Ihre Bewertungen ＜ Actually, I had booked another hotel earlier which I needed to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. The Norfolk Lodge is one of the very few hotels offering a gym, a ”mini gym”. For me an essential on any trip. The mini gym offered some cardio equipment of which only 1-2 were working properly and a few very light weights. Most disappointing was the extremely small single room, even smaller than in any (!) hotel in Japan's metropolis earlier this year. The smallest ever, that small that it was impossible to open my suitcase anywhere except on the bed! The breakfast was disappointing, too. Allways the same products, no variety at all. Luckily, there was at least gluten free muesli (for s.o. with coeliac disease) and gluten free toast on demand. Nevertheless, for instance only tin fruits and one sort of cheese etc. Positive, however, was the hotel's greatest asset, the staff! Very friendly and caring people, young, open-minded and very diverse from all abroad. As St. Hélier or Jersey in general are very expensive during the summer season, I won't complain about the price although it was very expensive (cheepest I could find was about 170 - 175 € per night).

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Jersey Hotel in a stunning Seaview room, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The room offered breathtaking views of the sea, making each morning a delight to wake up to. The hotel exudes elegance and comfort, with impeccable service from the staff who were always attentive and friendly. Every detail was thoughtfully managed, ensuring a luxurious and relaxing stay. I would wholeheartedly rate my experience as 5 stars and highly recommend the Grand Jersey Hotel to anyone seeking a memorable getaway.

Worst experience ever in a restaurant. On our last day here, I was having my breakfast till 10 am when the breakfast time came to an end. I asked one of the staff if I can take my tea to my room, the staff said yes. Other customers are taking drinks and food to home as well. While I was walking out of the restaurant, another staff walked past me and stared at the tea in my hand. She then rolled her eyes dramatically and let out a loud, dismissive ”tsk” sound.

L'hôtel était propre et bien situé. Les chambres étaient propres. Attention, les lits d'appoint sont très bas ; si votre enfant est grand, il risque de dépasser ! La nourriture était bonne et le buffet du petit-déjeuner offrait un large choix et était régulièrement réapprovisionné. J'y retournerais sans hésiter.

Grand hôtel. La location est superbe et nous sommes très heureux d'avoir une vue sur la mer. Le petit déjeuner était un peu coûteux, mais de bonne qualité. La chambre était spacieuse et bien entretenue. Le personnel était toujours ami et utile, surtout vis-à-vis de mon fils de cinq ans. En raison d'un problème de voyage, nous avons fini par avoir à vérifier quelques heures de retard et le personnel était très bien placé.

Excellent hotel, front staff very friendly & helpful. Room was clean & everything you would need, ( a fridge would have been handy) 10-15 minutes walk to town & sea front. Breakfast fine & plenty of choice, good evening menu. Spa was excellent with infinity pool, jacuzzi, cold plunge pool, sauna & steam room at no extra charge. Would definitely recommend.

La chambre est grande. Le bouton d'eau pulsée de la poche est mauvais, il n'y a pas de chaleur la nuit, il est froid. L'attitude du service est très bonne, le petit-déjeuner est pas bon, l'environnement du restaurant est élégant et confortable.

La chambre de l'hôtel est très confortable et confortable. L'hôtel est situé dans une zone de vacances, où vous pourrez accéder aux bus et aux informations touristiques.

It was okay. Sauna did not work throughout the whole stay, second day jazzucci stopped working. Outdoor pool was filthy. Our room was missing bathrobes & slippers.

L'hôtel est dans le sud-ouest de l'île, la position est très absolue, et il est très pratique de prendre des autobus à l'aéroport. Les gens qui ont été battus à l'hôtel sont très pratiquement, les bus sont un peu problématiques et la route est très noire la nuit. L'environnement de l'hôtel est très bon, petits mais très avancés, le service n'est pas question. Vous pouvez également louer une bicyclette et prendre soin de la sécurité. Le petit déjeuner est également disponible dans la chambre. (Tout est fait pour la réalité, sans le miroir)
