Chambres très confortables. Les chambres sont grandes. Parmi les petits inconvénients. Pas de plug pour le bain ou le plongeur et le sèche-cheveux n'a pas fonctionné mais pour une arrêt de nuit, il était bien.

I stayed three nights. Breakfast is the attached Perkins Pancake House which normally isn’t that bad. The food voucher from the hotel though gives you two eggs, a list of sausages, ham and a potato variety. I eat carefully which is not the Arkansas way, so there was nothing in column two or three of any interest and the over-easy eggs were only a notch thicker than water. I never went back for my remaining breakfasts. We booked 2 queen beds and were given 2 sets of towels. At 11 after the 1st night, I realized I might not get any housekeeping and asked for towels from a housekeeper I found who said she’d tell the appropriate person. That hadn’t happened by 1pm, so on my way out, I went to the front desk and asked for towels again (and toilet paper). I believe it was Porsha (not Porsche) at the front desk, who appeared to really care less. She offered me a roll of toilet paper on the spot but I wasn’t going back to my room, so again I suggested to have it and towels sent up. No one ever went into my room all day. As I left the room after the second night there happened to be a housekeeper next to my door and I asked again if I could at least get towels. She said I was supposed to get towels every day and doesn’t know what happened the day before, but unfortunately, she did not have any towels to give me and would have to pass a message along. I walked through the lobby at about 11am and asked again at the front desk. Again, it was Porsha, and again I don’t feel she took me seriously. Another woman overheard this (it appears she was a shift manager) who was very apologetic and swore she would get me towels. Nothing by 4pm. ***. 4th request in 2 days. As I went out for dinner, I asked again, and again told it would be taken care of. I was apprehensive with the sting of previous promises not upheld, and another woman at the desk, rather saltily said she would take of it. Apparently she did! Too bad I never got trash emptied in 3 days, old towels not removed and the last few squares of tp weren’t replenished from the 1/3 rolls provided. Even the Kleenex was empty, using maybe 5. Same pool towels and trash laying by the pools for 2 full days. There was a towel wadded by the outdoor pool gate, and it also didn’t move for 2 days. The restaurant/bar was excellent.

Hotel is probably the best location in December as parking is not enforced that month. Other times, you’d need to take a shuttle to the hotel from remote parking lots. Location is smack in the middle of town. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was great. The spa looks nice, but we didn’t partake. The hotel has a great vintage feel, as it’s truly original. We loved the hardwood trim, the caged desk clerk and ease of check-in. Definately a trip into history. The elevator was small and painfully slow, so even after a long wait, there was a good chance you couldn’t board due to other guests (and lots of dogs) filling it. No big deal as there’s no need to rush anywhere. Ah, the room. Interesting hardwood bed which was fairly comfortable. Huge with incredibly tall ceilings. Unfortunately that’s about it for positives. Wall a/c and heat far away but very noisy. Bathroom was newer but horribly designed—I’m sure from the restraints of the vintage space. The toilet was oddly up on a small platform— too small for any function. Shower was also very small with a very long wait for hot water and no control for velocity—you know, a single lever with cold next to off and rotated to hot. Water pressure was weak and I’m glad I only needed one. I wasn’t a fan of the cheap renovation attempts that completely failed the style of the room— modern chrome hardware next to antique bronze. Too bad whoever allowed this was more concerned with cost more than authenticity. The sink was in the bedroom without the slightest bit of privacy. The mirror over the sink was so high, my 5’3 wife had to use her phone on the shelf to see herself. Even my 6’4 self only got the top of my head; the middle of the mirror was 6’6” high. Very bad positioning. All in all, a great hotel with some odd quirks but I’d stay again. It’s a beautiful building.

Could definitely use some upkeep, just seemed overall dingy. Wi-Fi didn’t work in our room along with the phone. The pool was nice. I guess for $175 I just had higher expectations, this is what I would have expected if I’d paid $75!!

Le centre de la ville est situé dans le centre de la ville, à proximité de la ville et de la ville. L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. Il était toujours un bon endroit et a fourni une chambre propre sauf que c'est la seule fois que j'ai été placé autour de l'arrière sur le plus haut étage et que je ne pouvais pas facilement charger et décharger mes valises de ma voiture. L'ascenseur était cassé et j'avais un moment de trouver ma route autour des étages de vent de l'immeuble. Non seulement cela, mais la principale raison de choisir cet hôtel était le tube chaud et la piscine intérieure. La porte de ma chambre n'a pas été bien scellée et j'ai dû s'assurer qu'elle était poussée physiquement pour s'assurer que la serrure supérieure servait correctement. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et la nuit était calme.

J'y suis allé et j'ai dû attendre au moins 30 minutes avant de pouvoir obtenir ma chambre quelque chose se passait avec le propriétaire de l'ordinateur il m'a hébergé au lieu de me payer les 56 $ que j'ai déjà payé il finit me charger juste 38 $ et c'était bon Mais quand j'y suis arrivé, il y avait des rochers qui se débarrassaient de nourriture, il y avait des rochers dans le bain dans les têtes de médicaments de la réfrigérateur avec un coup constant sur ma porte peut-être se sentir inconfortable mais pour le prix, il était à la valeur que vous ne pouviez demander plus rien qu'ils avoir une grande piscine profonde n'a pas d'eau dans elle Je souhaite que la piscine fonctionne mais si elles n'avaient pas de loterie sur leur propriété leur propriété serait beaucoup mieux, mais parce qu'il y a beaucoup de loterie et de drogues en cours alors il le rend difficile et il le rend les gens qui restent là parfois craint surtout si vous êtes nouveau à l'état d'Arkansas mais globalement pour le prix entre 30 et 50 bucks les feuilles étaient propres les serviettes étaient propres

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the décor and amenities. The facilities were top-notch—quiet, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a long day. What truly stood out was the breakfast. It was phenomenal! There was a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options, from hot dishes to fresh fruits and pastries. They even make fresh custom omelets. Everything was delicious, and the presentation was excellent. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and hassle-free stay. I will definitely return!

Family favorite! Nous avons séjourné ici plusieurs fois au cours des années, depuis que nous avons eu deux fils à Univ. d'Arkansas, et c'est plus comme une maison à distance de la maison qu'un hôtel. Le café est brasé à 03:30 Am. Bon petit déjeuner avec des céréales, des fruits, des oeufs (omélettes, écramés), des sauces et du bacon, des pommes de terre, des biscuits et du gras, des pains, des rouleaux de bleu, etc. Et une Happy Hour avec des aliments gratuits (sous-bas, salades, etc.) et des boissons. Les chambres sont grandes et sans place, et nous aimerons surtout les suites avec salle de séjour, cuisine (complet stockée), et deux chambres avec 3 grandes lits. Ils nous donnent même une micro-ondes de pop-corn et beaucoup de café pour le café. La prochaine fois je prendrai des photos! Dr Bill.

Best place to stay at in Eureka Springs, AR. Very strategically located - within a couple of minutes from Lovell Estate & Winery, Downtown, etc. The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel's pool was better than the pictures. We loved that they also had a recreation area with mini golf, billiards, soccer pool, air hockey, and corn hole. The mini golf is the only thing that cost money $0.25/ball that you can conveniently get from the machine, and the billiards was $1, air hockey was $0.75! Everything else was free to play! This place was very kid-friendly. We messaged the hotel in advance about getting a crib and they had it ready in the room upon our arrival.
