Tous les employés peuvent être éduqués avec enthousiasme et hospitalité, mais tout le monde est poli et confortable. Les moments dans la chambre sont très petits, parce qu'il y a un grand salon public, mais pas mal. J'espère que vous changerez le système de la réception pour prendre des bains publics féminins. Il est difficile d'entrer facilement.

L'itinéraire a conduit à une erreur dans le village de la chaleur de la poitrine et à la récréation de plus de la nuit sur la plage. La ville semble avoir cet hôtel ouvert et notre famille d'invités ont également été ouverts cette nuit. La famille du patron est très gentille, le service est très bon et fait tout ce qui est en son pouvoir pour aider les invités. La chaleur est également à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur, la nourriture est un peu comme la cuisine japonaise habituelle, très frais, très agréable. Les installations sont vieilles, et il n'y a pas d'électrodes, les bagages sont très fatigués.

We drove to the hotel and appreciated the big free parking available. We also noted the proximity of the train station, so location wise, it is convenient yet gives the sense of seclusion which is perfect for relaxation. Check in was a breeze, the English proficiency of the receptionist with the printed information in English good enough. the Onsen was large and the outdoor part was a joy! i particularly enjoyed my time there soaking in the hot water, listening to the sound of the flowing river and watching the fauna. food spread, quality and quantity at both dinner and breakfast was excellent. i noted that the staffs were diligently topping up items that were running out even to later in the meal times, unlike some places where they may just not do so. We booked a room with open air bath and it was worth the money for it! would totally do that again when i return and highly recommended. must compliment the lounge with their welcome drinks and rice crackers which you can help yourself to. although its just rice crackers, it a nice touch, perhaps adding some nuts is my only suggestion. would highly recommend this place to stay if around, in fact we deliberately chose to stay here to break our journey from Hirosaki to Morioka, so glad we did!

The hotel itself was nice and clean. The rooms are spacious. There's a heater and dehumidifier in the room. Food is buffet breakfast and dinner. We were in the west wing which requires a bit of a walk to get to the room. And the main inconvenience is there is a flight of stairs to get up before having an elevator to the room floor. The outdoor onsen is in a different section to the indoor onsen. The hotel is certainly geared for skiers as everything closes during the middle of the day (souvenir shop, onsen). So make sure you have activities booked in advance. The website of the hotel is also a bit confusing with the number in-house activities available - be sure to check with the front counter first. Peak hour staff has good command in English but need translation for night staff. A few things of note: - the shuttle is very busy at the 3pm and 10am run - make sure you pre-book - there is a shuttle to tsurunoyu iriguchi onsen 鶴の湯温泉 from a bus stop near the hotel, no need to take the public bus

La femme japonaise est très bonne en anglais, très enthousiaste. Le petit-déjeuner est fait personnellement à partir de plats locaux, elle fournit le déjeuner et le dîner à l'étranger, et vend des aliments à main. Le peuple a un loyer de vélo gratuit, et il peut facilement débarrasser de tous les logements de Wuki au Cornwall. Les Japonais et les anciens étrangers qui habitent ici, ainsi que les Taiwanais, sont tous anglais, comme nous, les anciens du continent qui ne parlent pas japonais et qui ne parlent pas anglais, sont des cas. Le chef a peur que nous ayons un problème. Invitez-nous à venir à l'université de Cork pour nous demander si nous avons des questions! Le chef sait que nous allons donner un taxi à la gare JR de l'équipe de la Corne demain à 6h30, mais le taxi de l'équipe de la Corne commence à 8h. Le patron nous a envoyés personnellement à la gare de train en pleine occupation, c'est vraiment très touchant! Mais si le peuple n'a pas fourni le service de la gare de transport, nous avons pris un taxi à 800 tonnes à l'arrivée.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Japan. One highlight was how fast and efficient the hotel check-in process was. And the overnight parking is available at a nearby building for ¥1,000. The room was considered spacious compared to typical hotels in Japan, which made the stay very comfortable. They also provided all essential amenities. Breakfast was another plus, offering a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

J'ai voyagé avec ma famille et je suis arrivé au dernier arrêt à Akita Dès mon arrivée, j'ai découvert que la place de parking de l'hôtel n'était pas disponible. J'ai ensuite demandé de faire une réservation et de payer pour l'utiliser. Les capacités de communication du personnel de l'hôtel étaient également médiocres. Par exemple, ils ont demandé s'il y avait une balance pour peser les bagages, et la réponse a été non, mais il y avait effectivement une balance dans le bain qui pouvait être utilisée. Je pense que les compétences en communication du personnel de l'hôtel pourraient être meilleures. Le petit-déjeuner est un peu trop simple avec trop peu d'options.

首先我在周六訂了這家溫泉飯店花了我33600元，我以為我可以住到一個大房間，但一切都在晚餐時間兩個睡墊鋪好了後一切都變成了不像樣，我們行李不能打開，因為沒地方，上洗手間要用跳的，因為沒有路可走，我真的一肚子的氣，會訂這家因為是LA VISTA 但的集團，但是吃方面不管是食材及味道是對的起此價格，溫泉出來的休息室也是好多的點心，水，養樂多，鮮奶，但就是沒有果汁，，這也是我覺的奇怪的地方，還有我們常經過了櫃台，服務員都當你是空氣，反正這飯店的方式都是若進若離，剛剛我們退房穿好鞋子，說byebye他們就回頭，也沒有到門口，真的是我期待太高了嗎

Previous night was a happy one. Stayed a further 2 nights. Housekeeping staff did an excellent job. So did the front office and other staff. The restaurant staff were also helpful with our enquiries and went out of their way to give us advice. Unfortunately upon check out there was an unusual room charge transaction to our debit card supposedly fm Richmond hotel. Both front office and my side could not solve the discrepancy. The hotel provided all help necessary for me to resolve the matter in due course. Hopefully the matter will be resolved eventually or we will end up with paying a further 500 sgd for our stay.
