Hôtels avec petit déjeuner à Midlands de l'Ouest, Royaume-Uni

Belle nuitée. L'hôtel était très occupé avec une grande fête mais le personnel s'est très bien occupé de nous. Ce n'est pas une réflexion sur l'hôtel mais ils ont réservé un taxi pour venir nous chercher et la société de taxis était totalement inutile. Après avoir attendu vingt minutes après l'heure prévue, nous avons appelé un Uber qui était là cinq minutes plus tard. Dans l’ensemble, c’est un excellent hôtel dans lequel nous avons déjà séjourné et nous le ferons encore.

This hotel was absolutely perfect! Me and my daughter booked this hotel to see Louis Tomlinson at the Utilita. It was perfect location. 10 minutes from the train station, 5-10 minutes from the arena. There is also a lot of night life so we managed to find a nice place just across the road to have some food and drinks. The room was lovely too! We had two double beds so we managed to sleep very well after the concert! Will definitely stay again if we have another trip to Birmingham!

I checked in at 3pm and the process was quick and smooth, with no problem. The room is on 4th floor, the view outside of the window is quite okay, I could see the rooftop of the bus station and part of the Coventry Transport Museum. The WiFi was working quite well in the room and I am glad, the room provides hot water kettle, fan, clothes hangers and a TV set. But you will need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste and face towels for your morning routine. The bathroom is functional and clean . It is usually safe to walk around in the city centre, even during nighttime, but still it is better to travel in group and look after yourself.

C'est un bon choix si vous cherchez un hôtel économique pour un court séjour et que vous partez en journée, car il n'y a rien à faire sur place. Les draps, la couverture et les oreillers sont d'une propreté impeccable, mais étonnamment, il n'y a pas d'eau offerte et les articles de toilette sont incomplets : seulement du savon. La chambre est correcte, même si vous voyagez seul. La réceptionniste était serviable, mais le personnel du service d'étage frappe à votre porte comme s'il y avait le feu au moment du départ. L'hôtel est bien situé, à proximité de tout. Un bon rapport qualité-prix.

The location of the hotel is great. Walking distance to Bullring and most shops and restaurants. But the carpark is a bit of a walk through a not so nice area. Plus the closer car park is not 24 hours. So one night after a dinner that finished late, I missed the closing time of the car park and had to park at the car park that is further away. For cleanliness, the room is generally clean. But the bath towels were not clean. Out of the 6 nights I stayed there, 3 nights I had to ask for replacement towels because the new towels put in my room has various stains on them.

L'expérience globale de l'hôtel est plutôt bonne, l'environnement est propre et bien rangé, l'agencement des chambres est simple et pratique, et bien que les installations ne soient pas particulièrement nouvelles, elles sont fondamentalement complètes et il n'y a pas de problèmes majeurs à les utiliser. L'attitude du service à la réception est correcte et l'enregistrement et le départ sont relativement fluides. L'emplacement est acceptable et les transports et la commodité de vie environnants sont moyens. Dans l'ensemble, il convient aux courts séjours ou aux nuitées temporaires, avec un rapport qualité/prix raisonnable et aucune insatisfaction évidente.

The room is very tidy and clean. The staff is approachable, we enjoyed our stay. We’ll be back soon for sure. Thank you!! Ps: We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet for only £10, that’s superb ❤️

La dame à la réception était vraiment adorable. C'était la journée la plus chaude de l'année et nous nous sommes plaints de la climatisation ; elle a rapidement changé notre chambre. Lorsque nous avons eu d'autres problèmes et avons appelé la réception, elle est venue rapidement et nous a apporté une aide chaleureuse. Un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Firstly, the staff we encountered were lovely, very accommodating and helpful. The reception entrance was promising, being bright and modern with a very pleasant receptionist and smooth check in. However, our room lacked appeal, comfort or anything that made one wish to stay in it for longer than a night. To be fair, we were asked twice on check in, if we would like to move to a different floor. I jokingly asked if there was a problem with the room we'd been allocated but was told no. We were allocated Room 7. Whilst it appeared clean to the best the facilities allowed, it was unpleasant. The bottom of the bathroom door appeared water damaged and rotten. The sink was cracked. The radiator was rusted by urine splashes as situated beside the toilet and the shower was situated in a recess with no curtain or screen, so quickly spilled on to the floor making the bath mat soaked. The lock on the bathroom door didn't work. There was no hair dryer. Only one USB point within the very small TV which only charged if it was on. Being on the ground floor, our window opened out on to the narrow walk way and one poor man walked into it on his way to reception. SatNav instructions take you to a dead end further down the road and several attempts at finding our way around the God awful roundabout eventually led us to a very small parking area at the front of the hotel. Breakfast at 9.00 pm was initially disappointing. One plate was available, no bread for the toaster, no milk for the cereals. One sausage, no beans, no bacon. More food did eventually appear, as did plates, and it was very nice. The croissants and pastries were lovely too. The coffee machine was good. As mentioned, the staff were very good and we requested an iron which was bought to us quickly with a board by a lovely young man. The bed was awful. Rock hard and not much comfort from a meagre duvet that was so thin that initially we thought it had been forgotten. Anyway, one night, cheap and basic. Served its purpose but would look elsewhere and pay more. Think we were just unlucky.
