Прекрасный отель, классный номер - брали делюкс с видом на горы ) Персонал очень доброжелательный, приветливый, завтраки шикарные 😊 На крыше бассейн с фантастическими рассветами и закатами 😍 Так же на крыше есть бар с нереальными видами) Отель находится на возвышенности, брали всегда такси и все ок, до центра не далеко.

Situé à flanc de colline, l'hôtel offre une vue imprenable et est entouré de montagnes, de forêts et de rivières, ce qui en fait un lieu idéal pour se détendre. Le personnel est accueillant et offre un excellent service. Les chambres et la réception sont séparées par un passage séparé, garantissant calme et sécurité. La piscine extérieure est accessible depuis les chambres. L'hôtel est situé à proximité du centre-ville, nécessitant un taxi ou un tuk-tuk. Les transports en commun peuvent être difficiles d'accès, car le trajet dure environ 15 minutes.

La chambre est spacieuse et bien équipée (il manque juste les chaussons). Elle dispose d'un chauffage plutôt que d'une climatisation, car il fait généralement froid ici. Le système de contrôle centralisé est un atout. La salle de bain est relativement petite et de taille basique. Points négatifs : Le principal problème était la mauvaise gestion, qui semblait privilégier les clients locaux, comme nous l'avons constaté par notre chauffeur. À notre arrivée, la clé de la chambre n'a pas fonctionné à trois reprises et ils ont dû faire appel à un technicien pour résoudre le problème, qui était en réalité un problème de porte. Malgré cela, ils nous ont attribué la même chambre. Le matin, au restaurant, le petit-déjeuner ne proposait que quatre plats, et encore, la composition était arbitraire. Toutes nos demandes ont été refusées, même en proposant de payer un supplément. Pour notre repas, nous avons demandé du sambar supplémentaire, mais on nous a refusé. Nous avons également demandé un sandwich ou du pain, mais il n'y en avait pas. Finalement, on a servi des sandwichs à d'autres clients. Lorsque nous les avons interpellés, ils ont prétendu que c'était inclus dans un autre plat. Nous avons demandé un simple sandwich, ce qu'ils ont catégoriquement refusé. Quand nous avons insisté pour avoir un repas complet, ils nous ont dit de revenir après 11h. Après avoir protesté et expliqué la situation à la réception, le réceptionniste s'est contenté de se justifier, et a finalement suggéré de s'adresser au responsable. Notre itinéraire nous obligeant à quitter la ville, nous sommes partis sans rien dire.

First of all, service from Bagdea, Jaathu, Kishaulya and the young restaurant girl (forgot her name, my bad) made my stay warm and quite pleasant. They were all quite helpful. When I was late arriving at the hotel and the sky was dark, Kishaulya texted to enquire. That felt reassuring. I didn't really enjoy the breakfast buffet but at dinner, I had a good a la carte meal. Sigiriya is a little town rather self contained. Apart from the pool, there isn't much entertainment at the hotel although they had a cultural performance and a pop singer on the 2 nights I was there. You have to appreciate the ecological side of the Sigiriya area. So if you are looking for energetic activities, then it's not for you. Unless you count climbing the Lion Rock! My room was nice and spacious although I would have preferred a double bed instead of 2 singles. On my 2nd day, I went out of the hotel to have lunched and hung the sign for my room to be made up. Upon my return, I was pleasantly surprised someone noticed and did it in the short time I was away. So I found that I was well taken care of there

We booked a room with a view and it certainly delivered. We had a spacious balcony and could see so much, happily have sat outside for hours and luckily even the sunrise was watchable. Service was really good and staff were extremely helpful. Room was very spacious, bath was amazing and also came with the view. Other facilities we made the most of included the infinity pool, which again came with the view. It was difficult getting to the hotel but that’s what you expect when it’s on a mountain. We would stay again!

斯里蘭卡酒店性價比普遍較低，名氣比較響的遺產系列酒店大多設施陳舊。相比較而言，Golden Crown 算是比較新，設施也還算齊全的酒店。地理位置不錯，大堂裝修很有特點。入住時恰逢情人節，床上還佈置了紅氣球，很温馨。

Such a beautiful property close to Nuwara Eliya town. The room and the attached living room had everything we needed including a heater which came really handy in the night as it was very cold. The breakfast was also delicious. And all the staff working there were very polite and welcoming.

A bed was bad.We couldn’t have a good sleep and the AC is very noisy Not impressed, Not happy

L'hôtel a une histoire, une rivière, le paysage est très bon! Les installations sont très vieux, mais la chambre est grande! Le service est bon! Très bon! Le professionnalisme enthousiaste! Tout ce qui promet est fait sans relâche!
