All Staff was accommodating, helpful and friendly. I booked a room with mayon view but according to them the room they received that I booked was just a de luxe room without mayon view. I received a great customer service tho with the polite reception staff. She gave me some options and with a minimal fee I got the room that I wanted. Thank you Miss receptionist sorry I have difficulty with names but I really appreciate your service and to the waiter too who served us pork pinangat at the restaurant. Kudos to you all!

J'ai passé avec ma famille et réservé deux chambres. Les enfants aiment et ont aimé la piscine. Bien que nous aimions nos chambres, il est très confortable et avec compte Netflix. La position est également au centre, donc c'est un plus. Je reviendrais certainement et resterais à cet hôtel

We stayed at Misibis Baygarden Resort from July 11–13 and had a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The resort offers a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings — perfect for unwinding.
There was a minor issue with my request for unscented linens and no air freshener due to allergies, which wasn’t addressed at first, but the staff quickly made up for it by upgrading us to another room, which we appreciated.
One area for improvement would be the internet service, which was quite unreliable during our stay.
Overall, it was still a pleasant experience, and we look forward to coming back

An amazing hotel....5 star all the way. Excellent food, staff, pool, facility! The staff were so accommodating, friendly and super efficient. We have travelled around the world and by far this hotel was one of our favorites! I highly recommend a stay here. You wont be disappointed!

Breakfast is good. Location is perfect right in the heart of Legaspi. The only thing not happy is there's no food/meal available at the restaurant when we arrived at 1030pm on pastriies and cakes and we were so hungry we only eat muffins.

My dad and I were looking for an accommodation just along the road, and we saw this one immediately, so the location is very convenient for travellers. I like GoHotels eco-friendly concept (no disposables, water is refillable, etc). They have free and safe parking for cars, which is always a main consideration for my dad. My dad enjoyed his stay, and he said that if he is travelling again and passes by Naga, he will choose to stay here. Thanks for accommodating us! ^_^

Maganda yung hotel, sobrang linis, air conditionné at may free na complimentary massage pa. Mababait din lahat ng staff, kada madanan mo sila Babatiin ka nila. May cafe din sila sa Baba hanggang 10pm ouvert, masarap ung mga pagkain carte riz meal o pasta at sobrang affordable ng mga prices. Kapag bumalik ako ng bicol, sa apihap pa rhin kami magbobook. Merci apihap hotel! 🥰🥰🥰

2 jours d'une expérience était magnifique. Le service client est en cours. Le personnel était professionnel et courtois. Ils ont également offert des compliments qui nous ont heureux. Les installations sont également amicales et le lieu est bon pour un toddler à marcher. Très bonne expérience et sera probablement réservée dans un avenir proche.

Such a nice hotel to stay. Quite place, clean and nice staff. The price was cheap also compared to other hotels in Naga.
I was late when I checked in because my flight arrived at legazpi airport was 6pm. I called the hotel to informed them that I'll be late and they said no problem at all.I can check in anytime I want.

IInvitéNous y sommes allés en vacances (1er mai 2026 - Jour du travail) pour 1 nuit sous la rénovation pala kaya ang hina ng aircon ou halos wala doon sa desk front. Les lits doubles Ange chambre de sorte que Kasama Kaming Toddler Kaya nous avons déménagé le lit à un côté de la chambre para mag adapte la famille Kaming à la taille de l'anguille hindi pendant le sommeil. Malouwag ang room naka smart TV pa peut être sécurisé et chauffe-eau pero napansin ko masysdong madilim kasi puro pin lights lang lalo sa gabi. La ville est située dans le centre de la ville de Maliwanag, où vous pouvez accueillir des vacances en plein air. May pool na sya at free breakfast kait mura lang per night 🥰 we got this for 2,800 only dahil sa trip coins ko on my previous booked hotels. ❤️ ang sarap ng breakfast ang daming choices! ❤️ im sure mas gaganda pa lalo pag matapos ang renovations. Will def stay here lalo na pag biglaan at on a budget ka. Downside lang may corkage ang outside food and drink nila na P500. Mapipilitan ka talagang kumain na lang sa labas kesa magpadelever. May lechon pala ung dîner buffet kaso bussog na kami ng meryenda so hindi na sulit mag buffet bg gabi haha

IInvitéLe service offert par le personnel était très bon, ils étaient tous respectueux des invités.
La cuisine de l'hôtel était très bien. La variété de la cuisine était excellente mais elle n'avait pas de jus de fruits disponibles.
La location était très proche de la principale zone du centre-ville et à pied à pied des centres de nettoyage avec beaucoup d'options alimentaires et de restaurant.
Malheureusement, nous avons eu une mauvaise expérience avec la chambre. Le chauffage à l'eau à l'intérieur de la chambre n'était pas en service. Nous l'avons immédiatement signalé au bureau frontal. Ils ont envoyé un mécanique d'entretien pour le réparer, mais la même question chaque fois que nous essayions d'utiliser la douche. Ils ont promis de remplacer le chauffeur pendant que nous étions partis sur notre tour, mais quand nous rentrions, le chauffeur d'eau chaude n'était pas encore opérationnel. Après que l'eau est sortie très froide. J'ai signalé la même question au bureau avant mais aucun résultat. Merci, nous n'étions coincés que pendant deux jours.

IInvitéThe AC is excellent he bed are firm really good and the heavy blanket is wonderful and warm you can really sleep very well. I like this place as the only hotel that has elevator and the bathroom is really cleaned with hot water. Just a little noisy at night time as the cleaner seems keep cleaning having this cart keep pulling kind of noisy. Other than that it’s nice stay.

NNicka F.Stayed in this hotel for less than a week but I can say we are comfortable. Budget-friendly, with free breakfast. Not sure if we’re the only guests since most of the rooms in our hallway are under renovation- glad we don’t hear any noise. We had to change room on the 2nd day since the aircon in the prev. room was no longer working after a day but the transfer is not a hassle. They provided free toiletries, towels and bottled water replenished everyday.
It’s in the center of Tabaco. Several fast food chains, convenience stores, dirty market, dental clinics, malls, laundry shop, gas station are just few walks away. Below the hotel is a grocery store. You have to enter the delivery alley because the hotel entrance is at the back of the grocery store. Parking is in front of the hotel. There’s a guard 24/7 so it’s secure. It’s still a peaceful location in the heart of the city. If your priority is budget, accessibility of location and a comfortable place to stay, this might work for you.
