The view is great. The room is clean and spacious. We have played kayak, snorkeling, and feeding animals. Children are happy.

Always stay here whenever i am back to Lampung and this is my 3rd time. They are though very stingy with late check out even i know the hotel is not that busy during i stay. I ask for 2 PM c/o since i check in at 3 AM and want to rest more but they denied it. They already improved their breakfast and this time is very good stay. I like this hotel because of the view and the cleanliness of the room and its value for money. They also need to recognize returning guest more though not booked via IHG, your front desk system must be able to track with guest name.

Le grand Mercure a été le moment idéal pour nous. La chambre est très propre et confortable, et la température de la chambre est facile à régler Ma chambre est sur regarder l'océan et les collines Le matin, je vois les gens locaux qui courent en voiture libres. Toutes les installations sont de bons produits et fonctionnent bien. Nous avons également apprécié le temps de danser et de nager sur le côté de la piscine. Le petit déjeuner était riche et goûté bien avec beaucoup de mes snacks locaux. Je suis si heureuse , parce que je suis allé jusqu'à Jakarta et que j'ai été fatigué et il m'a permis de parquer près de la lobby qui est très bien. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à ceux qui souhaitent y passer la nuit avant une correspondance. Le transfert aéroport est gratuit. Le restaurant est délicieux. J'y ai séjourné plusieurs fois. Lors d'un vol matinal, j'ai commandé le petit-déjeuner au Fakeaway, qui m'a été préparé le matin même : un menu à emporter composé de riz frit, de nouilles capcay et de poulet à la sauce soja. J'ai été très satisfait de mon séjour. L'hôtel est situé à côté d'Indomaret, un peu plus loin qu'Alfamart, en face de la station-service. Le service est aimable et satisfaisant. Cependant, ce jour-là, j'ai constaté un problème de propreté au sol des toilettes : même sans savon, le sol était très glissant et j'ai failli tomber. Sinon, tout est bien.

Overall, I am satisfied with my stay at this hotel. We booked the Executive Suite, and it was perfect for two adults and one 11-year-old child. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The breakfast offered a good variety of dishes, and everything tasted delicious. The lontong sayur was especially outstanding—it was one of the highlights of our stay. There are a few areas that could be improved. The water in the bathroom drained quite slowly, so the bathroom floor may need some repair or adjustment to allow the water to flow properly into the drain. The parking area is limited, and assistance from the parking staff is needed to park vehicles. There was no hair dryer or iron provided in the room, although these may be available upon request. Lastly, I think the friendliness and hospitality of the reception staff could be improved to provide a warmer welcome for guests.

La chambre avec un paysage double est excellente. La chambre est haute, large et confortable et propre, et le lit est très confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux et le dîner est délicieux. C'est un hôtel que je veux revoir.

Hotel dekat dgn area mall. Jadi sangat cocok menginap sekalian bisa belanja dan jalan-jalan. Rekomendasi untuk keluarga dan pasanga

Le lieu est super confortable, juste pour les installations et la propreté est un peu manquant, surtout pour le tumbler de groupe Parce qu'il y a encore beaucoup de feuilles sales et en forme, le coucher est un peu trembler Si c'est un peu plus lourd, c'est plutôt cool

A perfect stay in a perfect location. Everything meets our satisfaction. Smooth check in check out, a spacious room with good aircon, kettle, fridge and spotless working bathroom. A big shout to all the staff from housekeeping, breakfast restaurant, reception, porter and secure staff. A special mention to the chefs who make delicious and plentiful breakfast we absolutely enjoy every morning. The best nasi kebuli I've ever had, so delish, so moreish, so perfect. The only thing is only 1 same sweet sambal everyday which would be better if homemade and varied. I would like to stay in the hotel group if they have them in different cities because I found Lampung is too small, and infrastructure to further beautiful areas such as The Sharks Teeth Beach are very bad, unfortunately I won't go back to this amazing hotel.

Overall is good :) The staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast is superbb (enakkk sekali)
