On peut seulement dire que le paysage est invincible, la vue nocturne et le lever du soleil sont tous deux magnifiques. La source chaude en plein air est également très bonne et vous pouvez voir la vue nocturne. Le seul problème est que l'insonorisation est un peu mauvaise. On entend les appels téléphoniques d'à côté heureusement qu'il n'y a pas grand monde en hors saison. Si vous disposez d'un budget suffisant, il est recommandé de rester ici pour la totalité du séjour. Si vous n'avez pas suffisamment de budget, vous pouvez simplement rester une nuit.

C'est un bon endroit comme hôtel de villégiature onsen. Les onsens sont vraiment bons. La nourriture est moyenne mais ils fournissent des ramen et des glaces à volonté le soir pour le dîner et le goûter. La chambre est spacieuse, propre et calme. Il y a un bain onsen privé sur le balcon de notre chambre. C'est tellement agréable d'en profiter dans la brise printanière. Il sera préférable que vous ayez votre propre voiture pour séjourner ici. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de choix de transports en commun directs vers l'hôtel. Mais le personnel de l'hôtel est également utile pour vous aider à prendre un taxi vers les sites pittoresques à proximité. Les chauffeurs de taxi sont tous très gentils. Même s'ils ne parlent pas bien anglais, ils ont fait de leur mieux pour conduire lentement lorsque nous passons par le magnifique parc de Sakura et ont utilisé un anglais simple pour présenter quelques sites pittoresques. La limousine de l'hôtel nous a fourni un aller simple à notre arrivée à la gare de Jingu et un aller simple à notre départ de l'hôtel vers Jingu gratuitement. J'aime leur service et j'ai passé d'excellents séjours ici !

Cet hôtel est idéalement situé à environ 5 minutes de l'arrêt de bus Tenmonkan pour l'aéroport, et également à environ 5 minutes du terminal des ferries de Sakurajima. Le petit-déjeuner propose un large choix de plats, allant de la cuisine japonaise à la cuisine occidentale, en passant par les spécialités de Kagoshima ; difficile de choisir ! Le seul bémol : après avoir mangé du riz au poulet, je me suis sentie mal quelques heures plus tard et j'ai probablement souffert d'une intoxication alimentaire. C'était d'autant plus décevant que le restaurant était propre et le personnel très serviable.

Отель очень понравился. Расположение отличное, автобусные остановки из/до аэропорта располагаются прямо рядом со входом в отель. Через эти же остановки ходит автобус до ущелья Shiratani. Актуальное расписание автобусов висит на самой остановке. Персоналу спасибо за помощь и отличный сервис. В номере чисто, комфортно. Завтрак подавался в традиционном стиле, одинаковый для все в общей зоне для завтраков, но индивидуально накрывались столы для каждой комнаты. Номер достаточно просторный. Есть небольшой отсек рядом с панорамным окном, где располагаются столик и стулья. Вид из окна шикарный: на реку с красивейшего цвета водой. Недалеко от отеля есть отличный супермаркет ACoop. На 1 этаже отеля есть общая зона с микроволновкой для свободного пользования. Также есть вендинговый автомат с напитками, отдельно стоит кофемашина, есть аппарат для сушки обуви за небольшую дополнительную плату. Для тех, кто собирает печати: в этом отеле есть собственная печать, что нас удивило и очень порадовало. Находится печать на 1 этаже, сразу после поворота от ресепшена в сторону номеров справа. Место атмосферное, спокойное и комфортное.

I really enjoyed my two-night stay at Samana Hotel Yakushima. The atmosphere during my visit was very peaceful, and the staff were consistently warm, professional, and attentive. The onsen was a real highlight, beautifully maintained and deeply relaxing, and the view from my room was absolutely spectacular. Although it was whale season while I was there, I did not manage to see any whales this time, but that simply gives me another reason to come back. If there is one small area for improvement, it would be the dining experience. While the food was perfectly fine, it felt rather ordinary compared with the overall quality and standard of the hotel. A more varied and distinctive selection, particularly at the buffet, would better match the hotel’s otherwise excellent experience. Overall, a truly lovely stay, and one I would happily recommend.

Das Resort ist wirklich schön und auch die günstigsten Zimmer sind gross, hell und geniessen eine ruhige Atmosphäre. Der hoteleigene Dive Shop ist eine 10/10 - das Team (Kyo!) ist grandios, sehr aufmerksam und die ausgewählten Divesites sind einmalig! Einen Abzug gibts beim Service, zumal ich mehrfach via E-Mail das Hotel resp. das Frontdesk angeschrieben, aber keine Antwort erhalten habe. Das Pick-up am Hafen hat nicht geklappt. Als wir für einen Upgrade des Zimmer via Trip.com-Chat gefragt haben, wurde uns gesagt, die Stornobedingungen werden zu 100% angewendet. Das Upgrade wollten wir selbstverständlich bezahlen… Es gibt eine Hotelbar, all-you-can-drink für alle Gäste, laut Öffnungszeiten bis 17.30 Uhr. Aber noch vor 17.00 wir alles abgebaut und nicht mehr nachgefüllt. Alles in allem ein toller Resort, mit Luft nach oben.

It is advisable that you have a car as it is a bit far from the main road. Also, it would be better to avail the breakfast and dinner in the hotel due to hotel's location and there is no nearby convenience store from the hotel. Breakfast is a set meal and at the same time they have buffet style for the drinks, rice, etc. The room is spacious for 2 and the price for it is reasonable. The hotel staff are very approachable and some of them could speak/ understand English. They are also very accommodating to our requests. Overall, staying here in this hotel is worth the money.

L'emplacement était idéal, les installations impeccables et les sources thermales gazeuses délicieuses ; j'en ai donc profité matin et soir. La vue depuis le restaurant du petit-déjeuner, au 13e étage, était également magnifique, ce qui a rendu mon repas très agréable. Seul bémol : le menu est resté inchangé pendant deux jours. Je reviendrais avec plaisir lors d'un prochain séjour à Kagoshima. Je le recommande vivement !

La chambre était impeccable et très propre. Le service de l'hôtel était également satisfaisant. Cependant, le petit-déjeuner était un peu simple et il n'y avait pas de chaises dans le bain thermal extérieur ; une simple chaise aurait été appréciable. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un excellent hôtel.

This is a very nice hotel close to Kagoshimachuo station. It is convenient location for taking the Shinkansen and other trains. It is also a short walk or tram journey into Tenmonkan or the port area The room is a good size clean and you can choose a room with a magnificent view of Sakurajima Cleaning is done every two days but you can leave a sticker on your door and they will clean if you wish on off days The bathroom is the biggest I have seen in Japan very modern and nice to use Staff are very friendly and helpful. If I would visit Kagoshima again I would like to stay here
