Staying at Boutique Hotel's Bytom in winter was a delightful experience! The location is perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to local attractions. My Double Standard room was impeccably clean and cozy, providing a comfortable retreat after a day out. The service was exceptional; the staff were friendly and always ready to assist. I particularly enjoyed the facilities, including a lovely breakfast that offered a variety of delicious options. Overall, it’s great value for money, making it an ideal choice for solo travelers like myself. Highly recommend! 🌟❄️

Hotel w którym pracują prawdziwi zawodowcy zaczynać od recepcji pani Mularczyk, która mimo stresu potrafiła zachować zimną krew a przy tym zachować się bardzo kulturalna i naprawdę miła osoba czy też panie pokojówki. Rzadko w dzisiejszych czasach można znaleść tak dobrze funkcjonujący hotel duży respekt dla menadżera potrafiącego zebrać i poprowadzić w tak wyjątkowy sposób ten hotel .
Duża pochwała, co jest prawdziwym wyjątkiem, umiejętność w sposobie podchodzenia do krytyki. Na pewno przyjedzie znowu do was

Bardzo udany pobyt.Korzystałam podczas podróży służbowej.Pokoje są dobrze wyposażone,klimatyzowane i ciekawie stylizowane,dla gości jest dostępny basen,jaccuzi oraz sauna.Śniadanie bardzo urozmaicone,sporo owoców i ciast,a także duży wybór soków i jogurtów,bardzo dobra kawa.Przy obiekcie znajduje się płatny oraz bezpłatny parking.Dobra lokalizacja,blisko Stadionu Śląskiego,Legendii,Parku Śląskiego,a także blisko do głównej drogi,skąd niedaleko do Katowic.Bardzo polecam ten hotel.to był udany pobyt.

Hotel Diament Zabrze-Gliwice is a cozy gem! 🌟 The location is perfect—close to the city center yet nestled in a peaceful green area. My Standard Single Room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, making it a great winter retreat. The service was friendly, with the staff always ready to help. I loved the facilities, especially the free gym and relaxing sauna—perfect after a day of sightseeing! The only downside was a slightly outdated decor, but overall, I had a fantastic stay. I’d definitely recommend it to solo travelers looking for a blend of comfort and convenience! 🏨

C'était un beau hôtel. Les travaux sont bons et mignons. Juste qu'il était le premier étage et les personnes à l'extérieur peuvent vous voir et votre chambre ... Il était un peu mauvais. Et l'emplacement s'il vous plaît utiliser une voiture ou un taxi. pour marcher n'est pas une bonne idée

Bufet śniadaniowy był nieziemski. Naprawdę elegancki hotel.

It is pretty good experience. Although it is a bit far to the main town, there is a train ”3” which can directly reach the hotel. The room has a fridge which is super.

IInvitéDans l'ensemble, l'endroit était incroyable, notre chambre ressemblait même aux photos, ce à quoi nous ne nous attendions pas.
Nous avons payé 164 pln et avons pris deux buffets de petit-déjeuner qui n'étaient pas mauvais. Le troisième jour, ils ont semblé perdre notre réservation de petit-déjeuner. Ils ont dit que nous n'avions pas payé à la réception pour le petit-déjeuner, ce qui est vrai, nous avons payé au kiosque du buffet, mais ils n'ont pas semblé comprendre. Nous sommes simplement allés à Lidl pour éviter de payer à nouveau ou de nous disputer.
Nous sommes descendus 10 minutes après l'ouverture prévue de la piscine pour le matin, mais le membre du personnel était toujours en train de la nettoyer mais il nous a laissé faire après une minute ou deux.
L'eau froide pour les carafes à réglage froid n'est pas froide, juste légèrement plus froide que la température ambiante. Nous avons fini par les remplir et les laisser au réfrigérateur pendant la nuit pour avoir de l'eau froide, ce qui n'est pas idéal lorsque vous avez soif.
La majorité du personnel avec qui nous avons eu affaire était génial et a compris ce que nous voulions dire après quelques éclaircissements car nous ne parlons pas polonais.
Je recommanderais quand même cet endroit à tout le monde. Le rapport qualité/prix était tout simplement incroyable et il y a peut-être eu une erreur dans le système informatique qui a gâché notre réservation de petit-déjeuner. Ce ne sont que des détails mineurs que l'hôtel pourra, je l'espère, améliorer pour les futurs clients.

IInvitéAbsolutely the most beautiful apartment I have ever stayed in. I was just visiting family and staying one night which was so sad as it was such a delightful apartment. The entrance, lounge, hallway and apartment itself are impeccably decorated and kept clean. I can't believe how nice it was for the price. The facilities were great with a washing machine in the bathroom which was very handy during our trip. It was just all very well put together. The location is great, out of the window you can see the square where you can hear live music and pop out for food and drink. My only qualm is the location of the car park was a little confusing and also quite far from the actual apartment so large luggage is a bit of a nightmare to haul all the way. None the less, very worth it and will definitely be staying here again if I'm in the area.

IInvitéLovely hotel located on the edge of the city centre of Katowice. Very clean, quiet and well presented. The staff are very friendly and also speak good English.
Check-in was swift, taking literally 60 second to get the door keys.
We didn't take advantage of breakfast as we were out of the hotel both days before breakfast service started.
The hotel is easily found by taking a tram from the city to Katowice Graniczna tram stop, walk past Lidl and it's on the left.

Trip.com n'a pas de choix pour le petit déjeuner, mais l'hôtel peut ajouter directement le petit déjeuner à la carte de crédit.
L'hôtel dispose d'un grand petit-déjeuner, la nuit devient un petit bar, très chaleureux. Une autre région est plus calme, comme regarder des livres à l'intérieur.
On dit que l'été est très chaud.
Il y a une belle église à la fin de la route.
