We stayed on a Saturday night and found it to be a pleasant hotel with lovely staff, particularly Andreas who greeted us on arrival. Our room was very spacious and clean, the bathroom was a bit tired but more than acceptable. It's conveniently located next to the train station and as to be expected, it was a bit noisy but the double windows did well to shut most of it out. I wear earplugs to sleep so didn't hear a thing but my husband did. The bed was very comfy although it might have been nice to have two pillows each. Other than that, I thought it was good value for money and very pleasant given it's 2 star rating.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, with a Co‑op supermarket just a short walk away. The property feels quite new, and the facilities are all in great condition. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. Although the housekeeping wasn’t particularly thorough, it was acceptable overall. I would still highly recommend this hotel if you’re planning to spend time exploring Leeds.

La chambre était propre, pas un lit double, mais des chambres simples. Boîtes de billets pour une bonne chambre budgétaire. La valeur de la chambre est plus proche du centre-ville. Réservation et check-in faciles et entrées et sorties faciles

Hotel très propre et bienvenu, il était dans une grande position à la gare et au centre-ville, avec très bons équipements, y compris le tarif gratuit de la maison si vous avez une voiture électrique

I prefer staying on the higher floors of the hotel, as the facilities there are newer and more comfortable. However, during my recent three-week stay, the waffle maker was broken. I used to enjoy making waffles for breakfast during previous stays, but it was unavailable this time. I hope the breakfast quality can be maintained at the same level as my stays in September and October 2024, when there were many options available. The variety and quality of the breakfast have always been a bonus and one of the main reasons I choose this hotel.

Room by reception, very very noisy. No soap and shower gel in the bathroom. No hair dryer. Hotel wasn’t busy and there was plenty of rooms of the same one we booked but, they chose to stick us there. That room should oy be used when hotel is at capacity. Think the receptionist was only interested in upgrading us for an extra fee. She sort of blackmailed us, she said this is your room if you don’t upgrade, like wth

I found it difficult to find any of the staff, but once I did - nothing was too much trouble. all very friendly and helpful. The place is quite dated and needs a makeover badly. Gardens were nice and the location was perfect for me. Food was OK but breakfast was very dry, but tasty. Again the staff were especially good.

La location est excellente, avec un salaire sur le parking de voitures à l'opposé. 10 minutes à pied de la gare et du centre-ville. Les chambres ne sont pas massives mais assez grandes et les douches sont puissantes !
