It was super amazing stay experience,room was very clean,food was great and yummy.the staff are so lovely.will definitely come back again! Special thanks to waiter who took our family pictures,and reservation staff who assisted us when we are checked in and checked out

Everything was great.. one thing to consider is about the gym facilities which quite old already.. but it is okay though..

One of the best hotels we stayed in. Large comfy room with huge window providing great mountain or sea view. I haven't seen a breakfast buffet with so many options yet, could not try everything but everything we tried tasted great. Nice pool area, gym would be better could with aircon

It was the perfect time we spent in Grand Mercure lampung. Booked 5 rooms for families gathering. The room is very clean and comfy, and room temperature is easy to adjust My room is over looking to the ocean and hills In the morning, I can see local people jogging on car free days. If I know earlier, I would love to join All amenities are good products and work well. We also enjoyed the time by doing dancing and swimming on the poolside . It's amazing that they provide hot water for showers at the swimming pool. Breakfast was rich and tasted good with lots of my local snacks. All staff from the front desk, concierge, and room service are very friendly, I drove electric cars, and they allowed me to park at the lobby parking. I am so happy , because I drove so far from Jakarta and got tired and he allowed me to park near the lobby that's a lot. Thank you for understanding. Amazing Experience in Bandar Lampung, Novotel is a top notch hotel!

I had a memorable stay with my kids! We stayed in the room in the 7th floor - the view is stunning! Kudos & special thanks to Ms. Maisya who made us feel very welcomed and took great care of us from check in and throughout our stay. We had fun with baby sharks, turtles, small fishes, etc. guided by Mr. Zul. We also had fun feeding the birds guided by a friendly uncle. Ms. Tarisa and Mr. Julio showed great hospitality towards the kids in the Kid's Club - they had a blast! All the hotel staffs also showed great care and personalized experience; for example, the restaurant staffs somehow mentioned my name when they greeted me, which gave me a real surprise - it shows that they care. They also tried to find out & remembered my kids names and helped them with the foods. The housekeeping staffs even wrote some nice notes for us. These small things really make a difference! Amazing job to the management for nurturing great and caring hotel staffs, who made our stay very enjoyable! It goes above and beyond our expectations. Really impressive!! I have stayed in quite a few 5-stars hotels in my whole life, but none of them can beat the hospitality provided by Marriott Lampung - it's simply the best. I'd recommend this hotel.
