First of all, the room door cant be opened using the access card after every time I go out, and the staff said its need to be updated everytime or the card not to be placed in hot area. What is this?? So unprofessional. What if any emergency?? We need to go down again to the treception and get updated and come up again? And in the bathroom the sink water was not clean and in the shower area, the water was not going smoothly and its clogged, need to wait 15-20 minutes to use the shower area again. Please take action on the cleanliness and the access card service. Pertama-tama, pintu kamar tidak dapat dibuka menggunakan kartu akses setiap kali saya keluar, dan staf mengatakan perlu diperbarui setiap kali atau kartu tidak boleh diletakkan di tempat yang panas. Apa ini?? Sangat tidak profesional. Bagaimana jika terjadi keadaan darurat?? Kami perlu turun lagi ke resepsionis dan mendapatkan informasi terbaru lalu naik lagi? Dan di kamar mandi, air wastafel tidak bersih dan di area shower, air tidak mengalir lancar dan tersumbat, perlu menunggu 15-20 menit untuk menggunakan area shower lagi. Mohon tindakan untuk kebersihan dan layanan kartu akses.

I stayed at Novotel Pekanbaru with my wife and children for a short staycation. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and family-friendly. I stayed at Hotel Dafam Pekanbaru in a Superior Room, and overall the stay was quite comfortable. The room provided was originally a twin bed, which was then combined into one large bed to accommodate my request for a king-size bed. The room size felt just right—not too small and not too spacious. I was able to perform prayers comfortably inside the room, and there was still a sofa available for relaxing, which made the room feel practical and cozy. I stayed in a non-smoking room, so the atmosphere was clean and pleasant. Breakfast was fairly varied, featuring local traditional snacks from Pekanbaru as well as lontong sayur, a well-known local dish. Everything tasted good and offered a nice introduction to local flavors. Another great advantage is that the hotel is located near a mosque, making it very convenient to attend congregational prayers. Overall, Hotel Dafam Pekanbaru is a good choice for a comfortable stay with convenient facilities and easy access to nearby worship places.

Grand hôtel, bon pour le sol ou pour le voyage d'affaires, la localisation est stratégique

the room size is good,just nice for 2 of us.the bed was comfort and soft.the bathroom hot water not so good,took long time to get hot but still not so hot as we expected.there was no labelling of whether it is shampoo or bath soap.we requested iron but never come. the location was at city centre but not noisy as it was not in front of main street.you can go anywhere from the hotel especially STC Ramayana. the breakfast was not as we expected,too basic as what Cititel names should have.but the dining area was clean and spacious. the lobby was small and not enough sofa to seat while waiting for check-in,please improve on this!. the motorcycle parking is good but please put spotlight to make it brighter. overall was okey for us as we only spend time at hotel during sleep as day we outside at Pekanbaru city.

We stay for 2 nights. The hotel is situated at simpang 4. The room comes with buffet breakfast for 2. Beside the restaurant which located at level 1, is a pool where u can dip in. Total floors available r 14 which include the basement carpark n G=Lobby The room rain shower head is good pressure... The air-con is cooling... Using Grab is great where u can order food & transport conveniencely. Location away from airport around 6km. Opposite the best Padang Cuisine=Pagi Sore Best Mall= Living World= around 7km away.

I wish there is an external bidet installed. Cos the one that is internal bidet is filthy and not recommended to use to clean especially you private area. Also meal option expect to have some western choices as well.
