L'hôtel est magnifique dans un cadre parfait, très proche de Stratford-upon-Avon. Les seuls points négatifs sont autour des repas. Les fournitures de petit déjeuner ont besoin d'une meilleure gestion ou d'un gestionnaire de salle à manger. Les articles étaient souvent très basses t9 déplorées, et les invités manu ont dû continuer à demander les articles manquants.
Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables. La chambre est très confortable et vous avez besoin de la chambre pour vous aider à prendre un petit déjeuner.
Le bar est ouvert et les clients se marient dans une zone plutôt que les clients qui restent à l'hôtel.
L'autre point que je voudrais faire est que la dame qui annonce l'information de mariage devrait être plus courtoise pour le personnel. C'est rude et inacceptable, surtout devant les invités ou tout le monde, pour cette question, à part la honte du personnel concerné.
Tout le personnel était beau, je pense qu'ils bénéficieraient d'une formation ou d'une orientation sur la conduite d'une salle de petit déjeuner bien organisée. Le dîner était fabuleux, juste un peu désorganisé et lent parfois. Il faut être un peu plus attentif
Les spas et les piscines sont merveilleux.
En général, nous avons eu un séjour très merveilleux et notre chambre était excellente !
Je retournerais certainement à nouveau... juste employer un peu plus de personnel, saisonnier si nécessaire.

La chambre est au toit, c'est un typique bâtiment britannique modifié, la vue est très limitée, et c'est OK, surtout le service du restaurant est excellent. Le matin, en raison du temps de presse, les dames du restaurant m'ont aidée à préparer des aliments provisoires, très bien, merci

1. The hotel location is fine. Near the town and nearby cafe. Nice.
2. The room have USB C charging port. Good for my Apple Iphone 16 power up. The lighting control of the room is simple and easy to manage.
3. Breakfast: Good, Much Choices.
4. Staff service: On June 1, I requested the duty staff at the lobby at 7:30 AM to arrange for my room cleaning, including towel replacement. Unfortunately, upon my return at 10:00 PM, the room had not been cleaned. As it was very late, I chose not to call for staff assistance and cleaned the room myself. This is an area where the hotel can improve its service reliability.

The setting is super for visiting the sights and the hotel is a beautiful historic building. The modern spa was nice to use but we found the room quite basic and could do with a freshen up and very disappointed that there where no hot drink making facilities in the room.
We had the breakfast included in our room cost and we were very disappointed in that - everything was swimming in grease and the black pudding and potato rosti were very over cooked so we could not finish our meal.
The car park is £7 per nights stay but were were not made aware of this beforehand.
We would probably stay again but would upgrade to a room in the old part of the building and won't have the cooked breakfast.

The room itself was generally fine, and the heating worked perfectly. However, we experienced a significant issue with the bathroom: the water would not drain properly, leaving the floor flooded. We had to use a wiper to push the water toward the sink and drain (images attached), which was very inconvenient.
Another surprising and disappointing detail was that no towels or soap were provided. These are basic essentials in any hotel, and since we did not bring our own, we were charged extra for them. This felt completely unreasonable.
Finally, the location is far from ideal. The hotel is quite a distance from the town centre, and public transport is infrequent, making it difficult to get around. Would not recommend!!!

This is a really nice hotel. Bedrooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Hotel is well staffed and the staff are friendly. Food is good and breakfast area well spaced out so never felt crowded.

For two nights we didn't have hot water. We rang reception an spoke to the duty manager - the second time...He told us it was because there was a coach load of people staying who had all taken a shower/bath at the same time on their return, and we would have to wait until it heated up again. That didn't allow for the lack of pressure - a trickle! In the end we gave up - no shower/bath. However, the duty manager assured us that the manager would find us the next morning.... this never happened, On the Saturday night the same thing happened. The excuse given by the receptionist for the manager not having found us that morning was there was a wedding and all managers were needed - they didn't start their shift until 11am. The duty manager couldn't speak to us as he was working at the wedding - Saturday night - but Leanne assured us that she had noted our complaint and that she had written up notes, and our inconvenience (now not having hot water for two nights of a three night stay) would be reflected in our invoice on checking out. This wasn't the point. The stay was supposed to be a relaxing, super special treat, not able to have a shower or a bath at night was NOT okay! She assured us that on the third night the 'tour' party and 'wedding party' would have left. So we would have hot water. Which we did.
On checking out the receptionist had no idea about our complaint, and therefore couldn't help us.
We are in the process of writing a compliant, and a review. The staff and hotel did not let you down - the management did!

On another point, the hotel is described as dog friendly. This might be the case. You can bring your dog for a fee of £25 a night, however, on check in we were told we had to eat in the bar area or outside. Luckily the weather was okay. However, we felt like second class citizens! Not only that but the bar area has no tables at which anyone could eat a meal - the tables are all low and only fit for snacks!

IInvitéL'hôtel est situé dans une grande zone du paysage de Warwickshire. Lorsque vous arrivez le bar/service à côté de la porte, il a des problèmes de maintenance, il n'est pas encore ouvert. Lorsque nous arrivons, le service était étonnant: gentil, amiable et accessible. La chambre (21) était grande, le lit double était vaste et les deux enfants avaient des lits doubles disponibles - même avec notre bagage dispersé autour de la chambre, il y avait encore beaucoup de place pour les enfants à courir et à jouer. La chambre était très chaude, mais j'ai aimé la température de la chambre et j'ai trouvé la chambre agréable - pas trop chaude ou froide et très confortable.

J'ai fait ce qui reste mais je n'ai pas fini avec un toast (pas de pain), pas de bacon et pas d'œufs. Pas de valeur pour le tag de prix £12.99. J'ai vu cela mentionné dans d'autres commentaires mais la zone de petit déjeuner était conservatoire-esque et très froide. Comme indiqué précédemment, le service à la clientèle était excellent et ce service a été maintenu à l'affichage.

IInvitéStaff were very professional and friendly. Breakfast was good, though there are meat alternatives for vegetarians if that is important to you. The room itself was quite nice.
The problem was the specific room we were given. Room 109 (and I assume many of the other rooms on the first floor) is right above the bar. Both nights we were disrupted by noises. On the Thursday, live music was playing very loudly from 8pm until past 10pm. Being directly above the bar, the music was incredibly disruptive! On Friday, music began at 10pm. I actually called reception at 11:30pm as the music hadn't stopped. They were very apologetic and said they would get the music turned off straight away (which they did), as it should have turned off at 11pm. While I appreciate how quickly the issue was resolved once I complained, it's poor that the hotel allows loud music to play until such a late time. I appreciate it was a Friday night, but I was working the next day, and the noise both nights really disrupted my sleep. The fan/heating unit was also so loud that we could not use it. I had a discount on the room, but I would have been incredibly disappointed if I had paid full price.

Plus : James m'attendait quand je suis arrivé et m'a montré la clé et la chambre. Il m'a également pris l'ordre pour le matin suivant. La chambre était de taille décente. Il y a beaucoup de lumières dans la chambre. Le lit était bon. Il y a un parking sur le site. Le petit déjeuner était prêt quand je suis descendu à la salle de repas.
Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables. La salle de bain est juste à peu près de taille adéquate pour une personne.
La chambre était au 2e étage, avec des escaliers étroits.

UUtilisateur anonymeI spent two nights here for the Shakespeare celebrations and absolutely loved it. The house has such a perfect ambience — cozy and welcoming.
The room was perfect, too: spacious, clean, and comfortable. I also liked that they had a TV in the room — it was nice to have it on for some white noise since I was travelling alone. Plus, they provided an electric kettle with instant coffee, milk, and tea, which was a nice touch.
The bathroom was spotless, and the amenities (soap, towels, etc.) were complete.
They offered several options for breakfast, but I always went with the English breakfast—and it was so good! Not to forget, cereals, fruit, jam, and milk were also available in the dining room.
It's too bad I didn’t have the chance to enjoy the separate kitchen, but the street view from its window gave it such good vibes.
I would definitely come back here if I revisit this city!

IInvitéThis venue was stunning, a beautiful quiet location to catch your breath or walk into Stratford-upon-Avon to enjoy the architecture and see the history.
Wish we could have spent more time there, and we would certainly plan to return and explore further.
Very clean, tidy, and spacious accommodation.
Fittings within the room and in the hotel were excellent. Linen and towels were of superb quality.
The service was excellent throughout, and all the staff were extremely polite and helpful.
