I booked a King Room, but was upgraded to a Family Room instead. It was really spacious, although a bit too big and scary for just the two of us! 😂 I had requested a lower-floor room near the lift, but unfortunately my request couldn't be accommodated. Perhaps there were no rooms available, even though I made my booking in advance. The room was quite dusty. On the bright side, the surroundings were beautiful. I didn't have time to use the swimming pool, but it looked huge and I'm sure kids would absolutely love it! Overall, we had a good stay. One little thing—I booked my stay on my birthday and even left a remark, secretly hoping for at least a small birthday cake. Hahaha, but no luck! 🤣 Thank you, Thistle. I hope to see even better cleanliness on our next visit!

Comme nous sommes restés 3 nuits avec petit-déjeuner inclus, nous devons déménager pendant 3 matinées au restaurant du petit-déjeuner buffet. Mais le comportement du personnel comme si nous étions des extraterrestres entrant par erreur et ils nous poussent directement vers la table du coin du bout, spécialement un homme musclé et un bodybuilder demandant grossièrement de montrer un bon avant de s'asseoir. C'est arrivé tous les jours ! Je me demandais comment un hôtel 4 étoiles poursuivait ce type de comportement avec les clients de l'hôtel !

C'est un endroit charmant avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et un prix raisonnable. Il y a aussi un mini zoo pour enfants et de bonnes piscines. Vous pouvez également facilement vous rendre en voiture pour d'autres options de restauration, bien que le petit-déjeuner soit bon. Le seul inconvénient est que la chambre semble démodée et que les toilettes ne sont pas très propres.

My stays when steps inn it was at wet carpet maybe they just come back from poolside... the bedsheet lucky dry and anyway the stays are convenient staycation, walking distance for fine foods is easy just it was quite far from PD town and far from Teluk Kemang. Must have its own transporter to travel. Good stays but the worst breakfast CHEF please improve cooking or else no breakfast. Luckily there have bunch of bread for breakfast cover. I truly enjoyed my stays there will travel again for another staycation. Thank you namastays

Room: We stayed in a Double Queen room, which was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The beds were very cozy, and the bathroom was generally cleaned. However, on our second day, the housekeeping only made the beds and gave the bathroom a basic clean. They did not refill the toiletries, coffee, or other amenities. We called the reception and the refill items were sent to our room promptly. Splash Park: Everything was great! Our kids had an amazing time and really enjoyed the Splash Park. Breakfast: The food was delicious with a good variety of choices. However, some dishes were not refilled promptly, and we had to request the staff to replenish certain food items, beverages, and even the cutlery. Everything was good overall. There are just a few small areas that could be improved, possibly due to a shortage of staff during busy hours. Overall: We had a pleasant stay and really enjoyed the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, the Splash Park was fantastic, and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. There was also plenty of parking available, which was very convenient. Despite the minor housekeeping and breakfast service issues, we would definitely stay here again and look forward to returning in the future.

The hotel’s location is also a big plus, being just a short walk from the beach, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. The staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to assist, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable. The service throughout my stay was consistently excellent. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for families and friends looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

J'ai passé un séjour exceptionnel à l'Hibiscus Lexis Port Dickson. La villa sur pilotis était spacieuse, impeccable et offrait une vue imprenable sur la mer. La piscine privée a ajouté une touche de luxe et a rendu l'expérience encore plus mémorable. Le personnel était accueillant, attentionné et toujours prêt à rendre service. Les installations étaient bien entretenues et l'atmosphère générale était paisible et relaxante. C'était une escapade idéale pour les familles comme pour les couples. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et j'ai hâte d'y retourner ! 👌🏻👍

This is the best resort for families with small kids. My kids really enjoy the kids pool and the easy access to beach. The parents can chill at the pool lounge listening to the beat song, its not too loud for kids and really uplifting the mood. Must visit again next time.

Kairos Villa is a beautiful retreat surrounded by lush greenery, offering a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The owner was very friendly and welcoming, making the stay feel personal and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded, and the room itself was cozy, clean, and enhanced by charming wooden architecture that added a rustic touch. The fresh air and natural surroundings made it an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle. Breakfast was delightful—especially the nasi lemak, which was both tasty and satisfying. Overall, it was a refreshing and peaceful getaway, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended for anyone seeking tranquility and nature. Il s'agissait d'un voyage de famille, donc nous cherchions un hôtel qui peut accueillir les 3 d'entre nous. Nous sommes ravis de voir l'hôtel Lexis. Il a été mis à niveau dans leur chalet sans frais supplémentaires. La chambre était énorme avec un seul roi et un seul lit de reine. Il y avait bien sûr un bain ! La vue était aussi super ! 👍
