The room is spacious with a sitting area, large closet, and refrigerator with freezer. They also provide some amenities like soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. Bath towels are also provided. The balcony and the bathroom are clean, however, there are some dust on the windowsills of the room's interior and on the corners. For a large room, they only provide a single non-absorbent floor mat. They might want to provide more, considering that it's a resort providing water activities. There's also a sign in the bathroom detailing instructions on how to use the water heater, but there is no water heater. The other room that we booked located on a different building has a heater, though. The room is located on the 2nd floor, the water pressure is good and the toilet has a bidet. Be careful on the bath, though, as it's slippery. They should also consider adding a non-slip mat on the bathtub as a safety precaution. There's TV inside the room but it doesn't have any channels. I think they forgot to add another remote needed for you to be able to access the channels. The TV on the other room that we booked is working fine, though. The river is nice and clean and the free time alotted for kayaking is more than enough to explore it. The beach has mixed fine and coarse sand with some corals and shells. The water is calm and it's only knee deep even during hightide in the afternoon, so it's safe for kids. Since the beach is shared with an abandoned resort, and numerous other resorts in the area, it would be good if the staff in charge of maintenance clean the resort's beachfront to minimize the amount of trash, as there are also some trash on the resort's huts located on the beachfront. The 2 pools are clear and clean, one is located in front of the river, while the infinity pool is facing the beach. The riverside pool closes at 7pm, while the infinity pool closes at 12mn. The garden is also nice, although there are some dried bushes here and there. Wifi is only available in public areas. The free breakfast is ok, with 2 pieces of dried fish, 1 hotdog, and 1 cup of rice, and unlimited serving of instant black coffee. The owner is friendly, and the front desk staff, bellboy, and security are also helpful and accommodating. The resort seems adequately staffed; although it is recommended to retrain the maintenance staff on the cleanliness of the rooms and grounds. There are also nearby restaurants, and the Mangunguna Restaurant across the street serves really good and affordable meals. The River Restaurant and Giant Taklobo Restaurant are also within walking distance.

Avec petit déjeuner, les portions sont locales mais assez remplies. Nombre de parkings sur place (observez les cocoa au-dessus de la voiture). Carroir de golf avec conducteur disponible, mais la marche est vraiment courte et la plupart du temps plat. Les ménages sont très bien accueillis et très réceptifs. Mal -absence de menu de nourriture dans la chambre avec service de chambre offert, garde-fous appelé Butler mais pas. Fourniture de téléphone cellulaire avec charge, charge expire initialement. Mises à jour toutes les 6 heures pour téléphoner par message de texte. 80% du temps de garde-fous ne pouvait pas être atteint. Le menu est un jour trouvé sur le site ou amené à porter de nombreuses choses non disponibles et la taille de la portion n'est pas claire. Le savon de bar est bon mais petit (coupé d'un bar plus grand), un peu de route vers tout le reste de la ville et pas beaucoup d'autre chose à faire ici. Le petit déjeuner perdu le dernier jour pour se rendre à la porte a été placé 6PM en personne la nuit avant. Si elle n'avait pas été appelée, elle n'aurait pas été fournie (parce que nous avions eu l'animal, choisi pour le service de la chambre) Lumière de garde de maison ne fonctionnant pas à la porte avant pour créer la chambre. L'attente des vacanciers qui ne sont pas en accord avec le gestionnaire de site de marge bénéficiaire essaie de générer à partir de chaque séjour. Vous avez le sentiment de payer trop pour un niveau de service qui manquait et cela se sentait en relation avec la façon dont l'entreprise semble être en cours.

Le lieu est nouveau et ayant 3ème fête en voyage. com peut obtenir un meilleur accord, comme si vous vous promenez en vous chargez leur prix régulier très cher comme ils sont juste près de la marine de la marine allant à cent îles, La chambre est très propre et dispose d'une belle salle de bains avec lit, eau chaude et grande pression d'eau, ferme offre confortable et grande coussin doux et chaussures lourdes. Je resterais ici encore si nous reviendrons aux alaminos, qui est justement triste que cette crise de guerre affecte les entreprises et la vie des gens.

C'est ma troisième séjour à Aureo et je suis satisfait jusqu'à présent. Mon seul problème est que les résidus sont trop petits et que certaines gares sont trop étroites, c'est-à-dire que la porte est trop près du bord, ce qui peut être difficile pour les plus grands clients. Le service est excellent. Félicitations à la gestion et au personnel!

The deluxe room was spacious for a family of 4, and take note of the washroom providing a “suite like” feel. Although the cabinets were obviously worn out, one of them had molds and can even smell once you open it. However, room had been kept clean throughout our stay in. There was a limitation on access to amenities. The beach was closed due to soil erosion, hence we only able to use the infinity pool. Prepare cash for the deposit of 2k per night. No lift (south wing, ocean wing) we had to ask assistance from the hotel concierges to bring the luggages all the way up to the3rd floor.

We had the premier family suite and it fit all 5 of us comfortably. The hotel itself was beautiful. Just like the pictures show. An infinity pool overlooking the ocean with easy access to the beach. The restaurant was also very nice, though I wish they had closed the windows and used air conditioning as it was too hot, even with the ocean breeze. My only complaint is that the air conditioner in the room is set automatically to a min of 23 degrees and could not be set cooler. Their explanation was that it was centralized but I don’t think there was a need for that. I was hoping it would be cooler.

I recently stayed at Spotlight Hotel in Alaminos, Philippines, and while there were some positive aspects, I feel there is room for improvement. The staff and receptionist were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which was the highlight of our stay. They went out of their way to assist us with our luggage and provided helpful services throughout our visit, which we greatly appreciated. However, the cleanliness of the bathroom was disappointing. There were noticeable molds on the walls, and the drainage emitted an unpleasant smell, which impacted our comfort. Additionally, the lack of an elevator made it challenging to move around, especially with heavy luggage. I also found the lost key policy to be a bit strict. We were charged 500 pesos (around $8.58), which felt a bit excessive for the situation. While I appreciate the efforts of the staff, addressing these concerns would significantly enhance the experience for future guests.

The hotel and the location is perfect for peaceful and easy access area to go to the Heart of Vigan we stayed 2 nights we did 1 day in ilocos sur travel to ilocos norte the next day and came back to the same hotel.its clean employees have a pleasing personalities restaurant menus is okey food is great. The only issue i have since i am used to stay on a buffet breakfast hotel this place requires you to choose your breakfast on the small option list.and drinks option are weird so if you choose juice thats all you get you cannot get a coffee even if you offer to pay for it very weird way.but overall the hotel is great! Good for group families and kids friendly
