L'emplacement est idéal, à proximité du CIQ. L'arrivée s'est faite sans problème grâce aux instructions fournies. Les questions ont reçu une réponse rapide via WhatsApp. Seul bémol : l'appartement n'était pas parfaitement propre. Cependant, le personnel a réagi rapidement pour régler le problème une fois signalé. Sinon, c'est un bon choix pour un court séjour.

L'état général est bon ; tout a répondu à mes attentes pour une chambre d'hôtel standard. Il y a cependant une chose qui ne me satisfait pas : j'ai réservé une chambre pour trois adultes, mais les équipements fournis ne sont que pour deux personnes (deux paires de chaussons, deux brosses à dents, deux serviettes, etc.). Il n'y a pas de numéro de téléphone pour appeler la réception, je suis donc descendu personnellement pour les informer de la situation. Le personnel a promis d'envoyer les objets manquants dans notre chambre plus tard, mais personne n'est venu du tout.

Our stay here was truly a pleasant experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff were very helpful and patient. They carefully guided us through the check-in process and even made sure that we were able to access the lift and enter the unit smoothly. This level of attention really made us feel at ease, especially after a long journey. When we entered the room, the first thing we noticed was how clean and well-prepared everything was. The room looked exactly like the photos, if not better. The bed was neatly made, the linens and towels were fresh and clean, and there was no unpleasant smell at all. The space was also quite generous, making it easy for us to open our luggage and move around comfortably. During our stay, we had a small question about how to use the washing machine. We contacted the staff and received a quick and friendly response. They even offered to come over and explain it in person if needed, which showed how attentive and caring their service was. The room also came with a kitchen and basic utensils, which was very convenient for preparing simple meals and made the stay feel more homely. Another nice touch was that breakfast was available with an additional charge. The staff were kind enough to offer us a discount for breakfast, which we really appreciated. It was a thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality. The location is another big plus. There are plenty of food options and shops nearby, so getting around was very convenient. Despite being in a lively area, the room itself was quiet at night, and we had a very good night’s sleep. The staff also reminded us to keep noise down after 10 PM, which showed that the property is well-managed and considerate to all guests. Before check-out, the team checked in with us to ask if we had encountered any issues during our stay. This small gesture really made a difference and showed that they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. Overall, this was a comfortable, stress-free, and enjoyable stay. We would definitely choose this place again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

La location de l'hôtel est bonne. Juste à l'opposé du centre commercial et pas si occupé. À l'en bas de l'hôtel, il y a des restaurants- coréen, Dim Sum, Dessert, Kopitiam et Café. L'intérieur de l'hôtel est assez vieux avec une combinaison de meubles anciens et modernes. La chambre est propre, mais nous n'aimons pas la porte adjacente au milieu.

L'emplacement est superbe, avec un accès direct au centre commercial R&F, où vous trouverez de nombreux restaurants et une épicerie. La maison est spacieuse et propre. J'adore le lit, il est super confortable. Le chauffe-eau et la climatisation fonctionnent parfaitement. Tout est neuf. Je réserverai à nouveau sans hésiter pour mon prochain séjour à R&F !

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. The location was perfect, walkable to shops and sights.Our room was spacious, spotless and had a great decor with comfortable crisps bed sheet. The only issue was the mattress it's queen-size put on a king size bed,but otherwise it was an exceptional experience,and we'd definitely stay again.

Excellent location juste devant KSL et entouré de repas. La chambre était propre et propre, les installations de base (douche, serviettes, etc.) fournies. Irritée par de petits bugs noirs dans la chambre; probablement volé de la fenêtre ouverte dans le toilette. Il y a une tige à l'intérieur du toilette qui est mal masquée par le refroidisseur d'air. Contrôle et sortie facile et rapide au comptoir. Équipe de sécurité très polie et attentive. La plupart des magasins de détail à l'intérieur du bâtiment ne sont pas encore occupés/ouvrés.

Location was great. Do note that this is near Midvalley and hotel shares parking with the building, thus needing additional payment for parking. RM5 standard rate per enrty. Room and bed was nice. Cleaned good and kept nice. Service are decent, can be better and more efficient with the amount of people during peak hours. Facilities are decent too. Will still consider to be back again. Was a nice hotel in general.
