Lovely hotel close to town, quick friendly check in Big room with plenty of storage and shower room . Sadly my room wasn’t very clean, found dirty tissue under dresser. Spa facilities amazing and 1hr free use each day if stay.

Service was very good both at reception and at the bar but rooms were overpoweringly hot, no net on window therefore had to have curtains closed for privacy. Bathroom extractor fan on constantly (until card was remove to cut off electricity). Both dispensers for shower gel / shampoo were broken. In bar area table legs / base were dirty, obviously not been cleaned that day. Pool times for children could be extended a little later i.e. our 12 year old could not go in after 6pm. Thanks, Ian

J'ai séjourné à la DoubleTree par Hilton York pour une courte visite et, bien que la situation était raisonnablement confortable, l'expérience globale a chuté de peu d'attente pour un hôtel Hilton-marché. J'ai été amélioré à une chambre située à côté du parc de voiture du bâtiment principal, accessible par les escaliers et sans chauffage central. La chambre reposait plutôt sur des chauffe-glaces portables, qui n'étaient pas idéaux surtout vu le temps humide et la nécessité de marcher dehors pour atteindre la chambre. La chambre elle-même était assez fatiguée et datée, avec des planches de sols très creuses à l'intérieur de la chambre et des chambres voisines, ce qui a fait qu'il était difficile de se détendre complètement. L'emplacement est assez décent, mais si vous voyagez par transport public, il y a de meilleures zones de York pour rester dans cette offre un accès plus facile et un meilleur environnement global. Très bon hôtel, très ancien, l'un des hôtels cinq étoiles à l'ancienne, la chambre est très grande, l'hôtel est également très grand, car j'ai réservé une nuit à la dernière minute, il devrait être dans l'aile droite de l'hôtel, près de la gare, à quelques pas du pont de la vieille ville, à côté de l'ancien mur de la ville de York, très rentable

Great hotel! Absolutely would recommend. Room was lovely and clean, hotel in a great location. Easy to walk to/from town and to the high street. Staff were lovely, great little tuck shop area to buy drinks/snacks. And air con which was a god send in the recent hot weather. I initially booked into a different hotel which was awful, found this place and booked immediately - very happy I moved!

Checked out today. Stayed here for two nights and overall had a pleasant stay. The hotel is clean, modern, and well-maintained, and we really liked the amenities. Breakfast was okay. The only issue we experienced was with the air conditioning between 1:00 AM and 5:00 AM. Even when set to the lowest temperature, the room felt too warm, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. Aside from that, everything else was fine and we enjoyed our stay

Had a fantastic weekend in York with old friends from afar.. the Radisson York is well located for a great trek around the City .. restaurants and great pubs are all well within comfortable walking distance. The hotel as a great bar for the last nightcap the buffet breakfast is brilliant .The hotel is located on the river with great views of some of the night life and during the day just to relax.. My next time in York will be with the Radisson..and it also offers good parking which is very secure albiet it does come on first come basis.. but overall this hotel is excellant.. thankyou Radisson. L'hôtel est dans le quartier de York, l'environnement global est très bon, la réception est également très belle ～ La chambre est propre et l'hygiène est large, le seul bug est pourquoi la boue de cuisson peut être si sale... et possédant un cheveux...

I've stayed at this hotel before and I will definitely be staying again. The location is ideal for me with easy access to the city centre either by walking, bus, or taxi. The rooms have always been very clean and a good size too. The buffet style breakfast is always superb and leisure facilities give you a chance to unwind in the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. The staff have always been pleasant, friendly, and polite. 5 stars from me!

Nice hotel good location, great reception and balcony, however, pool and spa is an extra cost which wasnt apparent to us, the whole room could do with a bit more renovation if picky, and parking is a nightmare, with permits being £10 untill 1:30 next afternoon and thats if you can even get a space outside the hotel, good luck to you! Overall though a nice stay for 2 nights
