C'est la première fois que je suis resté à l'hôtel Wyndam à Palembang. Le petit déjeuner est pauvre.Il faut améliorer le menu général pour le petit déjeuner.très décevant. La pression de douche n'était pas assez forte.

Très bon hôtel, avec une bonne position. À droite de cet hôtel, nous pouvons trouver de nombreux restaurants, cafés, supermarchés. À 250 m de l'hôtel il y a Bakmi Aloi.

Relativement plus récente dans la structure et le design. Aime la disposition de la chambre familiale. Aime les personnels amis du bureau de front à la concierge. La grande variété de petit déjeuner est jolie et délicieux ....Its my 2nd time staying there ....Highly recommended

Had a great stay at this 4 stars property. The facilities are top notch; The gym, sauna, pool, and spa were all well maintained and a highlight of the trip. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the staff truly stands out for being friendly and attentive. My only major concern was the bedding. The king size bed, was actually two single beds pushed together. This made the middle of the bed quite hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Aside from the bed setup, everything else was perfect.

First time going South Sumatra for business trip. Nice hotel with almost full facilities. Breakfast is great too!

I stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.

Second time staycation here with a little differences. 29 minutes in receptionist queue + 12 minutes of checkin service, what a bad experience. It has develop it's pool too, cause it's narrow and too crowded. Nonetheless other service was good.
