It's a hotel with really high cost value action. 5 start hotel with this price is unbeatable, the service by front desk is really grea. Couldn't find such a great value in anywhere else.
However, the hotel needs to have some renovation, the carpet is a bit old, it's understandable though, coz it requires high cost for renovation.

C'est bien. Les chambres semblent un peu vieillottes mais correctes. Nous y retournerions volontiers, il y a de très bons restaurants à proximité, à proximité de la gare de l'Est et c'est un hôtel bien fait. Le service de bagagerie et le room service étaient très bons. La réception pourrait sourire davantage ; cela m'a semblé un effort de me donner une deuxième clé de chambre. Également la question de savoir « garderez-vous votre clé de chambre ou nous la donnerez-vous si vous sortez ? » C'est juste bizarre. Je recommande le poulet fondu à 200 m, très bon.

總體很滿意，房間乾淨、亮堂，房間內設施很好，住着很舒服。私湯浴缸乾淨，我們的浴缸在陽台，因為温泉很熱，泡在室外並不冷，空氣也新鮮。是一次不錯的體驗，但也有一些小瑕疵，希望酒店可以吸取建議：
1. 早餐雖然豐盛的（麪條和煎餅好吃），但是肉類的質量實在太差了，比如香腸、冷切腸等，全是澱粉，很難吃，甚至不如四星酒店的，這點實在不應該。週六早餐人滿為患，特別吵鬧，這個就是沒辦法了，建議早點去。
2. 雲頂泳池看着漂亮，但實際水質不好，感覺水裡挺臟的，週末的更衣室也臟亂，沒有毛巾，味道不太好，體驗較差，原本很期待，結果很失望
3. 雲頂健身房練腿的固定器械是壞的，建議及時修理。健身房內沒有準備水，由於離客房有一定距離，自己如果沒帶就很不方便。

Stay in InterContinental ShiJiaZhuang has been never better.
From the moment you step into the hotel, been greeted with a friendly and helpful front desk, Hannah. Suddenly spike in temperature within the state on the day of arrival, resulting in hotter rooms. Hannah arranged for viewing and swapping of rooms without any hassle.
Kara during check out provided a hassle free experience, as I was in the hurry to leave for the train station. She has offered to connect with me through WeChat instead if there’s anything amiss.
Staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful, top-
notch service.
Location of hotel is near the Railway Walking Street with tons of food options available together with a huge mall for shopping and food too.

服務：相比假期滿房來説，週末入住比較舒服。前台小夥Allen提前做好了房卡，辦入住非常快。 我們為了不外出吃飯不叫外賣，選了帶晚餐自助的套餐，很合適。餐廳的主廚及他的團隊、服務員Apple、Leo、戴花鏡的大姐都依然保持對工作的熱情。這都是我悄悄看了他們的名牌～
設施：雖然不是新酒店了，但設施我們沒有遇到壞了或很舊的情況。健身房和泳池很好，這也是我們一家經常來這家酒店的重要原因之一。
衞生：我們住過很多次，房間和公共區域都挺乾淨的。
環境：酒店附近50米有個公園，附近是孔雀城小區，很安靜。離潮白河也挺近的。

MMichael Exploring China and BeyondWe visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often.
This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate.
Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period.
This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well.
The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel.
I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success.
The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel.
His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer.
Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful.
Especially, in the current highly competitive market.
As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses.
Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service.
The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication.
True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff.
As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor.
The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor.
Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels.
Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay.
Lydia is always courteous and professional.
As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality.

Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”.
As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard.
The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard.
We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay.
The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of.
They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable.
We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”.
This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas.
We look forward to our next stay, see you soon.

BBay Yeowhôtel à une distance de marche vers Chengde Mountain Resort . Beaucoup de restaurants et de rues de shopping autour de l'hôtel. La chambre d'hôtel est spacieuse. Le lit est très confortable. Avoir un bon sommeil après une longue marche au Mountain Resort et aux temples environnants. Le petit déjeuner est très varié.

LLinlinxiaoniziLes jours où la température est de 4/5° à zéro 7/8°, il n'y a pas de neige, mais le paysage de neige artificiel est très ambiant et la soupe de la boulangerie à l'extérieur ne se sent pas froide. Le repas est presque choisi, la première salle de repas de la boulangerie est une option très élevée. L'expérience du service est très satisfaisante, il n'y a pas beaucoup de gens bons, silencieux et chauds ❤
Service : Un administrateur spécial (Zhang Zhijiang) ajoute des contacts avant l'hébergement et fournit des services de administrateur en haut de l'invité pendant la période de séjour. Le nom du directeur est très spécial, les gens sont également très chauds et attentifs. Les repas quotidiens, les réservations de voitures et les suppléments de pièces seront avertis et communiqués. Après avoir appris que je n'ai pas l'habitude d'utiliser les bouchons, j'ai également prévu de remplacer les gâteaux de seigle. Il y aura aussi un personnel qui aidera à emballer les bagages à l'entrée, même la soeur de la réception chaude, qui est photographe, et j'ai laissé une photo pour moi-même.
Environnement: le parc est très vaste et il est encore en construction, et le style de conception est mon style japonais simple et préféré.
Installations: les chambres sont équipées de toutes les pièces nécessaires pour voyager à l'extérieur et de qualité particulièrement bonne, les soupes privées et les zones de projet spéciales ont également des transports de transbordeurs, et ils ne sont pas préoccupés par les problèmes de températures intérieures et extérieures trop élevés pour être portés.
Santé: les détails sanitaires sont disponibles dans les locaux publics ou dans les locaux et les administrateurs informent le personnel de l'utilisation de la procédure.

KKellyC_**Hotel Review: Aesthetic Excellence Overshadowed by Comfort Failures**
Our recent stay at this supposedly 5-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. While the hotel clearly invested heavily in aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that looks fantastic in photos, the design seemed to prioritize form over function, ultimately compromising our comfort. Sadly, this became a deal-breaker for us.
The most glaring issue was the room's ventilation and temperature control—or lack thereof. We visited in early March, and the entire building was excessively heated. Despite being from a tropical country and accustomed to warm weather, I found myself sweating in shorts and a singlet. The staff, though polite and eager to help, seemed powerless to address the issue. They provided us with a small portable AC unit, which was better than nothing, but it was clear from their demeanor that this was a recurring problem for guests.
Sleeping was a nightmare. The only way to cool the room slightly was to keep the windows open, but this meant having the blinds and curtains up, allowing outside noise and light to flood in. The choice was between sleeping in a sauna-like environment or enduring the disturbances from outside. Needless to say, we had a terrible night's sleep and were relieved to check out after just one night.
On a positive note, the service was impeccable. The staff truly deserve recognition for their efforts to assist guests despite the limitations they faced. The breakfast spread was also a highlight—delicious, varied, and reasonably priced, especially if you inform them in advance about adding breakfast to your stay. The room amenities were top-notch, and the spaciousness of the room added to the overall sense of luxury. We got a family suite which was plenty spacious and came with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bathtubs and a living area.
However, these positives couldn’t outweigh the discomfort caused by the poor temperature regulation. During our trip, we stayed in four different cities across China, and this was the only hotel that lacked proper air conditioning and heating controls. For a 5-star establishment, this is a significant oversight.
In conclusion, while the hotel excels in aesthetics, service, and amenities, the lack of a well-thought-out solution for room temperature is a major drawback. Management needs to address this issue with a long-term fix. After all, no matter how beautiful a hotel looks, it’s hard to appreciate it when you can’t get a good night’s rest.

IInvitéC'est vraiment une maison trop satisfaisante. Nous avons fixé trois chambres pour cinq personnes, et il a été mis à jour. La chambre est grande, décorée en 2023, propre et hygiénique! Très calme, la clé est particulièrement proche de la ville antique, sous le mur de la ville antique, marcher sous le paysage de la ville antique, c'est un voyage parfait! Leurs familles sont également un hôtel de 5 étoiles de pays, vraiment bon et peu coûteux. Nous avons coûté 306 yuan à 5 personnes, chacun a commandé son propre amour! La main m'aime bien! La viande bovine est plus délicieuse que le biftek!
Malheureusement, il y a beaucoup de goûts sans goût, la prochaine fois, vivre ici!

GGLENYSThe Modern Crystal Hotel in Baoding is only a 2 minute walk to & from Baoding Railway Station and there are lots of small shops and places to eat, as well as a shopping mall nearby which includes an Apple store!
The hotel is quite old and some parts of the rooms I saw were badly in need of refurbishing, but the customer service is excellent. Every staff member I dealt with during my 3 night stay was wonderful …. the Reception staff, and the lovely ladies who clean the rooms and work in the dining room were all consistently and naturally extremely helpful and friendly to me ☺️
The Reception staff ask if you use WeChat, which is great, because you can message them if you need to ask anything and they respond immediately. One of the young guys on Reception went out of his way to help me when the sole of my shoe came away from my shoe, by trying to find a shoe repair shop (there wasn’t one) and then finding & ordering shoe repair glue on Amazon China for me and delivering it to me in my room an hour later! That kind of service is really heartwarming to a foreign traveller 💜
There is a hotel laundry available for guests to use, which was great! BYO laundry detergent.
The only real issue - and it’s a major issue - was that smoking is allowed (and encouraged) in the hotel, which, as an Australian, I find shocking and quite unacceptable in this day & age of global “no smoking” health laws.
The first room I was allocated smelt so badly of cigarette smoke, I couldn’t stay in it and requested a clean smelling room. The Reception staff complied immediately, and the 2nd room was much better, although it also had a very faint cigarette smell which was not ideal because it spoils the enjoyment of the room, and a No Smoking room should not smell of cigarette smoke at all, but I assume that every room was probably the same. Even the lifts & foyers on each floor smelt badly of cigarette smoke, and it wasn’t nice to see ashtrays everywhere.
I have found the same problem in other hotels in China on this visit, more than ever before, and it’s really not pleasant for those of us who hate the smell of cigarette smoke and also get headaches from the horrible smell. It’s a shame, because no matter how excellent the customer service is, the cigarette smoking would prevent me from booking there again, or recommending it to anyone. Pity 😟

MM238603****Taiwu est une magnifique destination automnale, et j'ai décidé d'y emmener mes enfants sur un coup de tête. L'hôtel est idéalement situé à l'entrée de la ville. La piscine chauffée est propre et rarement bondée, et il y a un jacuzzi, où l'on peut ensuite se détendre agréablement. Les chambres sont un peu vieillottes, et la chambre familiale à deux chambres est communicante, bien que l'interface de réservation ne l'indique pas. Nous avons cependant été surclassés dans une chambre avec vue sur la montagne. Le choix du petit-déjeuner était acceptable, les crêpes délicieuses et le personnel sympathique. Seul bémol : il n'y a pas de navette TGV dédiée pour l'hôtel, il faut donc prendre un taxi ou le bus de ville. Attention, le bus de ville ne circule pas en permanence et peut être bondé ; si vous le manquez, vous devrez peut-être attendre l'arrivée du prochain TGV. Le réceptionniste, portant des lunettes, était très aimable et a fait de son mieux pour répondre à mes besoins. La réceptionniste, en revanche, était totalement dépourvue de sourire et ne leva pas la tête.
