Отель понравился, но номер был грязный. Постельное, стены и потолок в пятнах, грязь на полу, нет одноразовых тапочек, зубной пасты, щёток, халатов. Фен сломан. На балконе очень грязная мебель. Отель отличный, но наполнение оставляет желать лучшего. Завтрак (шведский стол) мне понравился. Расположен отель в тихом месте, вокруг красивые виды. Пешком до пляжа 7 минут. Есть парковка.

L'emplacement du Riva est excellent. Situé sur la partie la plus tranquille de la plage, il reste néanmoins très proche des paillotes et des restaurants. L'établissement dispose de trois piscines et le spa est excellent. L'arrivée et le départ se sont déroulés sans le moindre problème. J'aurais vraiment aimé pouvoir donner une meilleure note au Riva, car c'est un magnifique complexe hôtelier avec un personnel accueillant et un potentiel de détente exceptionnel. Cependant, la nourriture a été une énorme déception. Goa est réputée pour sa gastronomie, et j'aurais souhaité que le Riva propose une cuisine à la hauteur des standards goanais. J'ai commandé une soupe au café et elle était, pour le moins, médiocre. Le sambar et la sauce aux légumes du lendemain matin étaient dilués et beaucoup trop salés. Heureusement, ma famille, débrouillarde, a pu trouver d'excellents restaurants à l'extérieur de l'hôtel.
Il y a du travail à faire et j'attendrai de meilleurs avis sur la nourriture avant de le recommander ou d'y retourner.

The Vivanta Goa Panaji is an excellent hotel. My wife and I travelled from the US to visit in Goa. The hotel has an excellent location near the Campal Gardens and is a very walkable location. We walked to Fontainhas and into the city area several times. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. The hotel provided plenty of bottled water, more than we could use. The pool area on the rooftop is a great place to cool off and relax after touring, and the food/drink selections and service were very good. Our booking included the breakfast buffet, which I HIGHLY recommend. There was a very large selection of food, including western /continental, Chinese and Indian. There must be over 30 things to choose from, including whatever type of eggs you could think of, waffles, pancakes, dosas, etc. The quality was excellent, the hot food was hot and cold food was cold. We also ate at the hotel at least one evening for the buffet. It was also extremely extensive and high quality and a very reasonable price. The staff was amazing and the servers truly took an interest in making sure we were happy. They made suggestions for what to try, and if you let them know you are an adventurous eater, they will help you to experience something new and exciting to taste.
The hotel is part of the Taj group, and their attention to quality and service is apparent. We will definitely stay at the Vivanta the next time we are in Goa.

Отель новый, чистый и очень ухоженный. Персонал максимально вежливый и заботливый. В номерах сейф, чайник, холодильник, гигиенические принадлежности. Приносят воду в литровых бутылках. Завтраки шведский стол, еда в основном вегетарианская, но вкусная. Так же можно попросить приготовить омлеты разного вида и бекон. Кофе хороший из кофемашины. Фитнес-зал небольшой, но для базовой тренировки укомплектован достаточно, есть кондиционер. Бассейн тоже чистый, есть лежаки и постоянная смена полотенец. Из минусов - оооочень медленный интернет и его выдают на 2 устройства в номере. Если нужно подключать не только телефон, но и ноут, сложно. Мобильный интернет на территории у нас тоже не ловил.

Amazing Experience — Truly Loved It!
The staff here is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the entire stay even more enjoyable. The resort is spacious and beautifully maintained, and the rooms are even larger and more comfortable than expected. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations — it was a fantastic experience from start to finish.
I absolutely loved my time here and will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!

The hotel is very clean, the staff are attentive and polite. The gym is very small and has few equipment. Excellent location. However, the daily rate is too high for what the hotel offers. This is probably because it is a tourist area. I asked for a room with a view of the beach and they gave me a room on the first floor where you couldn't see anything.

We recently stayed at Grand Vatika Resort Arambol and had an amazing experience. The resort exceeded our expectations in every way.
Highlights:

IInvitéHaving arrived at st Regis Goa our expectations were high and we were truly looking forward to spending Chinese new year eve. On arrival everything seemed a bit chaotic in the lobby and then I soon found out that they were expecting a wedding and the next day was fully booked because of that. As we got through the day I noticed that the staff were all paying attention mostly to the wedding preparations and not the in house guests. From this hotel I expected a better service to be honest and even the so called special butler assigned to us was responding with delays of almost an hour which is not nice for such a so called high standard hotel. Nonetheless we enjoyed our stay but decided against having dinner at the property because even though I mentioned it is Chinese new year no special do up was done for us so even though I did not expect given that we were in India and they don’t celebrate obviously but since I did mention at check in this would have brought out Regis standards in a big way as they are known for worldwide but no special thing was organized for us. The shower drainage was blocked and I had to unplug the cover just to let the water drain out. This should be checked before guests arrive. Even the towels had this strange odour which only means it was not laundered properly. Otherwise the property is great but they should improve for the standard they portray and the rates they charge. Also another point to note is that while booking through trip.com I booked a better level room and after I paid it was immediately cancelled and refund was provided but strangely when I tried to re-book the price had gone up significantly and this is not a nice thing to do to guests. Now I’m not sure if this was the booking app failure or failure on part of the hotel but notable to mention nonetheless. So I opted for the normal lagoon room instead because I felt cheated and didn’t want to pay more for something that was clearly indicated. Pool was fantastic and room was decent but big mosquito problem on the property. We actually stayed next door the previous night at holiday inn and didn’t notice mosquitos as much as here so beware and get enough repellant. The carpet in the room also needs to be deep cleaned as it was literally black with dirt. Even spider web in the room. Shocking for a Regis hotel. Hats of to the garden cleaning ladies who do a fabulous job and the valet and entrance staff and the guy who gave us a nice welcome and welcome drink. Breakfast was fantastic so speaks volumes of the chefs and staff behind the scenes. Highlight of the hotel no doubt. Best one so far in India!

We were shown to our room and things explained.
The balcony was small but ample.
The room should have contained robe and slippers but these were missing, although didn't affect our stay so not a real issue.
The pool is small but was very quiet and provided a nice cool off. Towels are available at the counter.
The hotel is located directly on the beach with beech shacks and restaurants on the beach very nearby.
The hotel does not provide beach loungers BUT if you head to a beach shack and buy a drink or two, they will allow the use of a bed for free. Directly out of the hotel gate on the beach there was a lady with beds trying to charge 500 rupees for a bed for the day. This is not necessary when you can get a drink for less with a free bed. We nearly learned the hard way.
The bed was far too hard for me, resulting in reduced sleep, but some people may prefer a firmer bed. My partner slept better than me so this was a personal experience. The bedding was nice quality though.
The whole place was clean and tidy. Rooms made up every day in the afternoon so not disturbed early morning which is nice.
The rooms are not soundproof so a lot of noise can be heard from outside when people start moving around in the morning.
Staff were friendly - everyone had a smile, and nothing too much trouble.
We only experienced breakfast once, and I would say it is ok as long as you don't expect a full English fry up (which in my opinion you shouldn't as you're in India). The food was hot, tasty, and fresh. There was plenty to choose from for a breakfast selection.
If I was to fault the breakfast, to provide a suggestion, providing tea and coffee black so that customers can add their own milk would make it more accessible to all. I can't drink too much dairy so had to give this a miss.
Then the only real downside to this hotel we found is when checking out, you are made to wait until the room has been checked, in case you steal anything. I completely understand this, but this should be made clear when checking in. We had booked a taxi to arrive at check out time, which could have resulted in additional costs for waiting time. Just to be mindful if staying here and arranging onward travel. Or maybe the hotel could make this policy clearer upon checking in.
All in all a very nice stay in Candolim and this hotel was a good choice.

4. **Chambres confortables**: Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien conçues et équipées avec des équipements modernes. Le lit était incroyablement confortable et le balcon offrait une vue magnifique sur l'environnement. Il était un retrait parfait après un jour de visite.
Le restaurant sur place a servi de nombreux plats délicieux, tant local que international.
La chambre est très confortable et confortable. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel aux voyageurs de loisirs et d'affaires et je suis impatient de rester ici à l'avenir !

Mon séjour au Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon à Goa a été une expérience exceptionnelle, dépassant largement mes attentes. La chambre qui m'a été attribuée était non seulement confortable, mais aussi dotée d'une salle de bain très spacieuse, ajoutant au confort et au luxe de mon séjour. Les équipements de l'hôtel étaient de premier ordre, la piscine étant un atout majeur grâce à son atmosphère accueillante et son état impeccable. L'expérience culinaire au Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon a été tout aussi impressionnante. Le large choix de petits-déjeuners proposés chaque matin était une délicieuse façon de commencer la journée, répondant à tous les goûts et préférences. La qualité des plats servis au restaurant était excellente, chaque plat reflétant le haut niveau de qualité culinaire de l'hôtel. L'un des aspects les plus sereins et agréables de mon séjour a été la plage privée, accessible aux clients de l'hôtel. Elle offrait un havre de paix, loin de l'agitation du quotidien, pour des moments de tranquillité et de détente au cœur de la beauté naturelle de Goa. .

During our stay it was found to be comfortable and satisfying. I think the staff here are very professional and dedicated to what they are doing. I would return for a stay here.

L'hôtel bénéficie d'un emplacement magnifique : juste à côté d'une vaste plage de sable blanc immaculé qui crisse sous les pieds comme de la neige – une expérience vraiment inoubliable. L'endroit est d'un calme absolu, idéal pour se détendre et se ressourcer. L'hôtel est très bien entretenu, tout est propre et impeccable. Les chambres ont également été une agréable surprise : lumineuses, propres et nettoyées quotidiennement. Nous avons été particulièrement ravis de la présence d'un masseur de pieds dans la chambre – un petit détail qui contribue grandement au confort et au bien-être. Le service est excellent : le personnel est attentionné et tout est confortable et sans souci. Les petits-déjeuners sont un atout majeur : un large choix de plats, tous délicieux, et la possibilité de commander des jus de fruits frais pressés. Un bémol : les massages et les soins au spa sont assez chers (environ 7 000 à 8 000 roubles) pour 60 minutes, nous avons donc décidé de ne pas en profiter. Il y a également une salle de sport avec un coach sur place – nous l'avons testée et nous en avons été très satisfaits. Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel m'a fait très bonne impression. Un endroit idéal pour des vacances reposantes au bord de la mer, où l'on a envie de revenir.

Nous avons séjourné au Hilton Goa Resort pour mon anniversaire, et il n'aurait pas pu être plus spécial! L'accent était en marche dans notre belle chambre décorée ballons, et un joli établissement de anniversaire qui m'a fait sentir si célébré.
La chambre est très confortable et vous avez un petit déjeuner très confortable.
