Je vis ici pendant sept jours, en général, une bonne santé propre, c'est que le service n'est pas le meilleur, le petit déjeuner est simple. This trip was booked to celebrate a birthday for my niece. The customer service was excellent as all of the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the problem was with the spa service, one of the restaurants (Linger Longer), and construction on the site. My nieces messuage was below average and when asked how her spa service was, she explain that the service she received was below average at best and she was not satisfied. She was compensated by the team that was checking us out at the Spa with half off the service. However, she did not receive the message that she was expecting and was disappointed as this was for her birthday. The second issue was with our dinner at the Linger Longer restaurant. Our appetizer was deliver to us very cold. We informed our server and she apologized and brought us back another appetizer only a couple of minutes before our main course arrived, and the replaced appetizer was only slightly better than the first one they brought out. The main courses consisted for my niece had to be sent back because it tasted sour as if the fish was not fresh. She is not a person that complains much, but the food and the messuage were disappointing, and put a slight damper on her birthday. The last issue was all the construction going on next to where our room was located on the lake view. Because of the construction noise during the day and early morning, it disrupted the piece in that room. I explained this to the front desk and she was very polite and asked if extending our stay for an additional hour would be helpful since we had experienced a few issues with our stay. At this point we had already checked out, so staying an additional hour in the room would not be much of a help, as well as the construction going on. There were good and bad with this stay, as I have explained the problems. However, the lake and the amenities were superb and the courteous staff was fantastic and that helped things from being a failed birthday celebration for my niece.

La position est très bonne, au centre-ville, tous les types de restaurants à proximité. Il y a une station de chemin de fer léger au milieu, très adapté aux touristes qui ne conduisent pas.

L'hôtel est correct, non loin de l'aéroport de Newark Il y a une navette 24h/24 à l'aéroport P4, qui part toutes les demi-heures, ce qui est très pratique. Prenez le skytrain depuis l'aéroport P4 jusqu'à la gare de l'aéroport de New Jersey. Le train urbain coûte 15,75 $ US et prend environ 40 minutes jusqu'à la gare de Pennsylvanie. L'hôtel est propre et calme, mais le chauffage est bruyant Il y a un point de vente à proximité, près du sud de l'aéroport. Il faut prendre un taxi pour s'y rendre. Le petit-déjeuner de l'hôtel est moyen, avec peu de choix comme des fruits en conserve, etc. Bon café
