We stayed at Pyhalinna and overall found the apartment itself to be decent. The facilities inside the unit were quite complete and convenient. However, the cleanliness was disappointing — the bed sheets were not clean when we arrived. The funny (and slightly frustrating) part was that after we reported it, someone came to do a light cleaning of the room (even though we were previously told mid-stay cleaning required an extra fee), but the sheets still weren’t changed. The property is ski-in/ski-out and located next to the “family slope,” but there are many areas that really need improvement. First of all, for beginners without a car, it takes around 30 minutes to walk down to the base area to rent equipment(experienced can use the shop on the mountain), and the path is quite unsafe. Honestly, this alone almost made me give a one-star review. Secondly, the so-called family slope wasn’t fully open, and the upper section was surprisingly steep — definitely not what we expected for a family-friendly run. Returning the rental equipment was also inconvenient; you must ski all the way to the bottom because the shop on the mountain doesn’t accept returns. After returning our equipment, we were very lucky that the ski patrol officer Markus kindly offered to take us back up the hotel. We really appreciated his help — without him, it would have been another long and difficult walk. There are simply many practical issues that should be improved. I truly hope the resort can learn from more established ski destinations to create a safer and more beginner-friendly experience. The positive interactions with the staff were the main reason we didn’t give this place a one-star rating — they truly made a difference despite the other issues. The service here is quite good, the staff in the recee will give you some useful advice if you ask, room is really awesome, geting a nice view from the balcony. The breakfast is also good. 服务很好，房间有阳台，浴室，桑拿房。风景很好，周边有几个餐厅可以吃饭。早餐也不错

Cet hôtel était très bien situé, très pratique pour rejoindre les agences touristiques locales et leurs excursions. Le petit-déjeuner était un buffet classique, mais avec un large choix. La chambre était un peu petite, mais offrait tout le nécessaire. Le personnel était très serviable. J'y retournerais volontiers. La photo montre la vue depuis la fenêtre de notre chambre.

It was a wonderful 3 nights stay in the lovely town of Rovaniemi. The hotel is located in the city center, which makes dining and shopping and getting around anywhere super convenient. The train station is also a short 5 minutes drive away. My room was clean, cosy, spacious and tastefully designed. Love the Finnish sauna; we went everyday! Also the breakfast spread was super lovely; love the crayfish salad. The hotel also uses Iittala and Marimekko tableware in the breakfast buffet as well as in the room. I love the Iittala cup they used in the room so much that I bought 2 for my house! Totally recommend this hotel if you visit Rovaniemi!

La location était bonne avec service de bus aux grands endroits à la porte. Le personnel de la réception était très utile, le petit déjeuner était bon. Seul le manque était de la chaudière électrique dans les chambres et aucun verre dans la chambre

The Glass Igloo was great but you have to walk to the guesthouse for your showers. The breakfast was great and the restaurant provided good options for lunch and breakfast. For the adventurous, you can go to the nearby supermarket and cook your meal in the sheltered fireplace. Don't forget to experience either the traditional or the electrical sauna during your stay! Most importantly, participate in the guided activities with hot drinks and roasted sausages such as husky sled rides, aurora hunting, and ice skating.

Nous avons visité notre lune de miel. Le personnel, Viljami, nous a accueillis avec bienvenue et nous a fourni des fruits et d'autres services. Bien que l'emplacement soit un peu loin du centre-ville, il n'était pas désagréable parce que j'ai pris un Uber quand je voyageais. Il n'est pas une installation de pointe, mais un endroit rentable à Rovaniemi, où l'hébergement est coûteux. Le petit déjeuner n'a pas répondu aux attentes.

L'hôtel est à 40 minutes du ski de Levi, la réception est près de la Bible Blanche et on dit qu'il y a des nouveaux qui se déroulent ici chaque semaine. Il y a des arbres autour de chaque étage unique, une bonne confidentialité. Les étangs au toit du petit toit de bois de nuit peuvent regarder l'air étoile. La lumière est claire quand la chance est bonne. Le matin, il se leva et tire les fenêtres de la terre, le grand paysage de neige à l'extérieur de l'angle est super rêve. Le personnel qui s'est rendu avant lui répondait activement à l'e-mail, le chef et le dîner de Noël étaient également très bons. Vous aurez l'occasion de choisir ici.

Je suis si heureuse parce que notre chambre est très propre.Surtout, il y a un bain dans notre chambre, nous étions si heureux :) Nous voulons réserver si nous rentrons. Nous espérons que nous pourrons regarder Netflix ou YouTube sur la télévision. Nous espérons juste que cela!

La première fois que j'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel, je me sens très bien. Il est très proche de la gare routière du Village du Père Noël et de l'aéroport (en face de l'entrée de l'hôtel). L'hôtel dispose d'une bagagerie dédiée, ce qui est pratique pour quitter le magasin à l'avance. Conseillé!
