Le personnel de la chambre frontale était très aimable et la réception était une brise. La chambre d'hôtel était belle et spacieuse avec un menu de petit déjeuner délicieux. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, donc j'ai dû transporter mes bagages un vol d'escalier.

L'hôtel de jardin, gère le séjour rapide, le monsieur avant et après a un courtoisie, appartient à l'hôtel Samsung. Le manque est de nous organiser une chambre sous le sous-sol, je ne me sens pas confortable, aucune indication n'a été faite de la chambre sous-sol lors de la réservation.

Our group had two bookings made through Trip. The hotel receptionist accepted this but only had rooms for one of the bookings. This took a few minutes to resolve with no apology.
The rooms are a bit dated and the bathroom sink had no water from the hot tap.
Acceptable hotel but not good value.

Fantastic hotel with so many amazing touches. I loved the staff, the location, and the decor. The breakfast was the best I have ever had with a hotel package. The service was second to none. When we arrived, they had a vintage radio playing in the room. What a cozy touch! The room was comfortable and fantastic. So happy with our stay.

Le service de l'hôtel est très bon. J'ai réservé une excursion d'une journée aux falaises de Moher et recommandé un itinéraire de visite à pied en intérieur. Les chambres de l'hôtel sont grandes et confortables, l'emplacement est très bon, en plein centre-ville, très pratique pour faire du shopping ou voyager

酒店的專屬停車位是在河邊的一個停車場裏
入住之前完全沒有指示，我們開車繞了很久，才發現酒店的門在步行街上。最終是臨時找了一個路邊停車位，拖着箱子走過去的。
這點非常不好。
但是前台特別特別熱情！給我們講了很多！
第二天的早餐也很贊。
房間小而精但是乾淨，安靜，該有的都有。英國這個地方，物價還是太高了。

Castletroy Park Hotel Suite war groß und geräumig und über dem regulären Standard hinaus ausgestattet.
Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Wasserkocher (Kalkablagerungen) und er wurde Spätabends noch anstandslos ausgetauscht.
Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und lecker.
Die Innenstadt von Limerick ist per Bus gut und schnell zu erreichen.
Wie würden hier wieder übernachten.

SSqrz_96Nice hotel located on the outskirts of Limerick. Around 25 minutes brisk walk into the centre. Usefully located on the main bus route from the airport. They were also happy to accommodate a later check in due to my flight arriving out of hours.
Very pleasant stay, room was clean and staff very friendly.
There is a bar downstairs; many people have complained about the noise however I was placed in a room at the back of the hotel and didn't get any of the noise.
The rooms could use a bit of an update if anything, for example bigger beds and more modern furniture but at least it doesn't feel like a chain hotel.
I'd definitely return if I was in Limerick as it's a good value option for accommodation compared to other places in the city.

Woke the next morning to bites on my leg wash my leg and didn't think much more of them until more bites started to appear on my body! With a trip to my G.P as i couldn't sleep with the itching and hotness it was confirmed as BED BUGS! I rang hotel 3 separate times and spoke to 3 different people and was told that they would get Exterminators into the room and not 1 phone call did i get from any manager to ask me about my experience... i also emailed the hotel and sent photos and no response!!!. Its been 4weeks since I've stayed to say I'm disappointed in my experience is an understatement.

Nous avons eu une belle vue sur le soleil au-dessus de la rivière le matin. Nous avons dîné au restaurant la première nuit. La nourriture était bonne et les serveurs étaient amis.

JJessieyoungtaiwanThe Absolute Hotel truely lives up to its name. From the welcoming receptionists to our elegant spacious room, it was Absolutely Amazing. Our room on the top floor with a balcony was overlooking the Abbey river, which was breathtaking in the morning foggy dew. The location is just perfect. Walking distance to the city center and all Limericks sight seening highlights. Free parking. Will definally come again.
