The room is decent, breakfast could have more options in them. The other two downsides are that the hotel provides no toiletries except for soap and shampoo, and the wall between rooms is too thin.

Happy banget nginep disini hotel nya masih baru banget jadi kebersihan nya masih terjaga mulai dari lobby , lorong , kamar dan kamar mandi semua nya bersih , sprei dan handuk juga bersih. Kolam renang nya gede ada buat kolam anak dan dewasa. Hotel nya juga connect langsung ke lampung city mall jadi cari makan gampang. Dan yang paling bikin happy sarapan nya rasa nya enak2 dan banyak banget varian menu nya. Sukses terus nya santika premiere lampung dan trip.com. Semoga bisa kesini lagi dilain waktu 🥰

I enjoyed to stay at Sheraton lampung. They give welcoming snacks., refill 4 mineral water a day. The provide good quality toiletries and the staff harmful

Repeated stay and the noise from the lift operation is a little noisy for rooms that ends with ”8” Hotel accommodated us by switching to other rooms. Face towel is not provided in the room but after a gym session, the receptionist got me one. Breakfast spread is not a lot but enough to fill your stomach.

Is a nice place to stay, really a comfort and spacious room. Really closed to the city. The ambience is really cool. In the lobby have a board game for kids.

Was told that non-smoking rooms were unavailable for the day. However, when we mentioned about allergy to smoke, it was available. Kind of strange but won't wanna probe further. Bed and pilows were great. No road noise, gym was good. Connection to the mall was excellent. Likely to stay again if visiting Lampung

C'est le nombre de fois de rester ici. Tous les équipements sont complets, mais je vous suggère d'avoir une musholla de sorte que vous n'avez pas à trouver une musholla dehors pour ceux qui ne vous apportent pas, donc c'est un peu difficile. Le reste est bien, service propre et amiable. Top

Fantastic hotel , lovely modern rooms, great bed , great bathroom and nice hot power shower . Super friendly and efficient staff. All in all a very enjoyable stay , I will return The only negative was the massage at the spa . That was the worst of my life , terrible masseuse, she went out for a food break , then a toilet break , was constantly on her phone . Stay here but don’t get a massage !!
