**”BAD: Beware of the 'Upgrade'”** Our priority when booking was the room size and budget, so we reserved a 32m² City View room. At check-in, the hotel staff offered us an ”upgrade.” He said that for an additional €25 per day, we could ”upgrade,” so we agreed. However, while the room did have a Sea View, the size was downgraded to just 21m². I told them that paying €25 to have a smaller room was a downgrade, but they insisted that the view had been upgraded. I asked to be moved back to the room we originally booked, but the staff ignored my request for an entire day. Let me ask you this: if you went to see a new landscape, and the view changed, how would you describe it? You wouldn’t say the landscape itself was ”upgraded,” would you? You’d say the view was different or better. The following day, I finally got a response from the staff. They told me I’d need to pay an additional €70 per day if I wanted a 32m² Sea View room. While the hotel facilities and scenery are excellent, the staff are focused entirely on business and seem to aim to squeeze every extra euro from their guests. In the end, we ended up paying the €25. **Beware of the 'Upgrade.'”**

La chambre était très belle, avec une atmosphère haut de gamme, et un champagne de bienvenue était offert. Le service de la réception est enthousiaste, aidant à réserver des restaurants et fournissant diverses informations. C'est un peu dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de grand miroir dans la pièce, donc je ne peux pas regarder tout mon corps. Je ne sais pas comment les célébrités réagiraient si elles essayaient des vêtements sans miroir en pied lors de leur séjour.

Beautiful hotel, amazing facilities to work from, one of the best gyms that I’ve been to, it would have been so much more seamless if parking, gym etc were included in the price. Especially if the pool provided by the gym is not available, not having to pay for the gym one would make more sense

Choose the hotel for its proximity to the Intermodal bus interchange. We walked to all the main tourist attractions from the hotel. Bilbao is a very walkable city. What sets this hotel apart is the friendliness of the staff. The front counter team is genuinely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Noemi who went out of her way to help us and gave advice on airline lost luggage. The room is spacious for our needs. The king bed is super comfortable, with just the right firmness. Linen is plush and pillows are fluffy. It has a simple yet functional tea-making facility in the room. The room came with USB charger by bedside, which is essential for today's travellers. We love the bathroom. Well-lit, full-size shower with strong water pressure. You will find the basic amenities (Toothbrush etc) in the bathroom. The cleaner did a good job with the room. The hall and public areas are all spotless. Judging based on the interior, the hotel might have been refurbished not that long ago.

L'hôtel est situé dans une zone de 4 étoiles, à proximité de la ville de l'hôtel. La location n'est pas très centrale, ce qui signifie que vous devez compter sur les bus ou taxis plus souvent que prévu pour atteindre la vieille ville et les principales zones touristiques. La plus grande frustration était que le téléphone dans la chambre n'était pas en service pendant toute la période, malgré le rapport de la question. Le premier jour, même pendant un séjour 4-day, l'eau n'a été fournie qu'au cours d'un séjour, ce qui a été jugé inutilement insensé pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. Globalement, l'hôtel dispose de bonnes installations et de confort, mais l'expérience de service et l'attention sur la convenance des clients peuvent certainement être améliorées.

Nous sommes arrivés sans une voiture avec des bus de Bilbao. Nous n'avons pas facile de trouver un hôtel avec piscine et à LaGuardia ainsi fonctionné parfaitement. Recommander pour le prix

La chambre est grande et propre. Elle n'est qu'à une dizaine de minutes à pied de la vieille ville. L'essentiel est que le personnel de la réception parle anglais, il n'y a donc aucune barrière de communication. Les bagages peuvent être stockés gratuitement et les documents peuvent être stockés. être imprimé pour obtenir de l'aide. C'était une énorme différence par rapport à la merde Airbnb dans laquelle j'ai séjourné auparavant et à cet endroit. J'ai regretté de ne pas avoir dépensé plus d'argent pour rester ici ces derniers jours. De plus, l'hôtel est très proche de Shell Beach et il y a de nombreux endroits où manger à proximité.

A boutique hotel close to the Dona Katalina Zubia. There are two entrances to the hotel, the main one facing the road and the other entrance facing the Urumea River. Staff were friendly and always had a smile. The hotel is quite clean and everything is within 15mins walk. The amenities are limited, but there is a 24 hour reception and bar downstairs, a nice roof top sunbathing area and a gym. Please double check the other amenities listing when booking, as I don't recall seeing the Public Bath, Foot Bath and Clothes Dryer as advertise. I would also suggest to check the batteries of the remotes before someone check ins, as I had to request it to be changed and it wasn't available until the next day, more compliment bottles of water and dental kits (given there was 3 of us and only 2 bottles and 1 kit). Overall though, I enjoyed the stay and would come back again.
