It's good overall. Room is clean when we checked in, but the cleaner left our room key cover on the floor when we requested 2nd cleaning after stayed for 2 nights maybe just a oversight. It's a bit noisy when ppl close their door but with the help of my own earplug my sleep there was good.

Noise, noise noise....
I decided to try it out instead of staying in North Adelaide. I asked for a quiet room and was given a 6th floor room directly facing the big intersection at Elder Rd. Even though double glazed, the huge wall of glass did little to dampen the 24 hour barrage of truck, bus, motorcycle and hoon car noise from the busy intersection. I tried to swap to an inner atrium facing room and found they are just as noisy with noise from the downstairs bar. Doors to rooms have no door seals and the badly adjusted door closers slam them shut. I hardly slept and will not be returning.

Très nouveau hôtel de style appartement, juste au centre-ville, le terrain est très bon, si vous conduisez en autoroute, allez à la rue de Chine, au supermarché, aux attractions ... Il est très pratique et très proche. La salle de séjour est très grande, il y a une suite avec garde-fous, très pratique, la cuisine de lave-vaisselle est complète et vous pouvez cuisiner entièrement vous-même. Il est très proche de la boîte à vins riches, et vous pouvez visiter un rendez-vous à l'avance.

L'hôtel est bien situé, la chambre est moyenne et c'est une chambre de luxe, il n'y a pas de vue, les toilettes sont bruyantes, un jour de frais de stationnement a été annulé après l'avoir signalé à la réception, je suis resté deux jours au total, j'avais beaucoup de bagages, je n'ai pas changé de chambre, il n'y avait rien à manger au petit-déjeuner, la bouillie était partie après 8 heures et elle n'a pas été réapprovisionnée. Je ne reviendrai pas

Was a great stay, pool is beautiful but smaller than I initially thought. It gets over crowded easily, cant imagine how busy it is during holiday season. Breakfast buffet was OK, although there were not that many options. Nice room, clean and comfy (relatively new building)

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Playford. The room was spacious and shower had a very good water pressure. Easy and secure parking across the road. Location was excellent. We could easily walk to Rundle mall or Adelaide central market. Alternatively the free CBD tram stop was just across the road.
The only negative thing was the bed was too soft for my liking.

Vous pouvez arriver à quelques minutes à pied de la place Victoria. Nombre de restaurants chinois autour de l'hôtel. La ville d'Adelaide n'est pas grande, vous pouvez lentement se promener dans de nombreux endroits.

IInvitéWe didn't realise the hotel was in the middle of the night club district. We were to stay 3 nights, from Th to Sat night. All was quiet on the Th night. On Friday night the night club music, particularly the repetitive bass sound was horrific and continued till 4am. Not conducive to a good night sleep. On Sat we got back to the hotel in the evening and the nightclub music was thumping again. We checked out of the hotel as we couldn't bear another night of no sleep. I'd suggest if booking here to ask for a room that isn't adjacent to the clubs!

RRebeccaNo car park attached to hotel, have to drive to car park yourself or pay $55 for a chauffeur to drive it. Room service menu was fancy stuff from the downstairs restaurant. Nothing simple. Not even room service breakfast available. On the note of the restaurant downstairs this is where the “buffet” breakfast was and I use that term loosely. Shocking variety. Even have to do our own coffees right in a tiny corner of the the room. One coffee at a time while the line gets bigger. We have to get a special order for eggs because the scrambled eggs are just mush. At least the toaster worked. And the space fits maybe 20 which is fine for a B&B but not for a 16 floor hotel. We had to have breakfast at 8 to avoid the crowds waiting at 9 and later. In the room itself (we had a suite), there were light switches EVERYWHERE. And they were all so confusing as you couldn’t see what they said. Then the one in the bathroom you had to walk in and close the door to access it. No fan ventilation for showers. Bath mats being so thin gets immediately soaked after one shower. No face washers. Bench was too low for a bathroom. Hand towels way too low. The size of the bathroom was nice though and the shower pressure was good. TV remote didn’t work properly, could not find all amenities like coffee, tea, fridge even etc. No nice hotel guide folder to help us out. The “desk” was the tv cabinet when there was plenty of space in the lounge area to have a desk. Then we had a balcony with no chairs or table to sit at (can easily have some out there and bolt them down for safety). The temperature stuff don’t even get me started. Uncomfy beds and flat pillows. I ended up sleeping on the lounger as it was more comfortable.
I don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon. Wasn’t horrible but wasn’t great. The staff were nice though which was a nice change

IInvitéThis is a beautiful Hotel in a fantastic location. It is truly superb however my experience with the staff was below par. I had to ask the cleaner not to talk incessantly and loudly outside my room at 8am in the morning. Breakfast was sloppily served and the breakfast buffet area was disjointed so people and plates are bumping, the omelette ordering system wasn't explained and the staff looked at me like I was stupid and causing them inconvenience. The pancake maker needs servicing. The CEO of the hotel was talking to his staff at 10:15 am which was 15 minutes before breakfast service stopped. I recognised him from his picture on the TV in the room saying how privileged the hotel was to have us as a guest, however he didn't smile at his guests or stop and say hello and ask perhaps how our experience was. He was aloof and disinterested and I think that is how his staff act too, eg the cleaner was not genuinely sorry for causing the early morning noise, nor was the reception staff truly respectful when they allowed a one hour room use extension but forgot to apply the extra time to the key lock so I was locked out and had to come down 8 floors to rectify get access to the room. The hotel has an offer that if you do not get your room serviced on a 2 night stay then a $10 food voucher applies. Well, that exercise turned out to be like stealing gold. I was eligible for $20 as I had books two rooms but staff were really reluctant to acknowledge this offer. It's a great idea as it saves them costs to launder sheets and towels and also saves costs to clean the room and replenish toiletries. I don't know why they appeared so reluctant to honor it. Except for staff and customer service this hotel would receive a five star rating from me but now only a three and a half.

IInvitéThe shower had mould all on the bottom of the floor there was mould in and around the fridge and the seal of the fridge! As you walked into the room straight away could tell the floor wasn’t all that clean and the walls were extremely dirty also had ants and smelt as if the room had not been opened up and/or aired out

DDanial ArunSurprisingly this is a very cool hotel and it had amenities like the gym which is pretty big and quite surprising. The apartment I had was a two bedroom apartment. However, it was located in the basement and just beside the car park but that didn't stop me from having a wonderful time there. The location is great and this is located near Weymouth Street which is quite central considering it's location and distance to Chinatown. Highly recommended as a place because it is located not only at the west side of the city of Adelaide but it is very close to the airport
