It was difficult to understand what staff were saying. They always seemed impatient even when they were trying to help. It seemed like our room was not what we booked but we did not raise it with staff as it was difficult to communicate in English. Overall poor service and there are better options

Il s'agit d'un très bon hôtel. Les chambres sont très grandes et confortables et le service est excellent. Je recommanderais certainement cet hôtel! Je n'ai pas mangé au restaurant, mais le repas de service était excellent.

Cet hôtel est très confortable pour les voyageurs qui souhaitent rester près de l'aéroport et il est très propre et moderne, le personnel est très aimable et utile , ainsi que beaucoup de restaurants locaux et d'autres petits magasins à proximité est fortement recommandé,

Veuillez envisager d'adopter l'eau potable gratuite dans un matériau en plastique jetable.
L'étiquette de la bouteille d'eau gratuite actuelle était périmée et l'étiquette était cassée dans ma chambre !!!
Et la bouteille d'eau n'a pas été changée ni remplie quotidiennement !!!
Ma chambre n° 566 (enregistrement : 8-oct-24 ~ 10-oct-24).
Je ne prends pas la photo.
J'ai hâte de voir une amélioration dans ce seul facteur.
Les autres facteurs sont excellents.

Rooms are ok but old. Booked rooms with breakfast but was told at reception we don’t have breakfast included. Had to show her our bookings in the apps.
This left a sour note to our stay. However the breakfast was really good South Indian food. Best breakfast we had throughout our 11 nites stay out in 5 hotels.

Best place to stay with family, I enjoyed it. Food was really awesome especially the barbeque. I never ever ate before outside. Nice friendly staff and great hospitality... Highly recommended. I have celebrated my birthday I didn't expected.. thanks to club Mahindra

Je suis allé à Bangalore et j'ai séjourné au Tulip Inn Koramangala pendant 2 jours. Je dois dire que le séjour a été remarquablement parfait et paisible. M. Ravi (directeur) est très humble, gentil et accommodant

IInvitéI would only recommend this hotel for short stays—definitely not for anything more than 2 nights. My 8-night experience had several issues that made it far from comfortable for a longer stay.
From the start, there were small issues that should have been easily resolved but weren’t. The chair in my room was broken and never replaced. The in-room safe was locked, and when I requested help, I was told that the previous guest had locked it. I found it strange that the hotel didn’t have a master key or a proper way to reset the safe—it’s basic hotel management.
There were also a couple of mini cockroaches spotted in the toilet. While I only saw two or three during my entire stay and the room was generally clean, it still points to a lack of proper pest control.
A major letdown was the lack of water heaters throughout the hotel. This is a basic amenity, and after checking, I found that all the neighbouring hotels do offer hot water for bathing. It’s quite disappointing and uncomfortable, especially when staying for multiple nights.
Breakfast was another area that needed improvement. It’s not a buffet or continental spread as one might expect, but rather a limited Indian breakfast menu. Even when there were only two guests, the wait time was 15–30 minutes for a simple meal. The taste was very good, though, so that deserves some credit.
Location-wise, there’s a McDonald’s and a fantastic mandi restaurant called Al Zara just a 5-minute walk away, which was a plus.
The staff are generally quiet and keep to themselves, although the receptionist usually greeted me, which was nice. However, the checkout experience really soured my impression. I had a night flight and went to the office during the day, so I checked out in the morning and asked to store my luggage. Shockingly, there was no proper storage room. I was just told to leave my luggage near the small reception counter, which felt extremely unsafe—especially since the receptionist isn’t always there. While they mentioned a CCTV was present, it’s a huge risk if something were to go wrong.
Later that evening, I came back to collect my luggage and asked for a toothbrush to freshen up before my flight. To my shock, the receptionist and housekeeping actually discussed whether they should charge me for it—even though I only requested a replacement toothbrush once during my entire 8-night stay. Thankfully, they didn’t charge in the end, but the fact that it was even up for discussion left a bad taste.
All in all, while the hotel had some good points like the food taste and room cleanliness, the lack of basic amenities, poor after-checkout hospitality, and questionable service decisions make it hard for me to recommend this place—especially for longer stays.

IInvitéLe restaurant est très confortable et le restaurant est très confortable. La chambre était grande et suffisante pour trois d'entre nous, y compris notre enfant adolescent. Tout le monde était gentil et gentil. Le spécialiste Harish nous a donné un excellent discours sur les Kodava (les peuples locaux) et sur les éléphants. Il était très bien informé et nous l'avons fait sur un bon feu qui était magnifique. Le check-in du personnel était agréable mais ils ont essayé de vendre une chambre améliorée quand nous n'avons pas vraiment besoin d'une chambre. Nous avons séjourné dans des immobiliers innombrables de Mariott dans le monde entier et c'était la première fois que quelqu'un nous a essayé de vendre une chambre mise à niveau que je me suis sentie erronée en raison de notre confort dans notre chambre réservée. Si vous voulez mettre à jour, vous devriez le faire comme complimentaire sinon ne essayez pas de voir quelque chose sur un prétexte fausse, car ils ont dit que nous ne serions peut-être pas confortables dans notre réservation existante. La chambre est très confortable et confortable. Le restaurant a également un traitement et un design de bienvenue spécial dans notre chambre.

IInvitéI have stayed there for 2 nights when visiting Bangalore.
Horel is located almost near the geographical center of the city. And while it is convenient from the trainsportation side of things, there is almost nothing to see in the near vicinity, except maybe gurudwara across the street. However, offices of the several IT-companies are in 10-minutes of walk, so this accomodation may be useful for business trip.
Hotel staff was very nice and helpful, and the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms is impecable. Also, when I was checking in, there was a nise bonus in the form of bar and spa vouchers.
Overall, I have enjoyed my stay in the property and recommend it to everyone visiting the city.
