Great service and clean. Cleanliness is my priority for choosing hotels. Though I've stayed for 1 night, I'm happy with the room. It's in a good location but I was too tired after my meetings to walk out to have drinks or shop around. Would love to come back again in my next trip.

Great location, amazing staff. The size of the rooms are extremely large . Breakfast is amazing as well. Areas to improve : there is an ironing board, however none of the electrical plug points in the room support the plug of the iron box

Good hotel at a reasonable price. The location is outside the city limits, but traffic is not heavy. Room service and restaurant prices are very high.

Amazing hotel in a central location (connected to metro Green line) with friendly staffs. Breakfast was fantastic with lot of variety and options to choose from. Staffs made a special arrangement with a cake since we celebrated our Wedding Anniversary during our stay. Only downside is the hotel seems to be understaffed which becomes visible during the peak hours especially during Check-in and Check-out times.

Il semblait que notre chambre n'était pas ce que nous réservions, mais nous n'avons pas soulevé avec le personnel, car il était difficile de communiquer en anglais. 호텔 너무 깨끗하고 모두 친절하고 욕실도 베딩도 훌륭 했어요. 여자 혼자라 좀 걱정했는데 동네는 좀 외지지만 밝은 곳에 있어서 우버 타고 다니면 전혀 문제 없었습니다! Specially thank you Chandan and Haroon ! 🥰 이 친구들이 있어서 더 든든한 숙박이 되었어요.

I had a great stay at this property, which is conveniently located right in the heart of the city. It’s just a short walk to a wide variety of food options, bars, and shopping spots. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it’s a comfortable and reasonably priced place to stay — definitely good value for the money.

I highly recommend booking a high floor room or suite, as the ulsoor lake is given its full justice from such a vantage point. The view and facilities are truly beautiful. The breakfast buffet is expansive and delicious, however the interior design gives off a cozy and comfortable yet chic vibe that puts you at ease contrary to the usual overstimulating and loud atmosphere of most breakfast buffet service. The one negative moment I had at check, as I had been trying to contact the property’s front desk for two days asking for a possible early check in, I even tried the their cool iPhone messaging feature, however all my messages went unanswered. When a friend of mine was finally able to reach the front desk they told her such a request was subjective to type of guest or room. This is certainly not the best phrasing. I was surprised that when I finally did arrive, and through out my stay the front desk was always manned by atleast 4 helpful attendants so I was a bit disappointed knowing my calls and messages went unnoticed. Perhaps there was a wedding requiring all hands on deck as it is the season. Anyway I would recommend the Conrad for anyone’s trip to Bangalore, family and business men alike.

Rooms are ok but old. Booked rooms with breakfast but was told at reception we don’t have breakfast included. Had to show her our bookings in the apps. This left a sour note to our stay. However the breakfast was really good South Indian food. Best breakfast we had throughout our 11 nites stay out in 5 hotels.
