Specially want to thank Fuju customer service representative, Jia En for being very attentive to my request. I would say we had one of the best view in town for fireworks. Absolutely stunning. Plus the room is very clean and tidy, really gave us a very home feeling. Will still come back again. Appreciate for the effort. Thank you.

L'état général est bon ; tout a répondu à mes attentes pour une chambre d'hôtel standard. Il y a cependant une chose qui ne me satisfait pas : j'ai réservé une chambre pour trois adultes, mais les équipements fournis ne sont que pour deux personnes (deux paires de chaussons, deux brosses à dents, deux serviettes, etc.). Il n'y a pas de numéro de téléphone pour appeler la réception, je suis donc descendu personnellement pour les informer de la situation. Le personnel a promis d'envoyer les objets manquants dans notre chambre plus tard, mais personne n'est venu du tout.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour à l'Avery, dans le JBCC, dans l'espace Residence. Il propose un confort, une disposition spacieuse avec un salon confortable, une chambre propre et une cuisine entièrement équipée, idéal pour une visite relaxante. La location est excellente, juste à quelques pas du centre commercial KSL, offrant un accès facile à manger, à la boutique et aux équipements quotidiens. Les chambres sont très confortables et confortables, et les chambres sont très confortables et confortables. Le service était rapide et efficace. Idéal pour les couples ou les fuites rapides de la ville. Nous choisirons certainement cet endroit pour notre prochaine voyage à JB!

Fuss free, great location, spacious room, clean hotel. Enjoyed the stay here. Nice buffet breakfast, international spread. Only traffic outside was bad during certain hours. Otherwise, we had a great lovely stay here. Managed to visit the monday pasar malam nearby.

I previously stayed at the R&F condo, and I found it very convenient due to its proximity to the JB immigration checkpoint and downtown. The condo is new, and the facilities are great, allowing my child to play comfortably. We had four adults and one child, and the three-bedroom unit was just the right size for us. There is also a multilevel car park available for vehicle parking. Nearby, you can find excellent food outlets and a 24-hour convenience store. The host was very responsive and returned my deposit promptly after I checked out. The only downside was that there was only one bathroom, and the water pressure was not very strong. Overall, my experience was good.

The location is close to JB custom,convenient and easy to go anywhere..there’s shopping mall beside and many restaurants around..the host is really helpful and responds quickly..the only insufficient was one of the air conditioner was making loud noises

We're happy with our stay here. Place is new and clean. Location is superb as it is just right beside KSL mall. Easy for grab drivers to locate the pick up point. Apartment is clean and cosy. Just nice for 2-4pax stay. They provide shampoos, toothpaste and brush. Overall, it is superb! Just that, each time we gg out on in back to our apartment, the neighbour beside us will open and look and then bang the door, as if we're disturbing her peace. 🙄 Other than that, the stay is good. Reception team is also amazing. Good job team! 💪

For Muslim families, it’s reassuring to know that St. Giles provides bidets in the toilets. I stayed in the Urban King Room, and this is honestly a hotel I keep coming back to—I’ve stayed here three times now. Whenever I’m in JB, especially with babies, this is my go-to hotel because it’s extremely convenient and the facilities are excellent. The modern design is another big plus. For breakfast, I’d strongly recommend going early at 7am. The place fills up very quickly, and by 8am there’s already a queue forming. That said, the staff at Causeway Café are very efficient at managing the crowd kudos to them. We also tried the dinner buffet at Causeway Café, and at RM118, it definitely did not disappoint. I’m not sure when in-room dining was introduced, but we ordered the Hokkien mee and nasi goreng, and both were really good. We hope they continue with this in room dining!! I’ll definitely keep coming back!

amazing view from the hotel room from the 29th floor, could stay there the whole night just to chill and appreciate the view. the location of the hotel is very convenient as well, being walking distance to CIQ and JB Sentral, but the walk over to the hotel from city square mall and komtar might be hard to find at first, and Google Maps shows the long way around which is inaccurate.
