Excellent hotel, daté de l'âge de la construction. Très propre salle de bains et lits. Amazing, grand entrée. Très proche des zones de vue et des stations de bus de vue locale. Excellent vue de la ville. Beaucoup d'équipement personnel fourni (barrière dentaire, etc.). L'accès au centre de fitness est un coût supplémentaire (substantiel). Le personnel est très bien équipé d'un excellent anglais.

L'hôtel peut fournir un service de livraison gratuit ! Assurez-vous de contacter l'hôtel à l'avance ! L'hôtel est assez loin de la jetée, et il y a encore une volée de marches pour y arriver, mais de ce fait, on aperçoit le grand torii depuis la chambre ! C'est bien de prendre deux repas dans un même hôtel, et le bain thermal privé c'est aussi bien ! En partant, vous pouvez stocker vos bagages puis vous rendre à l'embarcadère. Vous pouvez demander au centre d'accueil de l'embarcadère d'appeler l'hôtel et leur demander d'envoyer vos bagages à l'embarcadère gratuitement !

J'ai séjourné ici lors d'un voyage d'affaires. L'hôtel est proche de la gare d'Hiroshima, ce qui le rend pratique pour les voyageurs en Shinkansen. Le petit-déjeuner est servi au Komeda's Coffee, idéal pour ceux qui souhaitent un petit-déjeuner léger. Il y a un grand bain public, mais il n'est pas très grand ; je vous recommande donc de vérifier l'affluence sur l'écran de la chambre à l'avance. La chambre est usée, mais les tailles varient et elle paraissait assez usée, ce qui la rendait peu propre.

I think it is unfair that this hotel has a low score on Trip.com. The reason I say this is because people were either looking for a “cheap hotel” in Hiroshima and were surprised by how far it is from Hiroshima Station and the city center, or they assumed the hotel was located on Miyajima Island. Since there are only five reviews on Trip.com as I am writing this, I want to make clear who this hotel is suitable for and who it is not. This hotel is perfect for people who want to stay as close as possible to the Miyajima ferry and spend just one night before heading to the island the next morning. You can reach the ferry either by walking (around 30 minutes) or by taking the local tram (around a 10–15 minute ride). This hotel is not a good fit if you want to stay in Hiroshima and explore the city. It is not close to Hiroshima Station, the city center, or any sightseeing spots. The area around the hotel also offers nothing, there were no restaurants or convenience stores nearby, so take that into account. However, if your plan is to stay one night and go to Miyajima Island as early as possible the next morning, and you are traveling with limited luggage (do not bring large suitcases or any heavy luggage), then this hotel is a good choice. We had our main luggage sent to our hotel next to Hiroshima Station and only carried a small 5 kg carry-on with clothes for the next day. The walk from the nearest metro station to the hotel was about 10–15 minutes, and it was not as difficult as some reviews made it sound. Just use Google Maps and you will be fine. About the hotel itself, because of what we read, we expected nothing, but we were pleasantly surprised. The check-in process, done by machine, was instant and smooth with no issues at all. Sometimes I really wonder what people are doing when I read their experiences. The room itself was more than fine. You have all the amenities you need, the room was spacious enough for two people with luggage, the bed was big enough for us, the hotel was clean, and overall it felt like a good hotel. I was even surprised that the hotel had a laundry room.

L'hôtel est neuf et les chambres sont plus grandes que celles des hôtels classiques. Les avantages sont les suivants : les salles de bains sont séparées en deux parties : l'une est humide et l'autre sèche, des boissons sont offertes dans le hall et le personnel est très sympathique. Seul inconvénient : il faut signaler le nettoyage quotidien de la chambre. J'ai oublié de signaler le nettoyage à la réception le deuxième jour de mon séjour de trois jours, et la chambre n'a pas été nettoyée. De plus, il y a relativement peu de places de parking pour les visites en voiture !

Initially i wanted to book a hotel somewhere in the downtown. But the breakfast and the dinner here caught my eyes. Also the view of the inland islands. I stayed 2 nights here, I came from Fukuoka where my plane landed. The taxi fare from hiroshima station to the hotel is about 3000-3500 yen. There is free hotel shuttle bus but i did not take it. Also, there is public bus stopping right outside the hotel (which i found out later). Though the hotel is old, it is well kept and clean. The staff were very eager to assist the guests and there is always a smile on the face. I was given the 17th floor facing east. But the morning sun was too bright. Though it didnt matter much to me. Another reason i booked this hotel is they have speed boat counter for Miyajima island. I booked one way there as I have the JR pass for return and I have plans after. One way ticket from hotel to Miyajima is 2400 yen and return is 4500 yen. There is a convenience store in the hotel. But I believe they closes at 2200. Also, there is hot spring in the hotel. There is a usage charge for it, but i do not recall the price as i did not use. I went up to the bar on the 1st night. The view was great. Most importantly the price are reasonable too. For both days, i ate at the chinese restaurant for breakfast. 1st day was Japanese breakfast set. 2nd day was Japanese buffet style breakfast. They were delicious. The western and Japanese buffet breakfast at the top floor were very crowded. But they had more selections. For my return trip to Beppu, I used the concierge (bell desk) to send my big luggage to Fukuoka. The price was okay. I took the hotel shuttle bus go Hiroshima station. It was a pleasant ride. Do take note it is first come first serve and there’s a queue. I will stay here again, should I come back to Hiroshima. Thank you.

La chambre, rien à dire. Tout était OK. Par contre la surprise fût le petit déjeuner qui est en réalité une box avec quelques produits issus de la cuisine japonaise. Pas très ragoûtant. Pourtant je suis fan de la cuisine japonaise. Boisson thé vert en bouteille plastique.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, viele Essmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe, auch viele Geschäfte befinden sich sehr nahe zum Hotel. Peace Museum und Peace Memorial Park sind in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Frühstück im Hotel ist mittelmäßig, das betrifft sowohl die Auswahl der Speisen als auch die Räumlichkeiten, wo Frühstück stattfindet, es könnte unter Umständen sehr voll und eng sein. Das Zimmer, was wir hatten war für zwei Personen ziemlich klein aber sauber, WLAN im Hotel ist schwach. Im großen und ganzen ist dieses Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Hiroshima ganz ok.

Location is excellent, with quick access to the Shinkansen on the second floor, and bus terminal on the first. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly during check-in, and they even brought my luggage up after I dropped it off to explore the city. Room was clean and spacious, even with my luggage open. No complaints at all. Breakfast had a nice and varied spread, but some dishes were slightly cold. Would love to stay here again.

L'hébergement était en fait mieux que ce que j'imaginais. Dès mon arrivée, le personnel était très serviable et parlait anglais. Les étages sont séparés par sexe et j'étais au sixième étage, qui était également agréable. Ils proposaient un large choix de produits de première nécessité, comme du linge de lit, des vêtements, des brosses à dents, des rasoirs, des serviettes, etc. Il y avait un salon à chaque étage où l'on pouvait se détendre. C'est très pratique, avec un Family Mart juste à côté et un Nakau de l'autre côté de la rue. Les attractions d'Hiroshima sont toutes accessibles à pied.
