Beautiful hotel with lots on site. Room was lovely and spacious with everything you need, even a fridge which really came in handy to store food and drinks. Short drive or bus to Edinburgh City centre. Breakfast was fantastic and had something fir everyone. Only complaint would be the layout of the hotel was very confusing and was a long walk to my room with lots of baggage.

Chaque membre du personnel, de la réception au restaurant et au bar, fait preuve d'une patience et d'une délicatesse remarquables. Un moment particulièrement mémorable fut lorsque nous nous sommes perdus dans Livingston de nuit, ne connaissant pas le quartier. Le personnel de la réception a été d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle, allant jusqu'à venir nous chercher à l'arrêt de bus ; nous avons été profondément touchés par leur dévouement ! Points à améliorer : Le principal inconvénient réside dans l'emplacement de l'hôtel, difficile à trouver. Si l'accès en voiture est beaucoup plus simple, l'arrêt de bus le plus proche se situe à environ 10 minutes à pied, ce qui implique de passer par un tunnel (et donc d'éviter la route principale). Ce qui complique les déplacements pour les personnes ne conduisant pas. Malgré cet inconvénient d'emplacement, l'excellent service fait de cet hôtel une option à considérer pour ceux qui recherchent un accueil chaleureux et convivial.

Le séjour le plus excellent Le personnel qui m'a fait sentir comme une partie de leur famille. C'est un service de clientèle absolument excellent à partir des saluers d'arrivée de la belle réceptioniste Zoe et du gestionnaire de service Andy dont l'hospitalité était magnifique. À la belle gardienne Bernie qui a stocké mes thés chamoline et le miel écossais, à Shaine la gardienne au petit déjeuner, à l'homme d'entretien et à l'homme de travail, Scott qui a été au-dessus et au-delà de ses devoirs lors de mon départ. Je vous remercie tous d'avoir fait mon séjour accueillant et accueillant.

L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. La maison de justice est près de la station Scotrail, qui prend 10 minutes pour aller aux sites de visite dans la ville d'Edimbourg. I had a great stay at the Premier Inn in Bathgate. The location is very convenient, being close to the fire station and offering easy access to Bathgate bus station, with a 1-hour ride to Edinburgh. Although we booked a standard double room, we were pleasantly surprised to be given a family room, complete with an extra bed. The staff were friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable, making it a perfect base for our trip. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

The staff are very welcoming.  In fact everyone that passed was very friend. The staff made up for the hotel. Our room and bathroom was large but very tiered.  It definitely need s makeover .sorry for telling the truth it needs money spent on it and it would be a great place to come to. We look forward with interest if it gets a,injection of money we will be back.

Ok for one night but not a lot of space and bathroom needs loads of upgrading…clean enough but not well ventilated as really stuffy with no fan and due to the airplanes flying over it’s very noisy but service was top notch
