It's a hotel with really high cost value action. 5 start hotel with this price is unbeatable, the service by front desk is really grea. Couldn't find such a great value in anywhere else.
However, the hotel needs to have some renovation, the carpet is a bit old, it's understandable though, coz it requires high cost for renovation.

Squeaky clean and classy from inside out.
Very courteous and helpful staff members from concierge to housekeepers, not to speak of the front desk angels .

C'est bien. Les chambres semblent un peu vieillottes mais correctes. Nous y retournerions volontiers, il y a de très bons restaurants à proximité, à proximité de la gare de l'Est et c'est un hôtel bien fait. Le service de bagagerie et le room service étaient très bons. La réception pourrait sourire davantage ; cela m'a semblé un effort de me donner une deuxième clé de chambre. Également la question de savoir « garderez-vous votre clé de chambre ou nous la donnerez-vous si vous sortez ? » C'est juste bizarre. Je recommande le poulet fondu à 200 m, très bon.

Le week-end de Beijing est calme et la porte d'huile est fermée dans la ville antique de l'ancien Chen, ce vacances coronaire est une bonne surprise.
La chambre privée de soupe, la balcone avec un bassin de bains indépendant, pleine d'eau chaude royale la nuit, avec plusieurs étoiles, ne voudrait pas dire une phrase confortable. La chambre est très nouvelle, le nouveau style chinois est clair, la garde de la tante est même incolore.
Le petit déjeuner est très éloigné, manger des fruits de la boue pour nager au sommet, la piscine du concept de la mer souterraine se cache dans les cavernes, le soleil descend du sommet, la beauté n'est pas réelle. J'ai vécu beaucoup de couronne, ce service peut vraiment être en tête de trois ans, ce n'est pas un jeu intentionnel, c'est le genre de jeu que je souhaite vraiment que vous ayez du plaisir. Peking Zin vacances à courte distance, c'est ici.

Le service de la chambre est très confortable et vous avez besoin de l'information. La salle de bains était trop chaude, presque trop chaude pour se développer. Le petit déjeuner était très décevant ; la chambre de petit déjeuner était si congelée que beaucoup de gens devaient porter leurs manteaux au petit déjeuner et beaucoup de la nourriture était froide même à 7.30am. Mais la peine était l'internet, qui était extrêmement lent même pour les sites chinois, et qui a détruit notre séjour plus que tout.

Il faut faire un grand saluer à cet hôtel! La chambre est propre et propre, les installations sont complètes et bien entretenues. Je voudrais tout particulièrement féliciter le service de l'hôtel, la relation cliente Ellie est très enthousiaste, non seulement pour m'aider à mettre à jour le type de chambre, mais aussi pour préparer les fruits de bienvenue. Le service de la chambre d'accueil répond rapidement et toute demande peut être résolue pour la première fois. La piscine et les salles d'équipe de l'hôtel sont également excellentes, les installations sont avancées et l'environnement est élégant. L'expérience globale est très satisfaisante et est une expérience inoubliable de séjour.

Stay in InterContinental ShiJiaZhuang has been never better.
From the moment you step into the hotel, been greeted with a friendly and helpful front desk, Hannah. Suddenly spike in temperature within the state on the day of arrival, resulting in hotter rooms. Hannah arranged for viewing and swapping of rooms without any hassle.
Kara during check out provided a hassle free experience, as I was in the hurry to leave for the train station. She has offered to connect with me through WeChat instead if there’s anything amiss.
Staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful, top-
notch service.
Location of hotel is near the Railway Walking Street with tons of food options available together with a huge mall for shopping and food too.

MMichael Exploring China and BeyondWe visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often.
This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate.
Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period.
This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well.
The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel.
I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success.
The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel.
His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer.
Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful.
Especially, in the current highly competitive market.
As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses.
Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service.
The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication.
True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff.
As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor.
The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor.
Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels.
Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay.
Lydia is always courteous and professional.
As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality.

Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”.
As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard.
The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard.
We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay.
The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of.
They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable.
We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”.
This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas.
We look forward to our next stay, see you soon.

IInvitéRoom & Cleanliness: I booked a double room but was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a 6-person family suite! The room was spread over two floors and was incredibly spacious and modern. It was very clean and well-equipped, though it lacked a refrigerator. One minor issue was the lack of a heater on the lower floor, which stayed quite cold, so I spent most of my time on the upper floor where it was warmer.
Service & Perks: The staff provided decent service, and although their English was limited, they were very helpful. Check-in was a bit slow despite there being few customers. A huge plus of staying here is the 30% discount on ski passes and complimentary access to the Ski Lounge. Having access to the lounge meant I didn't need to rent a locker for my belongings, which was very convenient.
Transportation & Getting There: After arriving at Taizicheng High-Speed Railway Station, walk to the far left towards the bus parking area. You’ll pass ski rental shops and staff holding signs for various hotels. Take the shuttle bus (runs every 15-20 minutes) and stay on until the very last stop right in front of the hotel. Don't make the mistake I did by getting off one stop early at Thaiwoo Ski Resort, or you’ll have a long walk!
Ski Access & Facilities: For snowboarding, just take the elevator to the 1st floor, which leads directly to the ski slopes. You can buy passes and rent all your gear and outfits right there. Breakfast is served on the 2nd floor. I stayed in Building C, which is a separate building from the lobby but only a very short walk away.
Noise & Atmosphere: The room was extremely quiet and offered great privacy. At night, the atmosphere is beautiful and peaceful, though it gets incredibly cold (I visited in late December).
Surroundings & Dining: At the ski area, you’ll find a McDonald’s, and inside the main building, there are noodle shops, milk tea stands, and restaurants serving Xiao Long Bao, wontons, and hotpot. I highly recommend walking over to the Thaiwoo Ski Resort area in the evening. There are plenty of restaurants, clothing shops, live music, and beautiful light decorations—it’s a great spot for photos. Note that Thaiwoo has its own separate ski entrance from the hotel's.

IInvitéJ'ai passé une nuit à l'hôtel Hilton Garden Inn de Chengde. L'entrée de l'hôtel était encombrée de voitures. Le préposé au parking devant l'hôtel n'a pas été très serviable lorsque mon chauffeur nous a déposés pour l'enregistrement. Il s'est contenté de décharger rapidement les bagages et de déplacer la voiture. Il ne m'a apporté aucune aide. Je ne sais pas si ce préposé était employé par l'hôtel Hilton. Si c'est le cas, le service était loin d'être à la hauteur des standards de la chaîne. Nous avions une grosse valise et plusieurs petits sacs. Nous avons dû les porter sur plusieurs étages pour accéder à l'entrée de l'hôtel. Le passage coulissant menant à l'entrée n'était pas situé juste devant l'hôtel, mais caché sur le côté, partiellement masqué par les voitures garées devant. La réceptionniste était cependant très aimable. On nous a attribué une chambre à un étage élevé et elle a scanné mon profil WeChat pour faciliter les contacts ultérieurs avec l'hôtel. La chambre était spacieuse et belle, mais étouffante. Une seule petite fenêtre s'ouvrait légèrement pour laisser entrer l'air extérieur. La température de l'après-midi atteignait 25 degrés Celsius et il faisait une chaleur étouffante dans la chambre. Impossible de régler la climatisation, car elle était centralisée ! J'ai appelé la réception pour savoir pourquoi, et comme elle semblait ne pas fonctionner, on m'a répondu qu'elle était centralisée. On paie cher pour un hôtel avec une ventilation aussi faible, où l'on doit compter uniquement sur l'air extérieur qui entre par cette minuscule fenêtre. Malgré des équipements complets, impossible de profiter pleinement de son séjour et de dormir confortablement à cause de la chaleur. La salle de bain et les toilettes sont séparées. Le lavabo se trouve à l'extérieur de la salle de bain. Le petit-déjeuner était bon et varié. Après mon départ, je me suis rendu compte que j'avais peut-être oublié mon adaptateur de voyage dans la chambre. J'ai immédiatement envoyé un message à l'hôtel via WeChat, mais à ma grande déception, ils ont mis deux jours à me répondre, me demandant de contacter moi-même la réception ! Quel service déplorable ! Demander aux clients de l'hôtel de les ajouter sur WeChat, mais nous laisser appeler nous-mêmes la réception ? Tous les touristes n'ont pas de carte SIM locale. C'est vraiment décevant. Ils auraient dû proposer un meilleur service : vérifier auprès de la réception et nous recontacter via WeChat. Cet hôtel Hilton a encore du chemin à parcourir pour obtenir une meilleure note. L'hôtel est proche d'un marché nocturne proposant une grande variété de plats de rue. Un stand servait un délicieux Chu Cheong fun. Mon séjour d'une nuit n'a pas été agréable.

GGeneric UserI don't normally bother to write reviews, but this place is truly deserving of one. Our stay at Anaya was amazing to say the least. The place was so beautiful and serene, rivaling many of the luxury ryokans in Japan but with their own modern twist. We stayed in the queen room, and it’s fairly simple but more than adequate and comfortable. The in-room drinks and snacks were delicious, and they provided an additional special treat each day, which was an experience on its own. There wasn't a television, but we never felt that there was a need for one. It was a place where you can truly focus on unwinding and take things slow, but when needed, the Wi-Fi speed is sufficient for streaming on your own devices. The hotel is unique where you can just do everything within their compounds without needing to travel anywhere else. We really loved the Japanese bookstore, which is a must-visit, and spend some time admiring the garden next to it. They provide activities as well, so you will never feel like there is nothing to do. The spas are also highly recommended, which in fact warrants a trip all on its own even if you do not stay at the hotel. One of the spas is a re-purposed factory, and it's a truly unique experience which will appeal to architecture enthusiasts. Food was a little pricey, but you have a lot of options, and the ones we had were great. They even had their own provision shop for you to stock up on snacks and drinks. One of the main factors that truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service from Zhi Hui. She went above and beyond to share her personal contact in order to make sure we were well taken care of, answering our questions promptly and making arrangements for us. She even followed up with us after our departure to make sure we arrived at our next destination safely. The other staff around the hotel, including the restaurants, were also very friendly and helpful. There was even a sweet young lady selling what they harvested from the mountains as well as small snack stores, one of which was operated by a very friendly lady selling Japanese-style desserts. Our interactions with the people all felt really genuine and sincere. The experience wouldn't have been so wonderful if it weren't for our very pleasant experience with the people working in and around the hotel. They normally use a multi-seater buggy to ferry guests around, but when we were caught in the rain, they actually arranged a car to pick us up instead. Anaya Lanya Hotel is simply extraordinary, and we cannot recommend it enough.

KKellyC_**Hotel Review: Aesthetic Excellence Overshadowed by Comfort Failures**
Our recent stay at this supposedly 5-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. While the hotel clearly invested heavily in aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that looks fantastic in photos, the design seemed to prioritize form over function, ultimately compromising our comfort. Sadly, this became a deal-breaker for us.
The most glaring issue was the room's ventilation and temperature control—or lack thereof. We visited in early March, and the entire building was excessively heated. Despite being from a tropical country and accustomed to warm weather, I found myself sweating in shorts and a singlet. The staff, though polite and eager to help, seemed powerless to address the issue. They provided us with a small portable AC unit, which was better than nothing, but it was clear from their demeanor that this was a recurring problem for guests.
Sleeping was a nightmare. The only way to cool the room slightly was to keep the windows open, but this meant having the blinds and curtains up, allowing outside noise and light to flood in. The choice was between sleeping in a sauna-like environment or enduring the disturbances from outside. Needless to say, we had a terrible night's sleep and were relieved to check out after just one night.
On a positive note, the service was impeccable. The staff truly deserve recognition for their efforts to assist guests despite the limitations they faced. The breakfast spread was also a highlight—delicious, varied, and reasonably priced, especially if you inform them in advance about adding breakfast to your stay. The room amenities were top-notch, and the spaciousness of the room added to the overall sense of luxury. We got a family suite which was plenty spacious and came with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bathtubs and a living area.
However, these positives couldn’t outweigh the discomfort caused by the poor temperature regulation. During our trip, we stayed in four different cities across China, and this was the only hotel that lacked proper air conditioning and heating controls. For a 5-star establishment, this is a significant oversight.
In conclusion, while the hotel excels in aesthetics, service, and amenities, the lack of a well-thought-out solution for room temperature is a major drawback. Management needs to address this issue with a long-term fix. After all, no matter how beautiful a hotel looks, it’s hard to appreciate it when you can’t get a good night’s rest.

IInvitéC'est vraiment une maison trop satisfaisante. Nous avons fixé trois chambres pour cinq personnes, et il a été mis à jour. La chambre est grande, décorée en 2023, propre et hygiénique! Très calme, la clé est particulièrement proche de la ville antique, sous le mur de la ville antique, marcher sous le paysage de la ville antique, c'est un voyage parfait! Leurs familles sont également un hôtel de 5 étoiles de pays, vraiment bon et peu coûteux. Nous avons coûté 306 yuan à 5 personnes, chacun a commandé son propre amour! La main m'aime bien! La viande bovine est plus délicieuse que le biftek!
Malheureusement, il y a beaucoup de goûts sans goût, la prochaine fois, vivre ici!

GGlenysMThe Modern Crystal Hotel in Baoding is only a 2 minute walk to & from Baoding Railway Station and there are lots of small shops and places to eat, as well as a shopping mall nearby which includes an Apple store!
The hotel is quite old and some parts of the rooms I saw were badly in need of refurbishing, but the customer service is excellent. Every staff member I dealt with during my 3 night stay was wonderful …. the Reception staff, and the lovely ladies who clean the rooms and work in the dining room were all consistently and naturally extremely helpful and friendly to me ☺️
The Reception staff ask if you use WeChat, which is great, because you can message them if you need to ask anything and they respond immediately. One of the young guys on Reception went out of his way to help me when the sole of my shoe came away from my shoe, by trying to find a shoe repair shop (there wasn’t one) and then finding & ordering shoe repair glue on Amazon China for me and delivering it to me in my room an hour later! That kind of service is really heartwarming to a foreign traveller 💜
There is a hotel laundry available for guests to use, which was great! BYO laundry detergent.
The only real issue - and it’s a major issue - was that smoking is allowed (and encouraged) in the hotel, which, as an Australian, I find shocking and quite unacceptable in this day & age of global “no smoking” health laws.
The first room I was allocated smelt so badly of cigarette smoke, I couldn’t stay in it and requested a clean smelling room. The Reception staff complied immediately, and the 2nd room was much better, although it also had a very faint cigarette smell which was not ideal because it spoils the enjoyment of the room, and a No Smoking room should not smell of cigarette smoke at all, but I assume that every room was probably the same. Even the lifts & foyers on each floor smelt badly of cigarette smoke, and it wasn’t nice to see ashtrays everywhere.
I have found the same problem in other hotels in China on this visit, more than ever before, and it’s really not pleasant for those of us who hate the smell of cigarette smoke and also get headaches from the horrible smell. It’s a shame, because no matter how excellent the customer service is, the cigarette smoking would prevent me from booking there again, or recommending it to anyone. Pity 😟

IInvitéDuring the past few days in Zhangjiakou, the most unforgettable thing is not the passion of the track, but the emotion brought by the front desk. My family sent a box of sports drinks before I left. I made sure to make sure it was delivered on the day of the game. The result was that I, a road ******, filled in the wrong district address. The courier was sorting from the south of the city to a novice post office in the north of the city. Just after the race ended at 4 p.m., the logistics information showed that ”the post office is already at the post office,” but we had to leave for the next city at 5 p.m, and looked at the postoffice address 10 kilometers away on the map, stamping our feet in a hurry. When she heard this, Ms. Park comforted me by saying, ”Don't worry, I'll find a way,” grabbing the keys to her electric car and running out. She returned 20 minutes later, sweating and panting, saying, ”The sorting officers had the wrong zoning area. I went halfway through the warehouse with them to find it!” She thought she could get it now, but she frowned again and said, ”The box is too big to fit in the electric car basket. I'm afraid it will be broken on the road. I'll run around and pack it in the trunk again!” Before I could react, she turned and rushed down the stairs again - the second time she saw her, she had a sweat scarf on her arm, With her hands tightly wrapped around the trunk, even her work shirt was soaked with sweat, but she smiled and said, ”I just borrowed a shock absorber from the post office, and none of the drinks damaged.” When she tore open the packaging, she also purposely put a note on the trunk: ”Remember to replenish electrolytes after the game!” At that moment, I suddenly felt that although the wind of Zhangjiakou was cool with the grassland, but the box of drinks and the smile of my little sister, the trophy of the race course was more heart-warming. When I met such a service in a strange city, I really wanted to share the warmth with everyone! Bad cleaning (cleaning left smell of old cloth);
No bathrobes, no soap in the room (had to ask for it);
When checked in, no one told me about breakfast time, neither wrote where/when on the breakfast voucher;
Receptionists mostly are ignoring you;
Haven’t told about swimming pool, receptionists are mostly trying to avoid communication, father then help, I was figurinista things myself;
Staff doesn’t speak English, when I addressed them, first they said they didn’t understand, and then waited for me to leave the receptionist desk, absolutely inappropriate for that money.
