mécontents, mais j'accepte que cela était hors de leur contrôle et que nous faisons de notre mieux pour régler le plus rapidement possible. Nous avions le petit-déjeuner inclus mais uniquement continental car le petit-déjeuner chaud n'était pas servi avant 7h du matin et nous avons dû nous enregistrer pour notre vol à 6h30, mais ce que nous avions était correct, mais nous n'aurions pas payé de supplément pour cela. Dans l'ensemble, c'était un bon hôtel pratique pour un vol tôt le matin et j'y retournerais.

Le petit déjeuner aurait dû être servi jusqu'à 10 heures. Nous sommes entrés dans le restaurant 9.15 et il n'y avait presque rien de restant, Une éponge d'œufs craqués que j'ai dû rassembler de l'entourage du pan pour mon mari - pas pour moi, pas de bacon, pas de sauce, pas de hash brun ou de tomate. Le spectacle de la ville est très bien, mais il est très bien, très bien, très bien. La chambre était bien, mais il y avait un nuage sur le toit et le soleil est venu inondation juste après 4 heures, donc je n'ai pas dormi. Les boutons de thé sur la table n'avaient pas été lavés. La douche était jolie mais l'eau est sortie partout au sol - nos amis avaient la même chose dans leur chambre. Je l'ai rappelé au receveur, mais il a juste sourié de moi.

Great hotel, friendly staff that go above and beyond! Rooms of decent standard, however some minor gripes, bed sheets intitially had a small stain and some hairs. The wooden sliding shutters would not close fully causing sunlight to come through early morning. The downstair rooms are joined by locked doors (assuming if booked for families) which allows noise from next door easily. Reasturant was decent food but a little overpriced for the quality. Overall decent stay if a little overpriced.

When we arrived the car park was nearly empty and we thought we had arrived at the wrong place, also there were no signs saying Reception! We eventually found the reception and thought the greeting was a bit frosty. We checked into our exec room which was excellent and looked out over the lake. The location is great for walks along the canal and there are several nice pubs within walking distance. Breakfast was basic but was cooked well and kept hot. We would return again.

I recently had an exceptional stay at a hotel located in the heart of Guildford. The convenience of the location was outstanding, earning a perfect score of 10 out of 10. The staff provided exemplary service, demonstrating professionalism and attentiveness throughout my visit. Most importantly, the room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, contributing significantly to my overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming stay in Guildford.

I had a L shaped single room. At first appearance, it seemed very small though nicely decorated. The room seemed to grow and was  plenty big enough for one person. Equipped with coffee/tea  making facilities, even biscuits. All toiletries in the bathroom.  The staff were great! Helpful and polite….overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay again. The location is perfect. Short walk to the city centre .

Nous vivons plutôt localement mais nous avons décidé de rester ici, car ma fille et ses amis prom était à la propriété locale du vin à l'hôtel, nous voulions faire de nos filles prom un peu plus spécial. Le restaurant est un établissement de qualité, et le restaurant est un établissement de qualité. Je recommanderais et je resterais certainement ici.
