« The hotel is very basic. My booking was with a breakfast for two but the hotel said it was not included. I contacted trip.com and they yold me to buy the breakfast and they refund me by coins for the same amount immediately, which was solved instantly. Hotel is not close to station but it has free parking. It was near the park and fields to have a morning walk which was nice. There are Tesco and Marks & Spencer nearby. It would be great if they have a microwave to heat up food. »

L'hôtel est propre et confortable. La chambre était très grande, mais le lit double était seulement deux singles se rassemblaient, donc ce n'était pas si confortable. Le personnel était bienvenu et gentil. Je resterais encore ici si je me trouve dans la région.

Whenever my son’s school term break or a long holiday begins, this is the first place we choose to refresh ourselves and truly enjoy relaxing family time. During the final days of the Easter Bank Holiday, we once again had an unforgettable stay here, and the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Our wonderful experience began at reception, where a professional and welcoming receptionist, Mr. Waleed, assisted us. He kindly helped register our car plate for overnight parking and informed us that the swimming pool facility renovations had been completed. He also thoughtfully let us know that my son Matt could enjoy the pool until 7 p.m. Thanks to his clear explanation and kind arrangement, we had plenty of time to fully enjoy the excellent swimming pool, Jacuzzi, dry sauna, and steam room. It was a perfect way for both adults and children to relax and unwind. After our swim, we were quite hungry. At that moment, Restaurant Manager Mr. Nadeem warmly approached us and started chatting with my son. Matt was absolutely delighted—especially because Mr. Nadeem remembered him from previous visits. His kindness made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Even while waiting for our meal, we felt cheerful and at ease. At the end of dinner, he took time to speak with us again, encouraging Matt in his studies and sharing that his wife is a wonderful school teacher. These sincere and personal interactions truly touched our hearts. We also followed sightseeing recommendations from other hotel staff and visited nearby attractions such as Walton-on-Thames, which made our trip even more enjoyable and memorable. Once again, Holiday Inn London–Shepperton made us feel welcomed, cared for, and appreciated as a family. This hotel is not just a place to stay—it truly feels like a second home to us. Nous vivons plutôt localement mais nous avons décidé de rester ici, car ma fille et ses amis prom était à la propriété locale du vin à l'hôtel, nous voulions faire de nos filles prom un peu plus spécial. Le restaurant est un établissement de qualité, et le restaurant est un établissement de qualité. Je recommanderais et je resterais certainement ici.

Le premier hôtel de cette visite en Angleterre, près de la petite ville d'Egham, est un village de vacances. Il y a encore beaucoup de gens qui vivent. Notre chambre est très magique. Au milieu de l'hôtel, je prends le camion de camion et je marche et je marche. Je ne suis pas fini. Je suis très inconnu. La disposition de la chambre est très bonne, très élégante. Mais le majiang ne peut pas laver l'eau, mais il peut rester une nuit. Le petit-déjeuner de l'hôtel est pas bon. Le pain de la corne est chaud, je vais éliminer la peau , c'est le meilleur sac de corne que j'ai mangé au Royaume-Uni.

Lovely hotel...wonderful room with a view overlooking the grounds...very friendly and helpful. Had a great ****** mystery weekend with wonderful food.Only downside was when came down for breakfast...3 dirty tables ..none laid ...had to wait for table to be cleaned and wiped!!! even though there were plenty of other tables that could have been laid quickly.. Hot water jug empty..milk empty !! not great.

Nice cosy cottage room with underfloor heating in bathroom, a bath and separate shower cubicle with overhead shower, a wide range of complimentary soft drinks and snacks. Lots of small but fast spiders, but expected for a cottage with lots of garden space. Service was friendly and welcoming and you can request a golf cart ride to and from different locations on the Beaverbrook grounds. 4 different restaurants to choose from. Breakfast included. Relatively expensive (3 starters, 2 mains, 2 sides, 2 desserts and a bottle of water was £200) but also expected for a place like this. Service was great. Booking a hotel room for the night includes use of the spa, no matter which online platform you book through including trip.com. Spa was a nice experience, though felt more like a health club that had spa facilities rather than a dedicated spa as I thought they would have more than 1 of each type. 1 sauna, 1 steam room, 1 jacuzzi (only 1 button worked), 1 indoor swimming pool, 1 outdoor heated swimming pool and a kids pool. Felt like they could have cleaned the leaves in the outdoor pool. Lots of choice for massages and other treatments. Gym was nice and modern. Towels, slippers and robes provided. Overall a pleasant stay.

The hotel is a little dated and worn, so I had some trepidation when I first arrived. However, my room was very clean and comfortable. All the usual amenities. Breakfast was available but I didn’t take it. The only thing I would say is that the rooms are very close together And the doors are quite loud. I was fortunate in that I did not have noisy neighbours but I would imagine if you had people coming and going a lot it would be very irritating.

Wonderful hotel. We were here for a wedding. Beautiful grounds , lovely staff . Food  was very good . Rooms had everything you need, although a little hot but they can’t help the heatwave. Nice spa area . Shame they don’t have treatment rooms as we would have booked treatments. Would highly reccomend.

Hotel charmant. Situation idéale pour les courses mais aussi agréable si non. Beau paysage et très calme. Parking facile avec beaucoup d'espace. Le restaurant est très confortable et très confortable. La chambre était très belle au 2ème étage face au golf, si fabuleux View. Très propre. Lits très confortables et la qualité supérieure du lit avec les meilleurs cuillères jamais. Les toilettes sont de bonne qualité avec un long odeur durable sur votre peau. Les toilettes sont gras, blancs et fluffy. Nous avions de grandes fenêtres comme des portes de patio, de sorte que les portes de patio pouvaient être ouvertes à grande échelle. Le petit déjeuner. La salle à manger était à nouveau très relaxante et très propre. Les options alimentaires étaient abondantes et de bonne qualité et de bonne quantité. Le café était d'une machine , mais il a utilisé du café frais, des haricots lors de votre choix. Les prix du bar étaient très bons, je ne me sentais pas trop payé et le personnel du bar était rapide et efficace. Globalement un superbe séjour.
