Reasonable room rates, room clean , water hot in bath/shower-food was extremely tasty, and excellent value for money for both evening meal and breakfast. Weather was hot and only improvement would have been to keep complimentary water/juice in foyer topped up as no cool water or drinks available in room.

On arrival we were asked to pay £10 for parking which seems odd. I could understand if you weren’t a guest, but if you’re staying I don’t understand why you have to pay. Reception was easy and hassle free. Room was as expected. Clean and comfortable. Had to ask for extra teabags, milk sugar as only a couple in the room. Slept well. No noise. Breakfast was excellent Lots of choice and not greasy.

Arrived late but reception was on the ball with booking. Quick & easy to get the room sorted. Helpful staff. Clean room. Good experience.

J'ai séjourné à l'Arden pour l'exposition des jeux britanniques. Le personnel du centre de loisirs semblait inprofessionnel, mais le personnel de la réception et du restaurant/bar semblait assez agréable et amicale. La chambre n'avait pas une télé à distance mais une réception rapide a été fixée, ils étaient très réalistes. C'était une belle chambre confortable. Je dirai que la nourriture pour le dîner est exceptionnel et je le recommande très fortement!

L'expérience était bonne, j'ai été quelques fois mais la chambre que nous étions n'était pas le meilleur le WiFi était faible, donc nous avons dû connecter à nos données téléphoniques et les curtains de douche étaient vraiment sales besoins de remplacement.

The hotel is convenient for the NEC, Birmingham Airport and Birmingham International railway station. Received a nice welcome at reception where the layout of the hotel was explained. My room was on the 4th floor, easily accessible by lift. The room was large, queen size double bed, 2 seater settee and coffee table. There was a fridge, kettle with tea and coffee, a safe and a massive tv. All spotlessly clean and with nice views over the lake. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Had an excellent and cosy stay at this hotel. Very near the train station, walking distanxe to bp pulse Live. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Hotel and rooms are very clean and equipped. Breakfast buffet is very good has sufficient choices and the ambiemce is relaxing. Will recommend this hotel.

La meilleure piscine à Conventry, 5 livres supplémentaires par jour par visiteur, donc je n'ai pas rejoint. Inspecteur de la maison, aucun service. Pub et Starbucks en bas, vendredi 4 heures parking gratuit jusqu'au dimanche.

Came a long way to stay for couple of days for a wedding. Big reunion w some friends from around the globe. Pros: Hotel is at the great location. Lots of food option at Touchwood Mall opposite the hotel. Hotel food are quite reasonable too. Staffs at the lounge & breakfast are Fantastic. They are friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and bed are comfy. Cons: Reception should be better. We were attended by Josh during check in and he is not friendly and helpful when few enquiry asked. A friend of mine (a couple) was assigned to a room which AC wasn’t working. And when asked for a room changed, he said its not available. He mentioned that it was an ongoing problem and offered them a fan instead. How is that possible they are still selling a dysfunctional room to a guest when they know its an issue! But if they want an upgrade, they can but they have to pay £13!! I think its bizarre! My friends was stucked to the same room till the end of her stay w a FAN! Overall I am happy with the stay but i need to rant about the room assignment. Its common sense.

Used the hotel for one night as we were departing early from the airport the following morning. We used the train as mode of transport and the hotel was a short walk from Birmingham International. We didn't use the Air shuttle. Found it quite confusing to get to the entrance to the Hotel and had to walk by it to cross the busy road further on. We arrived a little early to check in but made use of the comfortable bar and had drinks at standard hotel prices. Easy check in and the room was just what we needed. Quick change and then out for an early evening meal at the near by resorts world. Through the NEC complex. Early night as we had to vacate at 3 am. All in all a pleasant experience and like an extra days holiday. Short walk to the departures next day so an ideal location.
