Seda Nuvali a vraiment dépassé les attentes d'un enregistrement sans problème, avec chaque processus comme un horloge. Notre spacieuse suite était parfaitement propre, avec lit de plush, douche et salle de bain séparée, Wi-Fi à haute vitesse et touches conviviales comme l'eau et les choix de café et de thé, parfaite pour le désir. Le service était impeccable tout au long de la vie, en mettant en évidence un excellent petit-déjeuner buffet avec des frais Filipinos et des options internationales, y compris des omelettes personnalisables et des stations de jus sains. L'attention du personnel brille le plus brillant avec notre groupe de personnes handicapées (PWDs); ils ont proactivement choisi un siège accessible dans la zone de cuisine de la piscine, avec un large espace, ce qui fait que tout le monde se sent vraiment soucieux. Situé dans la serene propriété de Nuvali, il offre un accès facile aux centres de restauration et aux verdures proches, offrant le calme idéal que nous avons préparé pour le mariage de mon fils. Les valeurs extrêmement élevées, les pratiques écologiques et les installations de pointe font de cela un choix en place pour les familles ou les événements.

This was a last minute booking for me and I was happy they had an available room. Check-in was fine. I was assisted by two very courteous female front service desk staff. I just wished they were also able to advice me about the room they provided me which apparently had a door inside connecting to another room. They later clarified and assured that no guests were checked-in there. The room was very spacious, clean and had no undesirable smell. There was a balcony, not much of a view. The A/C was working just fine. Gym equipment are fairly new although I didn't get to try them during my stay. Pool was big and clean!

Hello, I would like to commend on how alta d' tagaytay handled our entire vacation. We stayed there for three days and 2 nights and I could really say that their service is superb, high class and you are really going to get the value of service that you have paid for. From their very accommodating frontdesk to the food servers and housekeeping staff. They keep on greeting every guest with a smile like it's always their first time to see us everyday. Their shuttle is also one call away and very fast, not to mention their drivers that are also very polite and knowledgeable. They even provide an instruction regarding the floors of the amenities and restaurants within the building. As for the restaurants, they have a variety of food that you can choose from. Their breakfast buffet is also magnificent and if I am going to rate the food that we have tasted , I would give it a 10/10 Regarding our room, we had a very relaxing experience. Upon opening the door, you will be welcomed by the classy cleanliness and smell of the air freshener. Make up room requests are also fast accommodated by housekeeping but the most important part that has caught our attention was the complimentary birthday cakes that were provided by the hotel to our 2 daughters. That makes it more magical. Lastly, the pool is very accessible right beside La Cresta restaurant and they even have a lifeguard to look after your kids if ever. The Jacuzzi has just the right amount of warmness. They even provide laundry bags for your wet clothes (not all hotels provide that) even some of the highest rated ones. Overall, the view, the staff, the service, amenities and superb all around experience is enough to say that we would definitely return to this hotel.

Celebrated Mother's Day at Hotel Kimberley and we really had fun with so many activities and they also have restaurant inside so you really don't have to go out and spend the whole day in the hotel. 100% kid friendly and also enjoyed the heated pool! Will definitely go back. Also, we have been upgraded to suite for free!

The hotel is near Sm, 7/11, and different fast food restaurants so it's easy to buy what you need/want. The staffs are nice and the room is clean. Although I noticed a crack on the wall and the aircon is not properly installed, like there are some gaps. Also, the room is kinda small for the price and the TV is not working or we just can't use it but there's no remote, and we even asked the staff about it but they never came back after.

I've been to several hotels in Tagaytay already and I always come back to Casiana. It's great compared to other pricey hotels. The staff are friendly and the buffet is good too. The rooms are spacious (with balcony) and the toilets are modern. Parking is always available. The pool needs a little bit of cleaning. It is big compared to other hotels in the area - 4 feet for adults. The only thing I am constantly having a problem is the wifi in the room. Sometimes it disappears and is not consistent. I wish they would fix it since it has been a problem for way back in 2023 when I started to go to this hotel. I attached the photo of the custom eggs they made for us while eating our buffet. It was a nice touch.

The plus of Taal Vista Hotel: Good service, acceptable food quality, incredible view, very nice spa/wellness center, good location. The cons of Taal Vista Hotel: rooms should have been renovated at least 5 years ago (but fair size). They just started with one small part of the building, but at this speed, expect 5 more years. Also, we could hear our room neighbours receiving sms (ping!), just as an indication of the level of privacy! Swimming Pool is small and there is no real gym. We won't go again.

Je choisis cet hôtel pour Noël Halloween se rencontrer avec la famille. Je veux que nous ayons juste dîner et ne pensez pas à ce que cuisiner. J'aime les chambres spacieuses. Même il est juste pour 2 paches , 1 lit peut encore être ajouté au sol. Je suis ravi du personnel, ils sont tous utiles et efficaces. Le buffet Cmas était aussi bon. Notre famille l'aimait. Les piscines sont ok, mais il faut le nettoyer un peu. À quelle heure l'avez-vous nettoyé la dernière fois? Nous vous remercions également d'ouvrir un resort aux animaux de compagnie. Nous aimons nos animaux et nous sommes membres de la famille. Nombre de familles ne les laisseront pas seules à la maison, surtout pendant les excursions, je suis si heureux que vous soyez ouverts à l'idée. J'ai réservé 3 chambres et toutes les chambres sont tout aussi spacieuses et propres. Maintenez-le ! Bien fait. Le lieu est bien entretenu.
