The location is perfect for walking into town. We had an executive room, which was nice and large, with a lovely view from the window. Sadly, the room needs some maintenance and a bit more thought about guest comfort. Two electrical sockets that worked and one that wasn't reliable. No socket near the kettle, which had to be put on the floor to be plugged in. The coffee machine leaked. A lightbulb in the light fitting wasn't working. Voile curtains in the ensuite, with a lovely view in daylight.. but no blinds or curtains to avoid being visible when it gets dark and the light is on. The room could be excellent with a few more sockets and regular maintenance, and a blind in the bathroom. Breakfast was ok, staff were unfailingly pleasant.

Best Western Plus Buxton Hotel Il est très bien situé dans le centre de Buxton et à proximité des jardins du Pavillon, des arrêts de bus et des routes de marche. La chambre était propre, confortable et chaleureuse parfaite après un long jour de marche.

We stayed for 1 night for a special occasion. On arrival we were told that the spa was closed for an event which was very disappointing as I booked this hotel because of the spa & had planned to use the pool & sauna. This should gave been communicated at the time of booking. The building and grounds were impressive but on arrival our featured superior room was freezing cold. The reception turned on the heating at our request but this should have been done hours before our arrival given that it was 8 degrees outside. We sat for an hour in the room with our coats on before asking for a portable heater due to the radiators being only lukewarm. The room never really got warm & when we came back from dinner at 9.15 the heating had been turned off again & we had to ask for it to be turned on again. The food in the restaurant was very good & the servers were lovely but unorganised. We planned to have a drink in the hotel bar but it was so cold that it was empty and not comfortable to stay. I heard kore than one staff member complain about the cold in the hotel. What could have been a very pleasant stay was spoiled by the cold. Unfortunately, we will not return.

Nous avons choisi le Wildes Inn, qui est à 4 minutes de l'hôpital Bolsover, où notre mère devait subir une chirurgie complète du genou. Le personnel était très aimable et nous avons été accueillis directement par un jeune gentleman gentil qui a fait son check-in sans stress et sans stress. L'équipe était aussi très réflexive, sachant la raison de notre séjour, ils ont même offert d'organiser un petit-déjeuner de débarquement pour nous. Nous avons réservé une chambre accessible pour notre mère, qui était spacieuse, propre et confortable. Le petit déjeuner était aussi super. Dans l'ensemble, nous étions très satisfaits de l'expérience. La maman était bien reposée et prête à la chirurgie.

L'hôtel est réservé en tant que football féminin au Derby Pride Park.  Nous avons utilisé le parc de voitures NCP qui n'était qu'à 5 minutes à pied.  Tout le personnel était intelligent, bien géré et utile.  La chambre était très grande et ils étaient surpris d'avoir une salle de bains pleine et une douche puissante.  Le petit déjeuner est très bien choisi, où tous les aliments ont été remplis dès qu'ils étaient bas. Les seuls négatifs pour nous étaient le fait que nous avons trouvé un peu de ruban près du lit avec des preuves de poussière, l'un des lits était enroulé et l'un des lecteurs de la lampe à la paroi de la face de la lit était suspendu du mur mais toujours fonctionnel. Globalement un très beau hôtel et idéalement situé pour le stade du football ainsi que prendre dans les sites/ centre commercial local (sur la route)

Disappointed that the pool wasn’t available due to refurbishment and was not advised of this in advance. Gym had everything you needed and sauna and steam room still open. Also the restaurant was closed and only a limited menu served in the bar was available. Having said this, they made a real effort to make some tables in the bar look special with tablecloths and candles and the food we had was delicious and well presented. Staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and attentive. Room was spacious with a comfy bed. Breakfast was typical buffet with hot & cold offerings. Smoked salmon was lovely touch! Would definitely stay here again. Great value for money!

Beautiful weekend stay at the Leonardo in Derby once again. Fabulous room with upgrade to executive and staff were excellent as always. Wonderful service given with special mention to Merrick who went above and beyond to support and assist us in every way during our stay! See you again soon ☺️

Le petit hôtel est très confortable, très confortable et très confortable. La chambre était très confortable et confortable. Le restaurant était un jour pour dîner et nous avons eu 2 petits-déjeuners et le repas était bon et abordable. Le petit-déjeuner était un service personnel (comme nous l'avons inclus) avec une grande variété et abondantes. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la piscine à la fin, car cela signifie aller dehors et de retour à l'intérieur, car notre chambre n'était pas connectée à une route couverte vers la piscine. Il est très confortable et confortable.

Allowed us to check in early, which was a bonus. Breakfast was good but not worth £15, so glad we paid a discount price booking through Trip.com. We chose Holiday Inn over Premier Inn, which are opposite each other, because of the provision of twin beds. We would definitely stay here again.

La maison est un très bon hôtel pour séjourner. Contrôlez le personnel rapide et efficace et courtois comme toujours. La chambre dispose d'un air conditionné et d'une bonne salle de bains avec douche. Nous avons réservé le petit déjeuner mais nous avons complètement oublié le petit déjeuner fini à 9 heures le lundi. Le service de la chambre est très bien placé, mais il est très bon de vous envoyer un petit déjeuner. Un séjour agréable n'a rien d'autre à ajouter.
