I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Uhland during my visit to Windhoek. The hotel is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, yet it is close enough to the city center to reach the main attractions and restaurants within a short drive or walk. The atmosphere is peaceful, making it a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, a refrigerator, and reliable Wi-Fi. Although the furnishings are somewhat traditional, everything was well maintained and functional. The bed was comfortable, and I had a good night’s sleep every night. One of the highlights of my stay was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with transportation, local recommendations, or any questions I had. Their hospitality made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. Breakfast was another enjoyable part of the experience. The buffet offered a good selection of fresh fruit, bread, eggs, local specialties, and coffee, providing a satisfying start to each day. I also appreciated the hotel’s beautiful garden and outdoor swimming pool, which created a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, Hotel Uhland offers excellent value for money. It may not be a luxury hotel, but its cleanliness, friendly service, convenient location, and comfortable facilities make it an ideal choice for travelers visiting Windhoek. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm and affordable place to stay in Namibia.

I had a wonderful stay at Tilla’s Guesthouse in Windhoek. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome with their warm hospitality and friendly attitude. The check-in process was quick and smooth, allowing me to settle into my room without any hassle. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the room was quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. I also appreciated the secure parking area and the peaceful atmosphere, which made me feel safe throughout my visit. Breakfast was freshly prepared every morning and offered a nice variety of options. It was a great way to start each day before exploring Windhoek. The staff were always happy to help with local recommendations, transportation arrangements, and any questions I had, making the overall experience even more enjoyable. The guesthouse is conveniently located within a short drive of the city center, shopping areas, and several restaurants, making it an excellent base for both business travelers and tourists. Despite being close to the city, the property has a calm and relaxing environment that feels like a home away from home. Overall, Tilla’s Guesthouse offers excellent value for money with comfortable accommodation, attentive service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Namibia and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant, safe, and affordable place to stay in Windhoek.

Nous avons eu une chambre dans le bâtiment Mövenpick à proximité. La chambre était agréable, la salle de bain aussi. La pression de l'eau dans la douche pourrait être plus élevée, la douche n'était pas vraiment propre.

Un hôtel très agréable ! Nous avons choisi de la relaxer après un long vol et parce que l'arrêt du transbordeur Go2Namibia est à 5 minutes de distance. La chambre est simple mais propre. Il y a un patio, une chaudière et un litre d'eau, avec une bonne pression de douche. Les terrains de l'hôtel sont très agréables, y compris une piscine. Il y a un Spar près où vous pouvez acheter du vin et quelques plats de cuisine. Il y a aussi un restaurant et une pizza sur place, et les prix sont raisonnables.

Nous avons apprécié la chambre King (accessible), équipée d'une baignoire, d'un réfrigérateur et d'un chauffage fonctionnels. Cependant, au retour, nous avions réservé par erreur la chambre King standard, qui n'avait ni chauffage ni réfrigérateur fonctionnel. Nous avons néanmoins réussi à nous contenter de quelques jours. Le Hilton Garden Inn est moins cher que l'hôtel Hilton voisin, il faut donc s'attendre à quelques inconvénients. Le Hilton Garden Inn m'a permis d'utiliser la salle de sport entièrement équipée de l'hôtel Hilton standard, car la leur ne fonctionnait pas. La navette de l'hôtel pour l'aéroport était un peu chère et nous avons finalement dû utiliser notre propre moyen de transport pour l'aller et le retour. Globalement, cela aurait pu être mieux.

La chambre était très confortable, la chambre était spacieuse et propre. Il n'y avait pas de lumières appropriées dans la chambre elle-même, à part les lampes , les plafonds ne sont que l'entrée de la chambre, ils l'ont fait trop sombres la nuit pour emballer le sac. La piscine est aussi douce mais son genre dans le restaurant aussi malheureusement j'ai réservé l'hôtel que j'espérais utiliser la piscine le soir-- mais puisque les gens étaient habillés pour des boissons et pour dîner, je ne me sentais pas confortable.

Le design élégant de l'hôtel, associé à son excellent équipement, est fait pour une expérience réellement relaxante et agréable. Le personnel soigneux et courtois m'a répondu à toutes mes besoins, en veillant à ce que mon séjour soit aussi confortable que possible.

Standard facility. Great location. Near to the international airport road. Breakfast was disappointing. Not advisable to include breakfast when booking. Otherwise, all other facilities were okay.

Le petit déjeuner est très bon, une grande variété, la plupart comme du lait chaud et des céréales, l'environnement de l'hôtel est superbe, l'emplacement est à côté d'un terrain de golf, l'environnement est très bon, l'hôtel dispose de distributeurs automatiques de billets pouvant utiliser directement la carte de crédit pour choisir la monnaie locale, mais il y a des frais C'est aussi plus rentable que de changer le dollar américain au guichet. Les frais de retrait en espèces sont d'environ 3 couteaux, mais vous pouvez essentiellement acheter la carte et utiliser moins d'argent. Il y a un restaurant chinois dans l'hôtel, c'est bon.
