C'est la deuxième fois. Il est toujours aussi satisfait que la dernière fois, mais quand il est fini de partir, nous n'avons pas été retardés d'un minute. Je pense que la chambre est trop nerveuse. La seule chose qui ne semble pas appropriée est que les variations de prix de leur hôtel sont trop agitées. Oubliez de prendre des photos et de les ajouter à celles qui les entourent.
Il n'y a pas beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner. Il y a trois types de nourriture principale, comme les paniers, les paillettes, les oeufs, les autres types de nourriture, comme les fruits, le pain, le café à boire, etc., ne changeront pas.
Le goût est généralement éclatant. Il est à 10 à 15 minutes à Lucky Apartment près du parc scolaire de Wisconsin Madison. La piscine intérieure n'est pas standard. Peu de gens vont nager.

L'hôtel est bien situé, il est pratique de aller à l'école et le service du petit déjeuner est bon. Les gens qui vivent ici ces jours-ci sont venus à la cérémonie de diplôme de l'Université de Madison, à l'Université du Wisconsin, et ont également décoré le hall du premier étage pour coopérer avec l'hôtel de diplôme.

The only frustrating part is we had to come a day early for our stay due to bad weather coming Saturday night where we live & we had to be sure we could get home by Sunday. I spoke with the Trip.com gentleman and with me on the line he called the Delta hotel because I wanted to switch Saturday night to Thursday night due to bad weather coming. We were there to meet our new born granddaughter. After he spoke with Crystal, a customer service representative at Delta, he said everything will be fine, but I will need to make Thursday’s reservation directly with Delta reservations so he transferred me. Before he transferred me, I asked him if Saturday will be canceled and we will not have to pay. He said Delta Customerservice will take care of that so as I spoke to Crystal about it, she said you need to talk to Trip.com to get that taken care of because Trip.com does not refund, I told her I did talk to Trip.com and they told me that Delta will take care of it. And she said she would look into it so she transferred me to the reservation line and I made the reservation for Thursday, March 12. As we checked in, I brought this situation up and the gentleman at the front desk said to ask about it Friday morning because I had to check out then check back in. So Friday morning I went to the desk to discuss the situation and to check in again because this booking was through Trip.com. The manager was there and she explained to me that they don’t give a refund, but I explained to her that I talked to Trip.com and Crystal, from Delta and she said she would take care of it. To me taking care of it was canceling, and we would not have to pay for that extra day so the manager stated she would look into it. Saturday morning, as I checked out, Crystal was at the front desk and I went through the hole discussion again, and she did have something written down that she looked at, and she said we need to cancel through Trip.com the third-party reservation and that Delta will not refund us for Saturday night. I do understand the rules, but also as customer service from both Trip.com and Delta I would think because we’ve stayed Thursday night that we should not have to pay for Saturday night being that it was the same amount of nights. In the end we paid for a night that we did not stay therefore I feel either Delta or Trip.com got paid twice for that night cause I’m sure that room was taken by another customer, my hope is that we can be refunded for the Saturday night we were charged for and did not stay on top of this. We ended up paying more which I was fine to do being that we had to book through Delta for Thursday night, which I will always book directly with a hotel, and no longer a third-party since they do not consider blizzard weather a reason to get home. Please consider a refund for Saturday night. Thank you, Mindy Kottke.
TTaylorMy husband and I travel to Milwaukee each year for his birthday. We chose this hotel for its location in proximity to our dinner reservation and the attractions we had planned. There were several negative reviews for this hotel regarding check in, cleanliness, and parking, I'd like to share my feedback to ensure travelers do not deter from staying at this hotel for those reasons. Upon arrival we were promptly greeted by a friendly front desk staff and were able to check in promptly at 4pm. We were able to conveniently park in their side lot while we brought our belongings up to our room. The room was extremely spacious and had beautiful upgrades and convenient amenities such as a full kitchen. The high ceilings really made this room unique. Everything in the room was very clean. There is a parking garage directly across from the hotel which was easy to access and only cost $22.00 a night to park. When staying in downtown MKE it is to be expected that you will pay for parking, and knowing our car was in a covered garage was peace of mind. We choose to Uber to our destinations, so we didn't have to find parking multiple times, and we never had to wait more than a few minutes for our ride to arrive. My only disappointment was there was no happy hour. I was under the impression there was a cocktail hour offered, but it didn't take away from our stay, as there were several liquor stores within walking distance to grab a drink for the room while we got ready. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful with options, fresh, hot, and the egg bites were delicious. The last thing I will add which is huge for me, they have complimentary water, hot water for tea, and coffee in the lobby at all times. I hate forgetting to bring a water bottle for the middle of the night when staying at a hotel, so I loved this feature. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again in the future! Don't let the negative reviews sway your decision. This was a beautiful, newly converted hotel that you should absolutely check out next time you are staying in the area.
IInvitéGreat location downtown across from the Baird Center. The bed was comfy which I've come to expect from Marriott and they even had feather pillows - another plus. Nice bathroom and shower. Breakfast was good with multiple choices. That's where the pluses end! We had a conference to attend at 3 so we wanted to check in at 2; one hour before 'check in' technically begins. We were told our room was ready and she took our cc information, etc. but then we were told we would be charged $15 for early check in - seriously?! Don't tell me my room is ready and then charge me to use it! They offered to store our luggage but was afraid what that charge would be so we left it in our car. She did not like that we self parked right across the street either- in the same parking facility the valet uses. When we returned from our conference at 7:00 pm, our reserved king suite was no longer available and we would have to settle for 2 queen beds. In addition, the information the front desk person had taken earlier was no where to be found. Now the gentleman had trouble completing the reservation and had to start over several times. He finally gave us a queen suite which was the weirdest configuration I've ever seen. And there was no alarm clock, no lotion, and the TV resolution was terrible. I was told Marriott was tired of people leaving alarms set for the next people occupying the room so they no longer put them in rooms. (Really! The first thing I do in a hotel is check the alarm clock to make sure it isn't set!) Lotion is available but you have to ask for it at the front desk - but they don't tell you that until you check out! We will not be staying at this Springhill Suites again when in Milwaukee.

LLuvmarleyJ'ai un service de service qui est un ASE, que j'avais informé l'hôtel de quand j'ai fait la réservation. J'avais été là le week-end précédent et quand j'ai vérifié, il n'y avait pas de problèmes  avec tout le personnel avec mon existence d'une ESA qui y était. L'hôte et le serveur n'avaient pas de problèmes avec le chien qui était là et ils ont commenté qu'elle était plus comportementale que beaucoup de petits enfants qui venaient à manger, la TVA était étonnante. J'ai eu deux fois le chien près de moi aussi dans la piscine tethered pendant que je nageais et pendant que je suis dans le tube chaud et il n'y avait pas de problème avec le personnel alors. La prochaine fois que j'étais là, ils ne me laisseraient pas faire le chien avec moi dans la zone de la piscine. Elle ne peut pas être dans la chambre par elle-même, elle pleure et crie qui perturberait nos voisins. En raison de mon chien ESA-a Pomski de 14 livres, j'ai été expulsé de l'hôtel à 10 h 30 à la nuit, escorté par 3 policiers le samedi, sans aucun endroit pour rester. J'ai dû dormir sur le canapé de mes amis pendant quelques heures, et trouver un autre endroit pour rester le lendemain qui a exclu mon chien ESA sans aucun problème.

Globalement : Le Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Madison West, WI est une bonne option pour les voyageurs qui cherchent un endroit propre et confortable pour séjourner, à seulement 25 minutes à pied du centre de Madison. La chambre est très confortable, la chambre est confortable et les chambres sont propres.

IInvitéOur stay was short because we were just in town for a wedding, but you get what you pay for. Especially for only 62$ a night. It was decent cleanliness, i mainly marked it down because we found and killed 3 bugs, which bugs are like my worst enemy. We checked for bed bugs, there weren’t any. we also marked it down because of the little smell that wasn’t quite right and on one of the bed sheets there was a brown stain. a tip for the staff if they are reading this, the plug in wall scent thing needs to go upright, you put it upside down and it leaked all over the nightstand! Also to maybe even the owner, bug traps are so cheap, just some sticky ones behind the fridge and dressers would do you wonders. It would prevent from your customers having to see the bugs as well as having to kill them. The amenities are marked low because the pool was closed, and the restaurant that’s attached seems to not be in business. there was no signs that we could see saying that the business was closed but it looked that way.
The location is good, 10 minutes away from downtown! it’s a little bit of a rural area but it worked well for us as the wedding venue was only 10 minutes away.
So any future customers, if you are expecting a holiday inn or better, you aren’t gonna get it! This feels more like a mix between motel 6 and a super 8. Lower your expectations if you come here. it’s a doable place for a cheap stay.
IInvitéI wasn’t told at checkout that I needed to change color of our wristband bands and we were in the pools for 4 hours before it was noticed. I had a 5 year old I was watching in the lazy river when life guard watching lazy river told me I needed to leave. I’m trying to explain I was told I could stay as long as I wanted, plus yell for the 5 year old and I told the guy I would go up to front desk. On my way up I ran into Jackson manager of the lifeguards. Very nice young man. He heard me tease my niece we were rule breakers. I early thanked him and his staff for all their hard work. He asked if he could help. I explained I had no idea I had to change color of wrist band and it’s my first time here. I had already checked out and I hoped it wasn’t too late. He assured me there would be no issues. I went to front desk and stood in a long line. Jackson came upstairs for something saw me in line and got my wrist bands so I didn’t have to wait. What a wonderful experience! Jackson is awesome! He truly cares about the customer experience! Thanks Jackson!
Earlier I took my niece to gift shop, she found a little Ty beanie purse. The strap had metal links on it but it was broken. The manager actually offered to replace it with something else but my niece had her heart set on that and it was last one. This manager fixed it good as new!! Top notch service by these two men!
IInvitéThe staff was very friendly when I arrived, and checkout was quick and easy, which I really appreciated. I also requested a 6am wake-up call, and they followed through right on time, which was very helpful.
My room was clean, the heater worked well, and overall I was happy with the comfort and cleanliness of the space.
A couple of downsides: there’s no elevator, so I had to carry a heavy suitcase up the stairs to my room. Breakfast was okay, but there weren’t many options to choose from.
The only other issue was the atmosphere in the common areas. While this isn’t entirely the hotel’s fault, there were a a few guests who made things feel a bit uncomfortable. One person was loudly arguing and swearing in the hallway and at the front desk, and another guest appeared to be staying long-term, scolding her kids and a baby running around the breakfast area in just a diaper. It gave the public spaces a slightly uneasy vibe, even though the staff handled things as best they could and were consistently kind and professional.
Overall, I had a clean and comfortable stay, and I’d consider staying again if I needed a place in a pinch — I’d just keep expectations modest regarding amenities and the general lobby/hallway environment.
KKonstantinThe hotel has a swimming pool, but I didn't use it, which is why I cannot comment on it in more detail. However, I have seen some people using it. There was breakfast served every morning, but the selection was basic. I wish they had regular corn flakes for cereals in addition to the three other types. However, bagels, muffins, sausages and fried egg discs plus different juices are enough to give you strength for the start of the day.
Here are the positives and negatives of this hotel:
++ Conveniently located near the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, CVTC and Marshfield Clinic. There are many restaurants and fast-food places around, and there is a bus stop close by, as well as a Kwik Trip gas station.
+ The room was cozy and clean.
+ The room had a futon and a good desk.
- Wifi did not always work reliably; sometimes, I had to enter the credentials repeatedly after some time went by.
-- Poor sound insulation: When someone walked above my room, it felt like that person was tramping. Fortunately, the guest above me moved out, but if you want silence, insist on a room on the second floor.
Overall, I had a good time at the hotel, and the staff was friendly. I feel like it provides good value for money.
