Hôtels avec petit déjeuner à Dakota du Nord, États-Unis

L'hôtel était en pleine construction et personne ne l'a abordé. Personne ne l'a dit, désolé pour la désordre ou l'interruption. À un moment, les lits étaient totalement vibrateurs du travail qui était fait. Puis, le toilette a été clos. Nous avons appelé et ils ont dit qu'il n'y avait pas de gars de maintenance en service mais ils m'ont apporté un piston ... Même quand le blocage a été réglé, le toilette ne s'écoulerait pas correctement. La fille au bureau de front a dit qu'elle pouvait demander au gars de la porte de l'autre côté de venir ou que nous pouvions changer de chambre. Le gars est venu et a pu corriger la question de la toilette, et nous n'avons pas eu de problèmes avec elle. La piscine était si froide les enfants étaient en quelques minutes mais ne pouvaient pas rester parce que l'eau était si froide et le chlore était si élevé qu'il brûlait les yeux pour être juste dans la chambre. Nous avons pu manger assez de petit déjeuner demain pour nous satisfaire, mais il a été encore entravé par la construction dans le lobby. Le Holiday Inn Express n'est pas un mauvais endroit et est probablement mieux quand tout fonctionne, mais nous n'avons pas été le destinataire de ce type de séjour.

The front entry of hotel was nice- wow large seating area with tables and chairs and looked like a bar set up- not sure what they use that for. Staff at check in lovely! Large room, lots of place for luggage. Large bathroom. Ice maker in fridge. Nice couch which was also a hide a bed! Carpet was light brown colour which shows every stain. Could I suggest a medium/ dark brown if you are thinking of replacing. I always take my shoes off at the door but guess things happen and the carpet gets dirty. Poor cleaning staff. I am sure the carpet was clean, like the room just stained. Oh well. Staff were very nice . And apologized for the few items on the grab and go. Web site said free breakfast for 4; but…. Grab and go breakfast but not much - granola bar, few small muffins, coffee, tea, hot chocolate. Some packs of instant oatmeal but guess you would have to use a coffee cup? No milk but coffee creamer. The room was great and I would likely stay there again. For all hotels on your site it would be nice to know how to know or give a better indication of breakfast availability - the minimum that would constitute a minimum breakfast items provided or if not then no breakfast provided . Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room next to us had a very inconsiderate person in it. He had his tv on quite loud. It was hard to hear our TV. This continued throughout the entire night. I finally called the front desk at 1:00 am to ask if they could do anything about it. She said all she could do was to try and call the room. This obviously didn't work as the sound was on alll through the night and was still on when we left at 8:00 am. I talked to the front desk and all she said was that she was very sorry about it. Very frustrating!

I enjoyed getting out of town for the day, the desk staff were friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable and the tv was nice but there were a few issues. The bathtub in room 211 had mold growing; I had requested to be given a room on the upper floor. The pool was not able to be used right away because they had just put in chemicals…why not do this right after 11:00 when everyone has checked out. The breakfast was your typical hotel fair but the $12.99 price tag was a bit steep. It was nice to eat off of real plates and utensils.

Great staff. Rooms were clean, pool and whole pool area was clean, gaming area was also clean. That's a pretty hefty accomplishment, considering how messy some of the hotel ”guests” were. Food at the restaurants was pretty good. Definitely met my expectations. Restaurant staff was also top notch. We came solely for the kids to use the water park & they had a blast. Great hotel for young families. My only complaint is the beds were not very comfortable. The metal bed frames do not provide very good support at all.

The service was super friendly - we had our two small children at the free breakfast (amazing btw) and they gave us a bag of books to look through - each child got to take one home! Pool & hot tub were clean and we had it all to ourselves. Big suite with two bedrooms, fold out couch for the kids and everyone had their own tv. Will definitely visit again.

Overall a good stay. Parking in the ramp is a breeze. Downtown location is convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the complimentary bathroom amenities, they are different from the usual hotel stay. Tasteful decor.  The carpet in our room is worn and had a big stain. Bathroom tile could use a good steam as the grout is quite black.

Anna était très agréable et gentille. La propreté n'était pas grande. Derrière notre toilette, il semblait jamais nettoyé. Vous pouvez leur dire qu'ils ajoutent des serviettes aux réservoirs sans jamais se détruire. Nous avons retiré le lit quand nous sommes arrivés pour voir si les feuilles étaient nettoyées et il y avait une tige de cheveux enroulés au pied du lit dans les couvertures.

The location was great, the bathroom floor did not appear clean, there was both liquid soap and hand soap but no holder for the hand soap once it was wet. The entrance was slippery (lots of snowy shoes coming in and out). The hot tub was minimal but pleasant. The pool towels were pretty thin. The personnel were helpful and friendly.

I love the americinn hotels. This was our first time at this location. Our king studio suite was the perfect amount of space for our family of 4. Only downfall was the fact that the little kid portion of the pool was slightly deeper than expected. Not a bad thing for our older child (4), just not ideal for younger or short children.
