The hotel is close to the airport. The food was good for the price. The staff were very nice and friendly. The only reason i gave a 4 for amenities is because there is no pool. It's a pretty good hotel for the price

We ordered room service and it never came to the room, after an hour or so we had to go to the lobby and ask, just an accident. But we confirmed the room number 3 times on the phone, and ate cold food which was a little disappointing for room service prices.

My friend and I were quite disappointed as we booked with two different agencies, both claimed breakfast was included! I spoke to two different staff who were quite rude and short! Neither cared that this was a form of false advertising on behalf of the hotel! Personally I feel the hotel should credit me for 30.00 x 2 days. As well as for my friend. I shall be contacting the better businesses bureau to discuss this in detail. My friend upgraded her room to a pool side view … what a joke, the window view was the back of the water slide staircase. That view costs her an extra $40.00 per day what a joke! Pool signs claimed to be open all day however at 12:30 on a busy Saturday they added chemicals to all the areas and shut down just after several of us got small children ready for a before supper. The hot tub was only hot at 9 am and lukewarn by noon. I left a towel on a chair which was still there the next morning, as was others, which shows me no night cleaning of the pool area after an extremely busy day. Our room was comfortable and clean! Beds very cozy and comfortable. Sadly my room window was very dirty with dirty fingerprints. Cafe was pricey however service and food good!

L'hôtel est sympa, je resterai ici. Sur la surface, il semble très joli et moderne et propre, mais si vous regardez plus près, vous pouvez voir que le travail de construction/de modernisation était bon marché et n'a pas été effectué correctement. Par exemple, la porte dans la salle de bains est très belle, mais si vous regardez plus près, elle n'est pas flush avec le mur, et le latch est en fait très loin du cadre pour que la porte se aligne avec elle parce qu'elle est si crochetée. Non un gros affair pour moi, mais pour l'argent que je voulais qu'il soit un peu mieux fait. Nous avons également fait le paquet « Lil romance » qui était bon mais pas digne de l'argent. Nous avons une bouteille de champagne, une coupe de fromage et quelques roses dans la chambre, ainsi qu'un petit déjeuner gratuit du restaurant qui était tout bon, mais pas pour le prix qu'il est. La nourriture était ~20 chacun, et j'aurais pu apporter moi-même une bouteille de champagne moins cher qui aurait fait le travail tout à fait bien.

Okay stay for the price. Three things that stood out that they need to work on. First, there was no curtesy traveller's shampoo or conditioner provided. Second, no bath towels. They had only the small towels slightly bigger than hand towels. Lastly, their fitness center only contained limited cardio machines and no weights. Either then the three points above the stay was average.

L'emplacement est bon. Il y a un parc aquatique, qui est bruyant car il y a beaucoup de familles. L'insonorisation n'est pas très bonne. En raison de la structure complexe de l'hôtel, il est difficile de trouver une chambre.

Very. I’ve facility, very clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful as well as prompt services. I’d stay here again and tell my friends and family it is a great hotel.

Good location. Quiet & safe part of town. Staff was polite but not overly helpful. Lobby area is nice but rest of hotel is average. I had a dog so maybe it’s just the floor they put pets on (2nd floor) but the hallway smelled extremely strongly of cat urine and the carpet was extremely wavy. Room was clean except for the carpet which had quite a bit of staining. Pool wasn’t open which was 90% of why I booked this hotel which was annoying. Breakfast was about average for a hotel in this price range. Had I known the pool wasn’t open I would have booked at the Super 8 which is comparable in quality but much cheaper per night.

J'y ai passé une nuit avec les enfants, l'emplacement est très bon, en centre-ville, et l'hygiène est bonne. Dans une chambre à deux lits, il n'y a aucun problème pour dormir avec un enfant. L'enregistrement à la réception est très rapide et le départ est également très rapide. Le petit-déjeuner comprend du pain au beurre, des muffins, des yaourts, des jus de fruits et des coupes de fruits, de grandes quantités !

Le service était excellent. Le personnel de la chambre de petit déjeuner était fantastique. Nous n'avons jamais eu une expérience si agréable où un petit déjeuner complémentaire était offert. Les chambres étaient propres et spacieuses. Je resterais certainement à nouveau.
