Avantages : Le service est excellent, surtout la réceptionniste qui était chaleureuse et courtoise. L'emplacement est pratique : la station de métro est à une courte distance à pied, la Tour de la Grue Jaune n'est pas loin, et la rue piétonne de Jianghan est à quelques centaines de mètres. Environnement de l'hôtel : les installations sont neuves, propres et hygiéniques. Désavantages : L'hôtel est situé aux alentours du 50e étage et partage le même immeuble avec d'autres hôtels, ce qui rend l'attente des ascenseurs peu pratique. Il y a des travaux de construction en bas, ce qui rend la marche difficile et l'endroit sale et désordonné.

Everything was perfectly prepared before the arrival of me together with my two colleagues. Room is clean, quiet and comfortable. Here I want to specifically thank miss Hu from reception. Not only because she helped me arrange the 30kg shipment, but she also helped me purchase a special tool online and got delivered in 20 minutes. This saved me a lot of time and headache. Without her kind help I would run into trouble. So that's why my special thanks to miss Hu. Of course other employees from hotel are also with warm heart. With subway access just at the basement, it’s an ideal destination for both business travelers and vacationers looking to explore the area. Our recent stay in a two-bedroom apartment with a fantastic night city view was enjoyable, with a few minor hiccups that didn’t overshadow the overall experience. Check-In Experience:** The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and complimentary drinks, setting a welcoming tone for our stay. They provided detailed information about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions. Room Quality:** Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a stunning night view of the city skyline. The modern decor created a cozy atmosphere, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen area was well-equipped, with coffee machine, washer and dryer, making it easy during our stay. Amenities:** The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, sauna and jacuzzi. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant, with Wuhan noodles made to order. Location:** Located above a vibrant mall, Somerset Hotel provides easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants right at your doorstep. The subway exit in the basement makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. While the highway is nearby, the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day. Service:** Overall, the service was excellent. Staff members were attentive and quick to address any concerns. A special shoutout to COCO who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. She was proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, Manager APRIL deserves high praise for all the wonderful arrangements she made for our visit.  Conclusion:** Somerset Hotel is a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the city. With its friendly staff, great amenities, and prime location, we would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, yet convenient getaway. We’ll definitely consider returning in the future!

I came from Canada due to my business trip, this is absolutely A Hidden Gem That Outshines Even the Hilton Below! I had an absolutely unforgettable stay at Wuhan Hanyang Beike Hotel—this place is a masterpiece of modern hospitality. If you’re looking for luxury without breaking the bank, look no further. Let’s start with the view: from my room, I had a breathtaking panorama of the Yangtze River, with a front-row seat to Wuhan’s cyberpunk-style skyline. The glowing bridges—including the Yingwuzhou Yangtze River Bridge, Yangsigang Bridge, and Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge—light up the night like something out of a sci-fi movie. To top it off, you can even spot the historic Yellow Crane Tower, blending the ancient with the ultramodern in a way that’s visually stunning and emotionally moving. The interior design of the hotel is unbelievably sleek and luxurious—we’re talking five-star finishes, modern lighting, spotless wood flooring, elegant furniture, and a spa-like bathroom that feels straight out of a high-end design magazine. It’s the kind of place that makes you stop and say, “Wow,” the moment you walk in. I’ve stayed at the Hilton, located just downstairs, and while it’s fine, Beike Hotel blows it out of the water in terms of value, design, and overall experience. You’re getting a top-tier, modern boutique stay at a fraction of the cost. The staff, especially the warm and professional Ms. Liu, were incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind—service was impeccable. If you’re a traveler who appreciates unique experiences, luxury on a budget, and a fusion of futuristic style with rich cultural heritage, this is THE hotel to book in Wuhan. I can’t recommend it enough. I will definitely return, and when I do, I won’t even consider staying anywhere else.

Great location within walking distance to tourist attractions in Hankou though give yourself extra time if you are taking a car to go somewhere. Traffic very congested by the hotel. The view from hotel is very nice and Club Floor access is a treat for those who wish to splurge a little. Those who arrive at the Club at the start of afternoon snack time typically have good food choices. Staff generally very helpful in lobby and club area. Room was clean and housekeeping staff very attentive. Street sounds can be heard in room though outside activities stop by bed time. Saw many families in the hotel with guests of all ages. Great choice for any type of traveller!

Le propriétaire est très accueillant. La chambre est globalement agréable. Les transports sont pratiques : le métro est juste en bas et il y a de nombreux restaurants à proximité.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bon. Il se trouve au-dessus de la station Qishuilou de la ligne 7 du métro. Il est très pratique d'aller à la rue piétonne Jianghan Road et au Garden Expo Park. Le métro est à seulement quatre ou cinq arrêts. Il est également très facile de se rendre à pied à Wansongyuan Food Street, à environ 10 minutes. Un ancien hôtel cinq étoiles avec des installations relativement anciennes et de bons services. Les chambres sont spacieuses et disposées aux étages supérieurs. Le paysage est bon. Il y a un petit parc en bas avec un grand lac, ce qui est bien. La marque Jinjiang est assez fiable et l'emplacement est très bon. Les amis qui veulent sortir pour s'amuser peuvent l'essayer.

Équipements : La chambre avec vue sur la rivière était très agréable. La télévision diffusait des programmes, la connexion Internet était stable et la chambre était équipée d'un panneau de contrôle intelligent. Le lavabo était à une hauteur idéale, ce qui le rendait confortable. Le matelas était très confortable. Propreté : Satisfaisante Service : Satisfaisant. Les réceptionnistes, Xiao Yuan et Xiao Li, étaient très sympathiques. Ambiance : Le quartier était relativement calme.

設施：設施齊全，衞生間乾濕分離，還有洗衣服 衞生：基本上頭一天晚上使用的浴巾洗漱用品，第二天中午就已經都換新了，垃圾桶桌面，包括被子枕頭也都收拾的乾乾淨淨，不影響日常使用 環境：環境優美，房間無異味，大床房有大窗户可以俯瞰風景 服務：前台小姐姐不僅好看，人也很好，晚上11點辦理的入住，不到5分鐘就辦理好了，給小姐姐點贊！
