Nice hotel. Big room. Nice spa, only footbath broken.
The building is old and needs a renovation. If something Is broken it's not replaced.
The food isn't great. The plate are cold but the food is lukewarm. Starters were nice but pita bread wasn't toasted. Salmon very small, not even fillet and not crunchy. Risotto tasted watery. Desert way too sweet. Breakfast lukewarm too. Ok for the price overall. View from restaurant is amazing though.

1. L'hôtel se trouve à la périphérie d'une petite ville. Il est très proche des principales attractions à pied. Il dispose d'un grand parking et est très pratique. Les clients paient 10 livres pour 24 heures.
2. L'hôtel maintient les normes cohérentes et les services standardisés du Crowne Plaza. Cependant, comme il y a de nombreuses chambres à chaque étage, certaines chambres peuvent être éloignées.

La chambre est au toit, c'est un typique bâtiment britannique modifié, la vue est très limitée, et c'est OK, surtout le service du restaurant est excellent. Le matin, en raison du temps de presse, les dames du restaurant m'ont aidée à préparer des aliments provisoires, très bien, merci

1. The hotel location is fine. Near the town and nearby cafe. Nice.
2. The room have USB C charging port. Good for my Apple Iphone 16 power up. The lighting control of the room is simple and easy to manage.
3. Breakfast: Good, Much Choices.
4. Staff service: On June 1, I requested the duty staff at the lobby at 7:30 AM to arrange for my room cleaning, including towel replacement. Unfortunately, upon my return at 10:00 PM, the room had not been cleaned. As it was very late, I chose not to call for staff assistance and cleaned the room myself. This is an area where the hotel can improve its service reliability.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé pour un court voyage à Stratford sur Avon.
Les chambres sont confortables et le lit était grand. Le parking est facile et abondant. Pas trop cher.
Le personnel de la ville est très bien placé.

Superb hotel in an excellent location - close to the railway station and the key landmarks. Staff were extremely friendly (especially Nadine on the front desk) and our room was spacious, clean and quiet. I’d definitely book this hotel again.

This was a one-night stay whilst travelling on business so I was really only looking for a clean room with a comfy bed with a decent breakfast in the morning. This hotel delivered well on all three counts. It is also very conveniently located for the M40 with a McDonald's right next door. I booked for a very reasonable price and much preferred it to some of the Premier Inns that I've stayed in recently.

For two nights we didn't have hot water. We rang reception an spoke to the duty manager - the second time...He told us it was because there was a coach load of people staying who had all taken a shower/bath at the same time on their return, and we would have to wait until it heated up again. That didn't allow for the lack of pressure - a trickle! In the end we gave up - no shower/bath. However, the duty manager assured us that the manager would find us the next morning.... this never happened, On the Saturday night the same thing happened. The excuse given by the receptionist for the manager not having found us that morning was there was a wedding and all managers were needed - they didn't start their shift until 11am. The duty manager couldn't speak to us as he was working at the wedding - Saturday night - but Leanne assured us that she had noted our complaint and that she had written up notes, and our inconvenience (now not having hot water for two nights of a three night stay) would be reflected in our invoice on checking out. This wasn't the point. The stay was supposed to be a relaxing, super special treat, not able to have a shower or a bath at night was NOT okay! She assured us that on the third night the 'tour' party and 'wedding party' would have left. So we would have hot water. Which we did.
On checking out the receptionist had no idea about our complaint, and therefore couldn't help us.
We are in the process of writing a compliant, and a review. The staff and hotel did not let you down - the management did!

On another point, the hotel is described as dog friendly. This might be the case. You can bring your dog for a fee of £25 a night, however, on check in we were told we had to eat in the bar area or outside. Luckily the weather was okay. However, we felt like second class citizens! Not only that but the bar area has no tables at which anyone could eat a meal - the tables are all low and only fit for snacks!

Check in was late and the staff member was brilliant, happy and even gave us an upgrade from a twin to a double - free of charge! Thank you!
In the morning we didn’t stay for breakfast as we had a day planned, but again the staff member was so nice!
Cleanliness fine, wear and tear in the room - but hey! £41 didn’t really matter.
Fridge, TV, fan, iron + board and safe in the room.
Bed was awesome - large!
Bathroom was clean.
Would go back!

Les personnes sont incroyablement amicales et utiles, une belle zone, des tapis de rue pourraient utiliser une refroidissement, il n'y a pas de salle de sport comme annoncé comme il a récemment fermé, un excellent endroit pour rester

YYuanLe petit déjeuner est très bon, mais il est très bon. Je ne serai pas contre rester là encore, mais il n'y a rien de spécial à me faire revenir.
Plus : James m'attendait quand je suis arrivé et m'a montré la clé et la chambre. Il m'a également pris l'ordre pour le matin suivant. La chambre était de taille décente. Il y a beaucoup de lumières dans la chambre. Le lit était bon. Il y a un parking sur le site. Le petit déjeuner était prêt quand je suis descendu à la salle de repas.
Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables. La salle de bain est juste à peu près de taille adéquate pour une personne.
La chambre était au 2e étage, avec des escaliers étroits.

UUtilisateur anonymeI spent two nights here for the Shakespeare celebrations and absolutely loved it. The house has such a perfect ambience — cozy and welcoming.
The room was perfect, too: spacious, clean, and comfortable. I also liked that they had a TV in the room — it was nice to have it on for some white noise since I was travelling alone. Plus, they provided an electric kettle with instant coffee, milk, and tea, which was a nice touch.
The bathroom was spotless, and the amenities (soap, towels, etc.) were complete.
They offered several options for breakfast, but I always went with the English breakfast—and it was so good! Not to forget, cereals, fruit, jam, and milk were also available in the dining room.
It's too bad I didn’t have the chance to enjoy the separate kitchen, but the street view from its window gave it such good vibes.
I would definitely come back here if I revisit this city!

JJulianL'hôtel est situé dans un beau milieu, confortable pour Rugby et le M1/M6. Nous avons été ensuite dans une suite dans les Stables, il était fatigué, que je savais des photos en ligne, mais notre salle de bain avait des cheveux dans la baignoire et a été clochée dans le trou. Le petit déjeuner était médiocre au mieux, beaucoup de nourriture chaude avait échappé avec personne ne gardant un oeil, nous devions demander que les articles soient sortis. Le personnel était 50/50 - certains très agréables mais certains désintéressés, l'un des récepteurs ne nous donna même pas les directions à notre chambre correctement suite. Si un peu d'argent était dépensé pour améliorer les chambres et construire, j'aurais été heureux de payer plus, c'est une honte réelle, le potentiel est immense!

DDawnieIn the countryside in Stratford in a beautiful timber beamed building. The room was dark but spacious. We had the family room with a double and two single. Breakfast was included. No menus but the waiter said any English breakfast combination which was great. I had two poached eggs. The only problem was a lack of communication regarding the usual route to find the hotel being closed due to road works. Navigating a one way system in an unfamiliar town with no email or call to let us know how we were to get to the hotel was extremely stressful and put us 1.5 hours behind the schedule to arrive. This could have been sorted if the hotel had contacted trip.com with the landline provided at booking and explained about road works so I could have been forwarned.
