ゴルフの前泊で利用しました。部屋はコンパクトですが、清潔で必要なものは揃ってあります。
ウェルカムドリンク、コーヒーのサービスがあり
朝食も和風洋風ともにあり美味しかったです。
また、3.4軒さきに源泉掛け流しの温泉があり
部屋の風呂は利用しなかったです。フロントで¥50割引券をもらいました。
また、群馬県のゴルフの時は利用します。

Pour permettre aux enfants de jouer dans la neige et de se baigner dans les sources chaudes en hiver, j'ai choisi cet hôtel thermal. La salle avec tatami est spacieuse et les lits sont faits avant le dîner, ce qui est très attentionné et relaxant. Ça vaut vraiment le coup d'y retourner.

Bien qu'il soit un peu excentré, c'est vraiment l'un des hôtels thermaux dont je suis le plus satisfait au Japon. Le service est très attentionné, le bain dans la chambre est très pratique ; il est également pratique de réserver un bain privé, et il y a une grande cour à admirer.
Des bus desservent Kusatsu Onsen et la gare de Karuizawa. Pensez à réserver la navette pour Karuizawa à l'avance et n'hésitez pas à contacter Ctrip pour obtenir de l'aide.

This hotel was so great! Its service, cleanliness, rooms etc, everything is about a comfort stay. It also has delicious breakfasts and onsen with 2 baths, one is outside — just what I was looking for.

L'hôtel est propre, le service est très bon!
L'environnement est propre, calme, c'est un bon endroit pour les vacances.
Il y a assez de places pour conduire des véhicules et il est préférable de partir, car d'autres transports ne sont pas aisés.
Le petit déjeuner est diversifié, délicieux!

地點稍微偏僻，年長男性接待人員非常熱心，房間空間大維持得也不錯，但是感覺得出來建築物的年紀。餐點蠻好吃的，不過有幾道料理偏西式，吃得沒有很習慣，比較想吃到的是當地傳統料理。整體而言是令人放鬆的旅館。

Il y a un grand bassin public, mais plus petit que les photos. Je suis entré dans un espace horaire sans plomb, donc je peux presque me relaxer dans l'état de bagage.
Le petit-déjeuner buffet est très varié et le menu a changé en deux jours, c'est délicieux. Lorsque beaucoup d'invités sont nombreux, il faut du temps pour compléter le reste après la réduction.
Le petit gâteau de nuit, les douces et les services de boissons gratuits m'ont guéri.

我訂的日式房，窗外就是伊香保石段街，景色很不錯。酒店的環境，服務，一泊兩食的餐飲也非常好吃，餐前酒是酒店自釀的，一看都是花了很多心思在好好經營的酒店，非常温馨，家人孩子都異常滿意。訂的日式房贈送的私湯也很舒服，完美。

Stayed in a traditional tatami room and it was so Japanese in the best way – futon, tatami smell, the whole ryokan fantasy.
Super cosy, perfect if you’re here to soak, chill, and live your best onsen‑town main‑character life.
Buildings & facilities
Hotel has three blocks, all connected via the main building, so you’ll always pass through it anyway.
Most of the good stuff – hot springs, buffet etc. – is in the Annex building where I stayed, so it was really convenient, just no Yubatake view (that’s only for the main building rooms).
Location & mini shopping zone
They literally have their own shopping area on the first floor of the main building, right by Yubatake and the hot spring street, so you can roll out of the hotel in yukata and start browsing.
Super easy to snack, shop, then hop back into the onsen without feeling like you “went out”.
Transport & walking in snow
There’s a shuttle bus to the nearest public transport stop, so luggage days are easy.
You can walk it in under 10 minutes, but in snow season the road gets icy and crazy slippery, so honestly not recommended unless you trust your shoes (and your balance).
Staff & service energy
Hotel staff are amazing – super friendly and actually proactive.
Besides Japanese and English, some staff speak Mandarin and will just switch to it to help you out, and they’ll even offer to take photos for you before you have the chance to ask, which is perfect for solo or shy travellers.

食事は見た目も楽しめ、量も少しずついろんな料理を食べることができ大満足です。お風呂では壁画が素晴らしくずっと眺めていても飽きませんでした。
スタッフの方でとても楽しい方に接客してもらい、楽しい旅行になりました。
あまりもう一度利用したいと思う宿は少ないのですが、辰巳館はまたぜひ利用したいと思いました！

MMarioaidahaiKusatsu n'est pas très grande, mais l'emplacement du Mokuun est idéal. Nous avions réservé une suite, la plus grande chambre que nous ayons occupée durant notre séjour au Japon. Le petit-déjeuner était bon 👍. Comme il s'agissait d'un établissement thermal, le bain extérieur n'était pas comme nous l'avions imaginé ; il était entièrement clôturé.

CChayaphol LeeraphanteThe hotel is very popular among the Japanese traveller. Lots of Japanese with very limited foreign traveller. The communication can be a bit difficult at the hotel.
The room were cleaned but there is limitation of daily cleaning of the room. They only take trash out and change towels. The policy is to clean the room every 4 days.
When the hotel is fully occupied, there is a problem with the scarcity of hot water. We have to wait for hot water to be reproducing 2 out of 3 nights we stayed.
The buffet is very crowded and the food are pretty much the same for all 3 nights we stayed for both breakfast and dinner. Our highlights are the crab and the beef station for dinner and the live onigiri station for breakfast.

Overall, it's a safe and decent choice if you're looking for a no-frills, standard onsen hotel experience.

IInvitéKinchoro is the more exclusive wing of Fuikuichi. The rooms come sight private onsen and it’s similar to most 10 tatami rooms.
The service from the staff is good. They are almost invisible when you don’t need them but will magically appear when you need help, during meal times and check in/out time.
The food unfortunately seem to be so so only. I didn’t find it spectacular, and in fact fringing on being a bit too inventive. Otherwise, all okay.
