Zzizi99The room was fine, though it was dusty and there were old toothpaste stains in the bathroom. However, that is nothing compared to the major safety and privacy violation we experienced.
The service and management were completely unacceptable. Our room's mini fridge was broken. We called maintenance, but after waiting for 30 minutes, no one showed up. Since we had a strict dinner reservation, we had to leave, keeping our 'Do Not Disturb' (DND) sign clearly displayed on the door.Later, the staff called us saying they were at our room. I explicitly asked them to wait 3 minutes for us to return. Instead, they entered our room without permission while the DND sign was up and changed the fridge. This is a severe breach of privacy and security. If anything goes missing from our room, who is going to take responsibility? Very unprofessional and untrustworthy.

1. Location was superb, easy access to the mall.
2. Room is fully equipped with induction hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, dining plates, utensils, mugs, iron and iron board .
3. Room is spacious, bedroom, living room and dining room.
Negative Feedback:
1. Staff at the counter should be trained with customer service. No greetings nor smile during check-in.
2. Toilet has very bad smell. The edge of the shower room is slimy, probably not cleaned properly.
3 Deodorants were supplied in both the toilet as well as the bedroom but unfortunately all of them were empty (see pictures)
5. Toilet ventilation vent is dusty and drop of dusts occasionally fell onto us or the wash basin.
6. The iron provided isn’t safe for use as wires are exposed which is a SAFETY HAZARD (see picture). Someone might get electrocuted.
7. TV was provided but no ‘Live TV’ available as it always showed ‘No Signal’ (see picture).
8. ‘House Rules’ indicate ‘No eating and drinking in the room’ but the room is fully equipped with the dining cutleries/utensils and cooking equipment (see picture). So, is eating and drinking allowed?
9. In the bedroom, there is this thing hanging directly above the bed. Not sure what it is but, to me, it’s of no use.
We will definitely stay here again because of the location and the spacious room. If the negative feedback can be addressed, it would be a bonus.

NnurazeemaThe checkin super easy , in the same apt complex just different tower. The instructions from host for check in and parking very clear. Apartment is great for young kids with slide and play area. Beds are comfortable. Master bedroom is spacious. Kitchen is equipped for simple cooking. The apt is less 5 min drive to legoland.
There's red ants issue in one of the bedrooms but the service came quickly to get rid of it and changed the bedding. Occasionally the toilet smells of sewage which i think need to be solved by the building maintainance. Just these 2 issues that should be looked into by NEST home to make the place perfect.

I had a very pleasant stay at Fraser Place Puteri Harbour. The overall experience was excellent from check-in to check-out.
The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They were professional and always ready to assist whenever I had any questions or needed help, which made the whole stay feel comfortable and hassle-free.
The room was clean, tidy, spacious and well maintained. Everything was properly prepared when I arrived, and the room felt comfortable and relaxing. The facilities were also in good condition, and I really enjoyed the peaceful environment and beautiful surrounding views.
The location is convenient and the overall atmosphere of the property is quiet and relaxing. I especially appreciated the cleanliness and the good service provided by the staff.
Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and definitely good value for money. I would happily stay at Fraser Place Puteri Harbour again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and relaxing place to stay in the Puteri Harbour area.

CCheeWH79Had a 4 days 3 night staycation here. Excellent location with Mid-Valley Southkey mall within the same building. Perfect for shopping, dining, entertainment and accomodation all under one roof. The room was decent and clean with standard amenities. Bed and pillows are comfortable, Facilities are alright with gym and swimming pool with a nice view at the top floor. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with a lot of focus on local Malaysian cuisines. There is sufficient variety to try different food each day during my stay. Parking is reasonable at RM10 per day although officially stated as RM5. I believe each day ends at midnight. Thus, staying overnight guarantees paying for at least 2 days of parking. Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visitng JB.

IInvitéGood location, close proximity within few minutes walking distance to KSL and many eateries. Nicely decorated and clean unit, aircon is powerful and wifi is working well. Thanks to the host for helping us book the Karaoke room, my family had a great time singing. Unfortunately our stay is too short and we didn't get a chance to use the pool table when we realised the apartment also has one. Only shortcoming is the pungent smell especially in the common bathroom coming from the sewage, but I realised it is very common in most apartments in JB that I have stayed so far. Overall, a pleasant stay.

PPaulChia71Location wise this is top! It’s located right next to KSL Mall. Hence, shopping and eating are all within walking distance. The room itself is no-frills but clean. Being on the 33rd floor it’s away from the noise and gives an unblock view of the city. Kettle was missing from the room but when I contacted Neat Home staff they immediately arrange for one to be send.

DDTSgLa location est à quelques pas du centre de rnf, mais si vous avez des personnes âgées, il ne peut pas être confortable car vous devez traverser la route le 1er jour pour vous connecter. Comme nous n'avions pas de carte d'accès, il faut marcher sur et le long d'une route pour atteindre le bloc.
Après cela, nous avons pris tout le temps comme les personnes âgées ne pourront pas marcher trop longtemps et sur les pistes.
Le condo était joli, mais la zone de bouillon peut être plus propre. Nous pouvions l'odorer le long du corridor. Le verrouillage de la chaîne de porte a été déchiré. 2 portes à l'entrée frontale, à l'intérieur de l'unité était assez propre et répondre à nos besoins. Les chambres étaient très propres, mais les toilettes avaient un peu d'odeur, apportaient un pulvérisateur. Les moustiques sont communs, les pls apportent des répulsifs d'insectes même dans l'unité. Chaque chambre dispose d'air conditionné, donc il est OK. La chambre est confortable avec une vue agréable sur le balcon, la mer et les bateaux.
L'expérience de gd dans son ensemble, mais ne vous attendez pas à l'hôtel. Il s'agit d'Airbnb. La piscine était bruyante avec les enfants, le gym était aussi occupé. Nous n'avons pas nagé ni utilisé le gym mais nous avons marqué sur le pont pour regarder les bateaux.
