Comfortable hotel about 30 minutes from the airport, located near a park and government buildings. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Iman, the petite morning-shift concierge staff (unfortunately I didn’t get his name), and the housekeeping staff who assisted with the extra bed and recommended great places to visit. Check-in by Mr. Agung was smooth. Breakfast was good. Overall, this was my first stay at The Premiere Pekanbaru, and it was a pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

Good location, just beside SKA Mall so it is easy to get food and anything we need. The room is ok, just there is a bit weird smell on the bed sheet and pillow. Other than that, everything ia good

La propreté des chambres était correcte. L'espace de prière (mushola) nécessite davantage d'attention. Le service doit impérativement être amélioré. Avons-nous l'air de suspects, ou quoi ? 😬 Nous avions réservé 3 chambres pour 4 adultes et 5 enfants au total. Le personnel, que ce soit à la piscine, au restaurant ou à la réception, semblait craindre de ne pas être payé, alors que nous avions pourtant versé une caution de 300 000 IDR pour les clés. À la piscine, nous avons été interrogés avant d'être autorisés à entrer. Emprunter des serviettes de piscine pour les enfants après la baignade afin de les ramener à la chambre a suscité des objections et des soupçons. Le réapprovisionnement du buffet du petit-déjeuner était lent. Nous n'avons d'ailleurs pas eu d'objection à payer le supplément pour nos deux petites filles (une en maternelle et une en CP). Nous avons même remarqué des employés, y compris un superviseur, en train de traîner au petit-déjeuner, bien qu'il fût déjà plus de 10h du matin. Le processus de départ (check-out) a été assez long. Je n'ai que très rarement eu à attendre pour le check-out... habituellement, je rends les clés à la réception et je m'en vais aussitôt. Bon, j'essaie d'être indulgent. Peut-être sommes-nous simplement peu habitués, car nous n'avons presque jamais expérimenté un tel service à Surabaya ou Malang.

The hotel located near the SKA Mall and Living World around 15 mins walking. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The check in process was fast and they allowed early check in. The room was spotless, had a nice view (need to request for higher floor), good water pressure, the AC was cool enough and the bed was so comfy. The breakfast offered a lot of variety and decent. The only down side was the check out process took so long. Hope they will improve the check out process and make it fast and convenient. Overall, a good stay.

La taille de la chambre est bonne, juste belle pour 2 d'entre nous.Le lit était confortable et soft.L'eau chaude de la salle de bains n'est pas si bonne,Il a fallu beaucoup de temps pour être chaud mais pas encore aussi chaud que nous l'attendais.Il n'y avait pas d'étiquetage de shampooing ou de savons de bain.Nous avons demandé fer Mais jamais. La location était au centre-ville mais pas bruyant, car il n'était pas devant la rue principale.Vous pouvez aller partout de l'hôtel, en particulier STC Ramayana. Le petit déjeuner n'était pas comme nous l'avions attendu, trop basique que ce que les noms de Cititel devraient avoir.Mais la zone de repas était propre et spacieux. La lobby était petite et ne suffisait pas à s'asseoir en attendant le check-in, améliorez-en ! Le parking de moto est bon, mais je vous prie de mettre un point de vue pour le rendre plus lumineux. Le centre de la ville de Pekanbaru est un centre de recherche de la ville de Pekanbaru.

To go hotel in Pekanbaru - I stayed at Fox Hotel Pekanbaru and was impressed by the hotel’s overall quality. The room was well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. Service was efficient—staff members were attentive and quick to assist with any request. The breakfast selection was satisfying, and the hotel’s central location made it easy to access nearby attractions and dining options. I would recommend this hotel for both business and leisure trips. As the hotel is connected with Pekanbaru Exchange, its offer a good place to wrap your night with some movie time in cinema and going back to hotel for rest

Hotel service fair nothing to shout about. Location 6/10. It's next to the mall but again there's nothing to shop/buy/see. Try to find juices , very limited choice. Surrounded by shop lot which majority selling fast food and mini mart. Good location for local I guess. Amenities very basic. Tooth brush shampoo , hand and body cleanser 2 bath towel , bath mat and hair dryer that's it. Coffee/tea making facilities and mini fridge. No bottle drinking water except a jar of water where you can refill from the dispenser at corridor. Which I am allergies with those tap water even though with super brand water filter. ( learned from my bad experience in Jakarta). Luckily the groceries shop next to the hotel , so I can get a mineral water. TV ? Very interesting...... I don't expect such a branded hotel chain with no smart TV. Unable to connect my laptop since the only way to connect with TV via vga or hdmi. Breakfast selection fair , I think almost similar with other local brand hotel in pekanbaru. Nothing impressive. Overall, there's a few local brand hotels with good location and lower price and same standard that you may pick.

I wish there is an external bidet installed. Cos the one that is internal bidet is filthy and not recommended to use to clean especially you private area. Also meal option expect to have some western choices as well.
