L'hôtel est vraiment très agréable. Le personnel est très poli. Pour le prix, c'est parfait ; on y trouve tout le nécessaire, et même un centre commercial accessible à pied sans sortir de l'immeuble. Le personnel s'est montré très serviable et a répondu à toutes mes questions, en me fournissant un peigne et une balance pour mes valises. Ils ne se sont pas contentés de m'indiquer où les trouver ; ils me les ont apportés directement dans ma chambre et les ont ensuite récupérés. Seul bémol : au départ, il n'y avait qu'un seul shampoing et un seul lait corporel, malgré le fait que ce soit une chambre double. Après avoir fait ma demande à la réception, ils ont commencé à m'en fournir deux. Autre point négatif : les chambres sont un peu vieillottes, bien que très bien aménagées ; un petit rafraîchissement serait le bienvenu.

Хороший отель. Местоположение в центре - в шаговой доступности магазины, уличная еда, обмен валют. Если немного пройтись пешком или такси - пагоды Шведагон и Суле. При отеле на последнем этаже кафе с завтраками. Вообще самые приятные впечатления о Янгоне и Мьянме вцелом. В данный отель вернусь при следующем визите.

Le service à l'hôtel Lotte est impeccable. Tous sont si disposés à aider. Même avec le gas shortage, les gens semblait être en bonne humeur. La réception était très utile.

From the moment I arrived, the experience was seamless—the check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and polite. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean, offering great comfort after a long day. The highlight of my stay was the fantastic Christmas buffet dinner, and I can confidently say that Park Royal offers one of the best breakfasts in town—delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. An added bonus was the reopening of the club within the same premises from 31st December. As a Park Royal guest, I was offered complimentary entry, which made the experience even more special. With everything nearby, excellent hospitality, and a calm atmosphere, Park Royal truly stands out. I will definitely visit again to relive these wonderful memories.

Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig in einem schönen Park an dem kleinen Inya Lake. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich bin nach meinem ersten Aufenthalt immer wieder hierher zurückgekehrt. Auch das Restaurant ist sehr empfehlenswert!

La position et le service clients du personnel sont excellents! Le seul défaut est que je suis difficile à connecter à Wi-Fi dans ma chambre, mais c'est aussi une petite chose. En tout cas, c'est un hôtel recommandé !

L'emplacement est très pratique, juste en face de l'arrêt de bus YBS. L'immeuble est neuf, mais de petits insectes apparaissaient fréquemment dans la chambre, signe d'une mauvaise étanchéité. L'insonorisation était également faible et nous entendions tout ce qui se passait dans les chambres voisines et celles du dessus. Les aboiements de chiens errants à l'extérieur nous ont réveillés tôt le matin. Le petit-déjeuner était un menu fixe plutôt qu'un buffet, mais nous ne pouvions prendre qu'un seul plat, ce qui semblait plutôt convenir aux personnes ayant un petit appétit. J'ai été surpris qu'ils n'apportent que trois des quatre accompagnements que j'avais demandés. J'avais réservé cet hôtel car il était moins cher que le célèbre P Hotel voisin, mais le rapport qualité-prix n'était pas au rendez-vous.

It is not quite easy to put a fair review for this hotel. At a very first glance, with the ongoing political unrest in Myanmar, the effort to reopen the hotel and rehire all the staff deserve a great compliment. Nonetheless, the shortfall in service and amenities should not be compromised with the situation and some area such as cleanliness should not fall short especially when the hotel priced themselves at the highest in the city. The management should really consider to focus on guests service and sincere hospitality and that they can have customers who are willing to pay at any price rather that worked any way possible to cut the cost and let the staff to deal with insufficient amenities and services.
