Hôtels avec petit déjeuner à Cagayan Valley, Philippines

La chambre d'hôtel était simple mais propre, calme, ne fournit qu'une petite eau et pas de chauffage. Les boutiques et un magasin sont à proximité. Le personnel m'a fourni un aéroport complémentaire, qui a été très apprécié parce que le service Grab est insuffisant, et obtenir un taxi dans cette petite ville éloignée est abominable. La seule plainte que j'avais eue était l'unité de climatisation bruyante, j'ai décidé de l'arrêter pour dormir une bonne nuit, mais cela ne pourrait pas être une option pour une nuit chaude et humide.

This is my second time staying here, and I’m just as satisfied as before. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, the bed is super comfortable, and the place is definitely worth the money. It can be a bit noisy since it’s near the highway, but that’s understandable and didn’t affect my stay. I’ll gladly come back again!

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient, with restaurants and shops nearby. I will definitely come back and stay here again!

Location très proche de l'aéroport le personnel est très amicale près des cafés et des boutiques alimentaires et la plage salle propre et grands lits très recommandés juste pls améliorer le petit déjeuner

Les services sont bons, le personnel est très bon. Bien que la nourriture soit un peu salée. Mais globalement, elle est bonne 😊

La chambre est un peu remplie, mais pour un voyageur seul, c'était juste. Ils ont beaucoup d'équipements que j'aime vraiment. Le restaurant était aussi très délicieux et m'a fait rempli. Le défaut est que la sécurité de la porte est juste un peu loin. Mais mon séjour était en général OK. 👍🏼

This is a nice hotel on Batan Island in Batanes Province in the Philippines. Batan Island has limited facilities and Residencia de Basco is a very good hotel for Batan. The workers are as nice as can be and do as good a job as they know how. The pool was wonderful and the hotel was within walking distance from the beach. The AC was very effective but the hallways are open air. The dining hall was moderately Airconditioned. The room was adequately stocked with shampoo and soap with a shaving kit and make-up kit as well as two toothbrush kits supplied. The door lock did not work when we checked in but was repaired as soon as we brought it to the hotel's notice. However, for the traveler, this hotel left a lot to be desired. The room was clean but never serviced in the three days we stayed. The restaurant, important as there are limited eating facilities within walking distance, was not reliably opened. The selection of drinks was very strange, with multiple types of beer but no club soda available. When requesting room service, the meal was brought up on a tray and the tray was taken. Since they did not collect the dishes even when left in the hallway outside, it necessitated balancing multiple dishes to bring them back down to the Kitchen. In defense of the staff, as soon as they saw us carrying the dishes (on the next day of course) they ran to take them from us. When we went to settle the bill the night before (20:00) leaving as we needed to leave at 05:45 AM, we were told only cash was accepted. When we paid cash we were told there was no change available and we could pick up change in the morning. When morning came, still no change. Wifi was nice when it worked but they use one-time vouchers which needed to be renewed every time the device lost the wifi signal. About 40% of the vouchers did not work and we requested vouchers multiple times a day for only two devices using perhaps 30 different vouchers in only three days. Since there is no cell phone coverage at the hotel, wifi was the only way to stay in touch. All in all it was a nice stay but with very little effort and training it could have been much better.

Il a été très bien séjourné ici. Je dois dire, c'est de loin le meilleur hôtel de Tuguegarao pour moi! Le personnel était poli et répondant à nos besoins. La chambre était un peu petite, mais l'espace est lumineux, propre et fragrant. La salle de bains était surprenantment spacieuse par rapport aux autres salles de bains de l'hôtel de la ville. Il y a aussi des outils de cuisine et mini-frigo à l'intérieur de la chambre, de sorte que le dîner ne serait pas un problème. La location est juste le long de l'autoroute locale mais ne peut être observée particulièrement à la nuit. Le séjour est tout à fait valable pour le prix que nous avons payé.
