South Burlington definitely need a car to get to Burlington proper. They do have a shuttle bus though that runs to like ten pm I think. The king bed with bath doesn’t exist , the bathtub is kind of old school. Checking in can be slow (waited in line for a bit). Refrigerators in room but no microwave, one exist in lobby. Gym is ok, indoor swimming pool is nice, gym isn’t 24 hours. Room was ok.

We were visiting the University of Vermont, which is 7 min away by car. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was good and check-in and check-out were speedy. Behind the hotel is a supermarket and a Walgreens. A McDonalds and other restaurants very close. I would recommend it anytime.

La toilette est très générale. Le personnel de la réception est relativement froid. Il y a un restaurant qui est plus pratique pour manger, mais la maintenance générale est très mauvaise. L'air de la salle de fitness est très lourd et il faut utiliser un ventilateur sans cesse. Dans les jours où nous avons des saunas, c'est tout mauvais.

Nous sommes une chambre réservée trois mois plus tôt. Nous avons été mis à jour par l'hôtel. Très satisfait 👍
Nous avons dîné au restaurant du 1er étage de l'hôtel à 7h30. J'aurais dû manger du dragon, mais il est peut-être tard. Le dragon n'a pas changé de viande bovine. Le goût est également 👍
Les deux personnes ne peuvent pas manger un peu...

While I was just passing through on a working trip and only stayed overnight, I can see that this is a lovely place for families and friends to relax in nature. The cabin that I stayed in was immaculate and very comfortable! While I didn’t get to avail myself of any of the amenities, I know I would very much have appreciated them had I been able to stay longer - the laundry cabin, the pool, tether ball and large shaded sandbox, hammock in the shade next to the river, and fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs. There doesn’t seem to be a lot going on in the area, but this is such a nice spot to just kick back and relax and get away.

Bon hôtel, il y a de nombreux types de restaurants autour de l'hôtel, il y a des librairies, des centres commerciaux universitaires, de nombreux étudiants viennent souvent faire du shopping et aller au restaurant, il y a beaucoup d'autres hôtels de marque autour, pour voir les préférences personnelles et rentables.

La location était excellente. La piscine est en plein air étaient exceptionnelles. Les chambres des clients ont besoin d'être mises à jour. Le personnel aurait pu être plus amicale. Nous avons été facturés $25 pour le check-in dans une heure avant l'heure de check-in. La chambre était prête, nous avons eu un peu de temps et d'effort pour nous examiner un peu tôt.

IInvitéThe hotel was immaculate and the staff were so friendly. The pool was a great way to keep the children entertained, and they even had some pool toys available over the weekend. The Christmas decorations were absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was cooked to perfection—I’m sure there’s a fantastic cook on staff. Coffee and tea are complimentary in reception and always in a clean area.
The one-bedroom king suite had a lovely kitchenette, which was perfect for cooking up a storm. The location was great, just a short walk to a shopping centre, Target, Dave’s Hot Chicken, Chipotle and a few other shops. It’s also a short drive to town, and there’s plenty of parking available.
The room is usually cleaned upon request, but once you ask, it’s done.
One thing that could have been improved was the sofa bed. It was quite uncomfortable, and since we booked the room for a family of four, it would have been lovely if the bed had been made for us on the first night. Unfortunately, we noticed some reddish-brown stains on the mattress, which were quite unsightly and could have been blood or some kind of spillage.

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés au restaurant 20 minutes plus tard, ils nous ont dit que nous ne pouvions pas manger là, à moins que nous n'ayons fait des réservations préalables à cause d'un mariage qu'ils avaient à la porte. Le restaurant est très confortable et le restaurant est très confortable. Nous avons été très irrités parce que nous étions tous deux fatigués et que la dame était très rude à nous. Je comprends parfaitement qu'ils doivent se concentrer sur un mariage et sur la nourriture pour le mariage, mais nous aurions dû en avoir été informés quand nous sommes arrivés que le restaurant n'était pas disponible, sauf si nous avions déjà fait une réservation. Le centre est très agréable et il y a beaucoup de choses amusantes que vous pouvez faire là, mais certains de l'équipe étaient très peu aimables.

IInvitéConcierge didn't know how to use TV remote; we both struggled with the TV/remote in the lobby until we got the channel I was seeking.
Room was very attractive, figured out on my own how to get heat in room and what Wifi password was (no verbal or written instructions provided).
Bed very comfortable, very nice to have refrigerator/freezer, microwave in room.
Only significantly negative aspect was shower: it was STRONG flow and I found no way to make water force more gentle. Water drained out of tub slower than projected out of shower head, so tub quickly retained water and I ended up standing in soapy water entire time in shower.

IInvitéVery nice place and location excellent. When I first checked in, I was underwhelmed by the lack of help from the girl at reception. I asked her if there were any pumpkin patches locally and she told me to Google it. Another reception lady later gave me a whole list of local activities without even asking. The whip was lovely but the online menu is not the same as the one in the restaurant. There is no cheese board available for example. Parking was tough at times. Other than that the place was very nice and staff were lovely.

IInvitéThe fire pjt was excellent at night for a quiet wind down. The room could probably be cleaner or maintained better as the pipe in the room are quite obvious and can see the holes near the edge of all walls inside the guest room. but appreciate it as the hotel is located at a country side.
My personal white bath towel was taken away by the housekeeping team because it looked similar to the hotel's towel. luckily it was found right before we check out. Thanks to the concierge and housekeeping team.

IInvitéThe hotel was clean and in great condition. The staff was fantastic and friendly and always went the extra mile. The breakfast was great with many options and again the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Pool was clean and the kids had fun. I would 100% stay at this hotel again and I recommend it to others. Their service, care, friendliness and customer service should be a benchmark to all hotel and customer service representatives
