So I of course read google reviews about this place before hand and was torn ... ultimately deciding on it because I kept going back to it on google ...upon checking in after I online booked it...I was greeted by a young woman behind the desk who was cheerful eager to help and informative. Even thou it was nearly 10pm. After 10 minutes the room phone rang it was the front desk and the same young woman who checked me in ..asking about my pit bull saying the lady next door called said my dog was trying to attack her car thru the window...this flat out didn't happen however my dog and her car were playing and my dog isn't a pit bull she's an American Bully but I get it ...I assured the front desk my dot wouldn't be by the neighbors window again and apologized for her having to call me ...fyi y'all ever known a dog to try and attack a cat thru a window without barking growling or acting a damn fool??? Cuz mine sure didn't do any of that ...ANYWAY...The room I booked had 2 queens and lemme tell ya the beds were unbelievably comfortable as were the pillows. The aesthetics of the room was chill and relaxing TV worked as it should so did the AC ...but on to the best part the lady tending to the contentinal breakfast...which was fully stocked at all times and not just stocked but perfectly lined pastries breads and cereal bowls. On my particular morning which was a Friday they served sausage links biscuits eggs blueberry or plain pancakes. They had fresh apple or orange juice but it was the attendant who made it amazing not just her detail but her pleasant disposition to everyone was fantastic. I would return just to tip her again !!! This was a treat experience and one I'll never regret

Breakfst was excellent. Location was very good. Sink drained very slowly. Bath light took several minutes to reach full brightness

Les employés vous traitaient très bien. J'ai vérifié et je suis allé dans ma chambre. J'ai découvert que ma porte n'était pas fermée tout le chemin. Je l'aurais fermée, mais il ne serait pas amusant. Je suis allé en bas, et l'homme de maintenance était là, et il est monté avec moi pour la réparer. Tout était propre, même le lit. La salle de bain était propre, mais quand je me préparais au lit, j'ai vu une anne sur le compteur dans la salle de bain. Je ne pensais rien de cela et je l'ai tué et je suis allé dormir. Le matin suivant, je me suis préparé dans la salle de bain, et j'ai trouvé 2-3 ants sur le compteur. Je les ai tués, mais je suis parti toute la journée. J'ai séjourné au total 2 nuits. La nuit suivante, j'ai pris une douche. La pression de l'eau n'était pas bonne. L'eau chaude et la douche étaient magnifiques, mais ils pouvaient utiliser plus de pression. Encore une fois, il y avait des ancêtres dans le monde, ils montaient sur les murs sur le plafond. Je ne suis pas sûr que quelque chose soit jeté sur les murs, mais il semblait qu'ils allaient tous vers un seul point. C'est ce qui m'a conduit à croire que c'était ça. Alors j'ai déménagé toutes mes affaires et je suis arrivé dans le foyer où il y avait un miroir. Je quittai ce matin, donc j'ai pensé que je dirais au personnel. Alors j'ai vérifié et dit au bureau de front, elle a juste dit ok. ” Je pensais qu'elle le prendrait sérieusement, mais elle n'a pas fait. J'ai séjourné dans la chambre 411. Très belle chambre. Vérifiez juste les ances. Le petit déjeuner était gratuit pour les deux jours. J'ai été dit au propriétaire qu'il donnait des bons gratuits pour le petit déjeuner. Je pensais que c'était merveilleux.

L'hôtel est plus ancien, surtout dans le quartier général, il a un goût humide et je ne me sens pas propre. Mais il est très bien situé, le parking est grand, la chambre est grande, le service est bon, le petit déjeuner est bon, parce que je suis familiarisé, je vis ici plusieurs fois. Un hôtel de la ville de Wahao, à côté, a été hébergé, bien que luxueux, la chambre est petite, il a également signalé deux alertes de feu à minuit, le prix est trop bas et l'expérience est trop mauvaise. Alors, vous habitez souvent cette maison.

Great hotel, great location! Housekeeping did not replace items in room (toilet paper, cups, etc) but room was clean.

We have stayed here multiple times in the past 5-10 years, so we *thought* we knew what we were going to get. It's summer in Nashville, so I'm somewhat ok looking the other way with the building and room feeling humid. The room as a whole was fine; comfortable bed, fridge, microwave, fairly comfy chair & ottoman. The minor things are just confusing and concerning that this once Awesome hotel is trending down. 🚪the key card on the door was busted! Sliding in the card was the MOST FINICKY OF ALL TIME, giving us problems. One time the key card slid all the way in, eating the card. Maintenance came to retrieve the card. No fix was made, we were just told to be careful. 🪟 The sunshades behind the window curtain was janky AF, the left side was down but wouldn't move (the cord had been removed and tucked at the top). All while the right was up without a way to get it down, except to pull it. But when I did that, I realized why they had it up and the electric motor turned off... It didn't go all the way down and was shredded. 💧The sink is backwards, hot water to the right & cool to the left. 🌡️ The thermostat was broken. While the room was kept cool, it was uncomfortably cool with it being humid. It was humid enough that the furniture had a tacky feel to it. Did the room work for us, yes. Were all the small things adding up make us consider that our next trip will be booked elsewhere, also yes.

Good for family. Room size was good. Although hotel is at roadside, rooms are away from road, hence quiet. Hotel is also by the river and room balconies face river which is nice. One swimming pool is with slide and waterfal. Second pool at other end of the hotel is also nice. Breakfast is basic. It worked well for our family. In front of hotel, there is a stop for free public nostalgic bus (Blue line trolley) that takes you down to Gatlinburg center in a few minutes(Aquarium is last stop), comes at every 15 min. Otherwise it’s 15 min.walk to the city center.

Not a great experience. 1) When we arrived on Friday note, there was a sign on the only ice machine on our side of the building that said it was out of order. Should have been fixed since the sige didn't look like it was at all,new. 2) We went to the machines to get a can of soda and that machine said not to use $5's. OK. Put in .50 for the $2.50 can of Pepsi. Went to put in two $1 bills but the machine wouldn't take those either. We used a credit card and paid the $2.50, but weren't aboe to get the .50 returned. went to get a bag of jerkey treats for $5 but it wouldn't take an y of the 3 credit cards I had, even though we just used one for the soda. 3) Asked for a bar of soap and we were told there were none so we had to go to Kriger to but a bar of soap. Not everyone wants to take a bath and have the soap 4 fetet over their head in a kiquid dispenser. 4) Floors were dirty. Had to wear socks or shoes all the time. Wore white socks for an hour and the bottoms were filthy. In addition to that, there were several spots where the floors were sticky. 5) Pleasure to have the TV and when it wasn't working, notified the front desk and someone came immediately and fixed the problem. Great service. 6) Beds were extremely comfortable. 7) had the scrambled eggs for breakfast. I'm pretty sure they were powdered, but they were exeremely tastey
