Défaut: les hauts étages de la circulation des personnes peuvent être utilisés avec deux élévateurs pendant trop longtemps. Les sièges électriques à côté du lit sont peu nombreux et le téléchargement de téléphones mobiles est inconvenant.

C'est bien. Les chambres semblent un peu vieillottes mais correctes. Nous y retournerions volontiers, il y a de très bons restaurants à proximité, à proximité de la gare de l'Est et c'est un hôtel bien fait. Le service de bagagerie et le room service étaient très bons. La réception pourrait sourire davantage ; cela m'a semblé un effort de me donner une deuxième clé de chambre. Également la question de savoir « garderez-vous votre clé de chambre ou nous la donnerez-vous si vous sortez ? » C'est juste bizarre. Je recommande le poulet fondu à 200 m, très bon.

Stay in InterContinental ShiJiaZhuang has been never better.
From the moment you step into the hotel, been greeted with a friendly and helpful front desk, Hannah. Suddenly spike in temperature within the state on the day of arrival, resulting in hotter rooms. Hannah arranged for viewing and swapping of rooms without any hassle.
Kara during check out provided a hassle free experience, as I was in the hurry to leave for the train station. She has offered to connect with me through WeChat instead if there’s anything amiss.
Staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful, top-
notch service.
Location of hotel is near the Railway Walking Street with tons of food options available together with a huge mall for shopping and food too.

My stay at Ruimeihua was pleasant and hassle free. Rooms were spacious, clean and had a wide range of amenities. Be it front desk, kitchen, cleaning and all other staff were always attentive and helpful. Breakfast had multiple options to choose from. Recommended.

La chambre est bien disposée, le cadre est aussi amusant, il est très pratique de aller au salon à côté.
Le déjeuner de luxe est nombreux, mais le petit-déjeuner ne se sent pas comme l'île de l'Empire, Tianjin, la Shangrila est riche en sacs à main, bien sûr, le prix ici est également bas, encore bon.
Le manque est que le parking est petit et que tout est arrêté, surtout pas très bien, B1B2 Il y a tout le véhicule sur le canal.

This is currently one of my favorite hotels in Cangzhou, the rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, and the breakfast is excellent.
A charming French bakery on one end of the hotel offers coffee and pastries with an English menu, perfect for foreign guests unfamiliar with local food apps.
There isn’t much English-speaking staff, understandable given Cangzhou’s limited foreign tourism, the language barrier posed no issues at all.
Would definitely come back to this hotel again !

MMichael Exploring China and BeyondWe visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often.
This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate.
Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period.
This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well.
The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel.
I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success.
The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel.
His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer.
Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful.
Especially, in the current highly competitive market.
As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses.
Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service.
The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication.
True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff.
As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor.
The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor.
Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels.
Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay.
Lydia is always courteous and professional.
As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality.

Thank you to ”Molly” from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant.

Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”.
As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard.
The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard.
We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay.
The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of.
They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable.
We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”.
This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas.
We look forward to our next stay, see you soon.

IInvitéJ'ai passé une nuit à l'hôtel Hilton Garden Inn de Chengde. L'entrée de l'hôtel était encombrée de voitures. Le préposé au parking devant l'hôtel n'a pas été très serviable lorsque mon chauffeur nous a déposés pour l'enregistrement. Il s'est contenté de décharger rapidement les bagages et de déplacer la voiture. Il ne m'a apporté aucune aide. Je ne sais pas si ce préposé était employé par l'hôtel Hilton. Si c'est le cas, le service était loin d'être à la hauteur des standards de la chaîne. Nous avions une grosse valise et plusieurs petits sacs. Nous avons dû les porter sur plusieurs étages pour accéder à l'entrée de l'hôtel. Le passage coulissant menant à l'entrée n'était pas situé juste devant l'hôtel, mais caché sur le côté, partiellement masqué par les voitures garées devant. La réceptionniste était cependant très aimable. On nous a attribué une chambre à un étage élevé et elle a scanné mon profil WeChat pour faciliter les contacts ultérieurs avec l'hôtel. La chambre était spacieuse et belle, mais étouffante. Une seule petite fenêtre s'ouvrait légèrement pour laisser entrer l'air extérieur. La température de l'après-midi atteignait 25 degrés Celsius et il faisait une chaleur étouffante dans la chambre. Impossible de régler la climatisation, car elle était centralisée ! J'ai appelé la réception pour savoir pourquoi, et comme elle semblait ne pas fonctionner, on m'a répondu qu'elle était centralisée. On paie cher pour un hôtel avec une ventilation aussi faible, où l'on doit compter uniquement sur l'air extérieur qui entre par cette minuscule fenêtre. Malgré des équipements complets, impossible de profiter pleinement de son séjour et de dormir confortablement à cause de la chaleur. La salle de bain et les toilettes sont séparées. Le lavabo se trouve à l'extérieur de la salle de bain. Le petit-déjeuner était bon et varié. Après mon départ, je me suis rendu compte que j'avais peut-être oublié mon adaptateur de voyage dans la chambre. J'ai immédiatement envoyé un message à l'hôtel via WeChat, mais à ma grande déception, ils ont mis deux jours à me répondre, me demandant de contacter moi-même la réception ! Quel service déplorable ! Demander aux clients de l'hôtel de les ajouter sur WeChat, mais nous laisser appeler nous-mêmes la réception ? Tous les touristes n'ont pas de carte SIM locale. C'est vraiment décevant. Ils auraient dû proposer un meilleur service : vérifier auprès de la réception et nous recontacter via WeChat. Cet hôtel Hilton a encore du chemin à parcourir pour obtenir une meilleure note. L'hôtel est proche d'un marché nocturne proposant une grande variété de plats de rue. Un stand servait un délicieux Chu Cheong fun. Mon séjour d'une nuit n'a pas été agréable.

IInvitéLa chambre était très propre et très propre. Nous avons réservé la salle de bains privée et nous sommes écrasés à la propreté et à la spacieuse et à la prime de l'expérience. Mon chinois est pauvre, mais ils ont fait en sorte de m'aider à communiquer et m'emmener au magasin de confort pour mes articles et m'ont recueilli. Leur Ramen est le meilleur que j'aie jamais eu. C'est un magnifique établissement et je serai certainement de retour dans un instant.

KKellyC_**Hotel Review: Aesthetic Excellence Overshadowed by Comfort Failures**
Our recent stay at this supposedly 5-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. While the hotel clearly invested heavily in aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that looks fantastic in photos, the design seemed to prioritize form over function, ultimately compromising our comfort. Sadly, this became a deal-breaker for us.
The most glaring issue was the room's ventilation and temperature control—or lack thereof. We visited in early March, and the entire building was excessively heated. Despite being from a tropical country and accustomed to warm weather, I found myself sweating in shorts and a singlet. The staff, though polite and eager to help, seemed powerless to address the issue. They provided us with a small portable AC unit, which was better than nothing, but it was clear from their demeanor that this was a recurring problem for guests.
Sleeping was a nightmare. The only way to cool the room slightly was to keep the windows open, but this meant having the blinds and curtains up, allowing outside noise and light to flood in. The choice was between sleeping in a sauna-like environment or enduring the disturbances from outside. Needless to say, we had a terrible night's sleep and were relieved to check out after just one night.
On a positive note, the service was impeccable. The staff truly deserve recognition for their efforts to assist guests despite the limitations they faced. The breakfast spread was also a highlight—delicious, varied, and reasonably priced, especially if you inform them in advance about adding breakfast to your stay. The room amenities were top-notch, and the spaciousness of the room added to the overall sense of luxury. We got a family suite which was plenty spacious and came with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bathtubs and a living area.
However, these positives couldn’t outweigh the discomfort caused by the poor temperature regulation. During our trip, we stayed in four different cities across China, and this was the only hotel that lacked proper air conditioning and heating controls. For a 5-star establishment, this is a significant oversight.
In conclusion, while the hotel excels in aesthetics, service, and amenities, the lack of a well-thought-out solution for room temperature is a major drawback. Management needs to address this issue with a long-term fix. After all, no matter how beautiful a hotel looks, it’s hard to appreciate it when you can’t get a good night’s rest.

IInvitéC'est vraiment une maison trop satisfaisante. Nous avons fixé trois chambres pour cinq personnes, et il a été mis à jour. La chambre est grande, décorée en 2023, propre et hygiénique! Très calme, la clé est particulièrement proche de la ville antique, sous le mur de la ville antique, marcher sous le paysage de la ville antique, c'est un voyage parfait! Leurs familles sont également un hôtel de 5 étoiles de pays, vraiment bon et peu coûteux. Nous avons coûté 306 yuan à 5 personnes, chacun a commandé son propre amour! La main m'aime bien! La viande bovine est plus délicieuse que le biftek!
Malheureusement, il y a beaucoup de goûts sans goût, la prochaine fois, vivre ici!

Zhili Governor-General's Office is 1.8 kilometre from the hotel .a short walk to many food and shopping canter .staffs are extremely helpful and friendly .their manager provided many travel information for us.we did approach them later at night when it is less busy for the staff,They were always patient.by the way,the room is clean and the breakfast is good ,If you're not used to Chinese food,you can choose the bread ,jam ,butter,fruit ,coffee ,egg and some cold dish.you can taste HUNDUN, like Chinese dumplings. What makes me uncomfortable is that their carpets are a bit worn out,Overall the hotel is very nice and good value.

My family sent a box of sports drinks before I left. I made sure to make sure it was delivered on the day of the game. The result was that I, a road ******, filled in the wrong district address. The courier was sorting from the south of the city to a novice post office in the north of the city. Just after the race ended at 4 p.m., the logistics information showed that ”the post office is already at the post office,” but we had to leave for the next city at 5 p.m, and looked at the postoffice address 10 kilometers away on the map, stamping our feet in a hurry. IInvitéTaiwu est une magnifique destination automnale, et j'ai décidé d'y emmener mes enfants sur un coup de tête. L'hôtel est idéalement situé à l'entrée de la ville. La piscine chauffée est propre et rarement bondée, et il y a un jacuzzi, où l'on peut ensuite se détendre agréablement. Les chambres sont un peu vieillottes, et la chambre familiale à deux chambres est communicante, bien que l'interface de réservation ne l'indique pas. Nous avons cependant été surclassés dans une chambre avec vue sur la montagne. Le choix du petit-déjeuner était acceptable, les crêpes délicieuses et le personnel sympathique. Seul bémol : il n'y a pas de navette TGV dédiée pour l'hôtel, il faut donc prendre un taxi ou le bus de ville. Attention, le bus de ville ne circule pas en permanence et peut être bondé ; si vous le manquez, vous devrez peut-être attendre l'arrivée du prochain TGV. Le réceptionniste, portant des lunettes, était très aimable et a fait de son mieux pour répondre à mes besoins. La réceptionniste, en revanche, était totalement dépourvue de sourire et ne leva pas la tête.
