Hôtels avec petit déjeuner à Warwickshire, Royaume-Uni

Couple with dog. For two nights we didn't have hot water. We rang reception an spoke to the duty manager - the second time...He told us it was because there was a coach load of people staying who had all taken a shower/bath at the same time on their return, and we would have to wait until it heated up again. That didn't allow for the lack of pressure - a trickle! In the end we gave up - no shower/bath. However, the duty manager assured us that the manager would find us the next morning.... this never happened, On the Saturday night the same thing happened. The excuse given by the receptionist for the manager not having found us that morning was there was a wedding and all managers were needed - they didn't start their shift until 11am. The duty manager couldn't speak to us as he was working at the wedding - Saturday night - but Leanne assured us that she had noted our complaint and that she had written up notes, and our inconvenience (now not having hot water for two nights of a three night stay) would be reflected in our invoice on checking out. This wasn't the point. The stay was supposed to be a relaxing, super special treat, not able to have a shower or a bath at night was NOT okay! She assured us that on the third night the 'tour' party and 'wedding party' would have left. So we would have hot water. Which we did. On checking out the receptionist had no idea about our complaint, and therefore couldn't help us. We are in the process of writing a compliant, and a review. The staff and hotel did not let you down - the management did! I have a video of the water pressure. On another point, the hotel is described as dog friendly. This might be the case. You can bring your dog for a fee of £25 a night, however, on check in we were told we had to eat in the bar area or outside. Luckily the weather was okay. However, we felt like second class citizens! Not only that but the bar area has no tables at which anyone could eat a meal - the tables are all low and only fit for snacks!

Took myself away for the weekend. the location of this hotel was perfect for me to decide where I could go for the day. There's a lot to do in the area, from bowling with an arcade, soft play for children, and cinema. A good selection of places for food and drinks. The train station isn't too far away and opens up a lot more places. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. They give recommendations and help direct to whatever you need / want. The staff also on arrival ask I'd you have a preferred floor. Stayed here 3 times. I would definitely recommend and stay again if needed to.

It’s an impressive building so I was having some expectations. The room it was a bit dated in the newer part. Not many amenities as you can expect from this kind of hotel. The bar area is really nice looking over a fabulous garden and so the restaurant. On that note the food was areal let down. I have ordered a Thai green curry chicken. I was soo looking forward to this but when arrived it was a total disappointment. The chicken was probably a leftover from another meal, very dry. The sauce was nothing like green curry and the rice it was microwaved. The waitresses were very lovely and apologised and the removed it from my bill. They said that they have an agency chef! So it’s a real shame !!

L'hôtel est situé dans une grande zone du paysage de Warwickshire. Lorsque vous arrivez le bar/service à côté de la porte, il a des problèmes de maintenance, il n'est pas encore ouvert. Lorsque nous arrivons, le service était étonnant: gentil, amiable et accessible. La chambre (21) était grande, le lit double était vaste et les deux enfants avaient des lits doubles disponibles - même avec notre bagage dispersé autour de la chambre, il y avait encore beaucoup de place pour les enfants à courir et à jouer. La chambre était très chaude, mais j'ai aimé la température de la chambre et j'ai trouvé la chambre agréable - pas trop chaude ou froide et très confortable. Il n'y avait pas beaucoup de choix et beaucoup d'articles que nous devions attendre entre 10-15 mins - et sans dire rien au personnel de cuisine/buffet très absent, il n'était pas monté. J'ai fait ce qui reste mais je n'ai pas fini avec un toast (pas de pain), pas de bacon et pas d'œufs. Pas de valeur pour le tag de prix £12.99. J'ai vu cela mentionné dans d'autres commentaires mais la zone de petit déjeuner était conservatoire-esque et très froide. Comme indiqué précédemment, le service à la clientèle était excellent et ce service a été maintenu à l'affichage.

Le personnel est ami mais limité dans ce qu'il peut faire, les chambres varient de la fabuleuse à la tatuée droite. Très populaire avec les fêtes d'entraînement, donc le petit déjeuner peut être enchantée (pas de sièges, de plaques ou de couteaux quand j'ai essayé sur ce séjour). Bon si vous pouvez obtenir le prix correct pour la chambre, mais pas le meilleur exemple de la marque Mercure à une certaine distance

arrived around 3pm and checked in at the bar as instructed I received a warm welcome and even had my case carried up the stairs (no lift). I was given room 3, a single which was more than adequate with large single bed (very comfy) separate bath tub and wc plus t & coffee- I was pleasantly surprised. The wall mounted tv worked efficiently, there was sufficient storage and hanging space for my two night needs & the t and milks were topped up as requested. brekky was adequate and I enjoyed my stay. The ten am check out was a bit of a problem on the second morning as my train wasn’t until noon (less than 5 minutes walk to the station). the bus to Stratford, Warwick and Coventry goes from round the corner and the town is 7 - 10 minutes walk across the river bridge and past the pump room. plenty of dining options. good value for money but more a boarding house than hotel. I would return

Very glad I booked in this hotel. I needed a place for a night while coming to see the RSC, and the location couldn’t be better, just across the park. The room was so pretty and had everything you needed, bathtub, soap, iron, a kettle to make coffee/tea, and hair dryer. It doesn’t have AC, but my assistant dog and I were fine with just the fan. (I wonder in the winter?) But it did have towel warm rack- fantastic to dry off the towels and small washed clothes. The check in and out super easy and they’re keeping our luggage until we leave tonight, so I’m super grateful about that. The only thing I’d add to the room is better lighting for the bathroom’s mirror, since I could really see what I was doing 🤣 And maybe a better system to order in the pub, since it was a bit slow… But the food was Ok for a quick bite. Everyone was nice and I’d definitely would come back 🙌🏾

I got to the hotel around 5 pm and there was no one at the reception. I went to the restaurant and a young gentleman said he can help me check in. At first he couldn't find my booking as I had done it through TRIPS.COM. He eventually found it I went to my room. The room had AC which worked fine. I had a good night sleep. In the morning I went to the restaurant for my breakfast and asked for vegetarian option. He asked if I would like vegetarian sausage and how many if so. I ordered two and also asked for oat milk which he kindly brought for me. I then went to the counter to get other vegetarian food (mushroom, tomato, baked beans, hash browns) and toast. I had a good breakfast with coffee and orange juice. There was no credit card blocks and check out was just a drop of the card into a box on my exit. Will recommend this hotel to anyone. Clean and functional.

2日間滞在しました。ヒースロー空港近くのレンタカー会社から車で1時間ちょっとで着きます。駐車場は1日￡5でした。コッツウォルズを巡るのにちょうど良い場所でした。 スタッフの方々は、4人程見かけましたが皆さん優しく迎えてくれました。 室内は清潔で、ちょうど良い広さです。水回りが清潔で良かったです。コンセントの場所も多く、便利だと思います。タオル、ドライヤーがついています。ハウスキーピングは、カウンターで事前にお願いするようです。お願いし忘れており、後からタオルのみ交換をお願いしましたがすぐに換えてくれました。 ボディーソープ、シャンプー、リンス、歯磨きセット等は事前に用意した方が良いと思います。 すぐそばにガソリンスタンドや飲食店(KFC、スターバックスコーヒー等)、スーパーがあるのでとても便利です。 丁寧な対応ありがとうございました。機会があればまた行きたいです。

La chambre était noire mais spacieuse. Nous avons une chambre familiale avec un double et deux seules. Le petit déjeuner était inclus. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, mais le serveur a dit que le petit déjeuner était très bon. J'avais deux œufs à coucher. Le seul problème était le manque de communication sur la route habituelle pour trouver l'hôtel fermé en raison de travaux routiers. Naviguer dans un système d'une seule voie dans une ville inconnue sans courrier ou appel pour nous dire comment nous allions à l'hôtel était extrêmement stressant et nous mettre 1.5 heures derrière le calendrier d'arrivée. Cela aurait pu être trié si l'hôtel avait contacté trip.com avec la ligne de terrain fournie lors de la réservation et expliquée sur les travaux de route, de sorte que j'aurais pu être averti.
