Hôtels avec Spa à Sumatra-Ouest, Indonésie

J'ai réservé la chambre pour mon ami qui vient de se marier. J'ai demandé à l'équipe Trip.com de les vérifier si elles peuvent fournir tout décor de lit pour le couple. Ils ont dit qu'elles feront quelque chose, mais il n'y a rien. Suivant le Trip.com mais l'équipe de l'hôtel n'a donné aucune réponse. Je suis même prêt à payer pour tout supplément. Ou au moins si ils ne peuvent rien faire avec la décoration du lit au moins un toile de décoration/folding serait également bon. Mais il n'y avait rien du tout.

Nice service.. For I forgot that have to catch up early morning flight, but already booked breakfast for 2 pax.. Cannot return the money for the second day breakfast, only can take away the breakfast.. So we request for the breakfast, they served it with fruits, buns and rice and vegetables plus chicken (actually we request for it).. Thank you so much for fulfilled my request.. Going to stay again at rocky for next visit to padang.. Beside there also got supermarket, nice!

Wise location, comfortable bed, average room size. The room has nice view (upper floor) - sunset or sunrise. The hotel has a very nice view roof top restaurant.

Perfect and lovely stayed. Clean and timely. Staff very attentive. Food also tasty

Good location and helpful concierge staffs. Unfortunately the hotel doesn’t attentive enough to facilitate our request of double bed for all 4 rooms booked about a month prior to our arrival. 3 out of 4 rooms were without hot shower which annoyed us a lot. The room I stayed (#552) shares the same balcony with the next room and surprisingly the balcony door can’t be locked. Very loud music from the rooftop bar was also very annoying. Breakfast was not impressive and staff not attentive enough to replenish drinking glass for the fruit juices. Will choose other hotel whenever I visit Padang on the future.

Cet hôtel est si confortable. Je reste pour 2 nuits et ils vont toup wter bouteille et nettoyer votre chambre le lendemain. Le lin est si fragrant. Petit déjeuner aussi si bon. Variété de porridge. Personnel aussi très poli. Très recommandé 👍

Le premier 4 * hôtel à Batu Sangkar, service satisfaisant, nettoyage OK, la nourriture est assez variée, peut-être le riz frit doit être un peu réduit de sel parce que pour ceux qui ne goûtent pas de sel et de régime sont sûrs

I loved the beautiful view from the swimming pool overlooking Mount Merapi and Mount Singgalang — truly a unique experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful. It’s a great place to unwind and enjoy nature. Unfortunately, the weather was cloudy during my stay, so I couldn’t enjoy the mountain view as clearly as I had hoped. Still, the overall experience was relaxing and worth it.

Its an old building with molds in the rooms and bathrooms. I believed it used to be a high rating hotels, considering the grand entrance etc. Rooms are spacious but the amenities are not consistent. We booked 3 rooms in total (same room type). One does not have a sofa, one does not a have the small chiller. However the services are great with helpful receptionists and bellboys.
