IInvitéTracy at the front desk is amazing. Customer service that leaves such a positive feeling. She’s actually exceptional. I will always stay at that Hilton and many more once I can receive her type of service. My husband and I were quite impressed with her professionalism, kindness and commitment to ensuring we were comfortable. She’s amazing and deserves a promotion.

IInvitéCustomer service was friendly and professional and very helpful. The room was comfortable and relatively clean but the floor and carpet was not swept or vacuumed, sheets and blankets smelled like crap but looked cleaned. Restaurant was great for breakfast which was a mixed of Jamaican and American style breakfast. I did not take advantage of the pool or the gym so I can’t give a rating but overall it was a pleasure hotel. I would book this hotel again.

IInvitéOur flight was late and we got to the hotel sometime after 9 pm. when we reached the hotel, the hotel staff advised us that they had computer problems and could not check us in.
We waited over 1 hour to find out that they had given away our reservation. We tried to get something to eat while the hotel staff tried to find us another room, but the kitchen closed at 10 pm and we were very hungry. They tried to accommodate us and let us order 2 salads to go which took 30-45 mins. When we finally got our salads and we also got notice that they found us a room for the night. When we got to our room, it was very nice. They gave us the executive suite for the night which eased my dissatisfaction in their service for the night. The next day, I asked if we could stay in the Executive suite for the rest of my stay without any additional cost since they could not find us another room as i had originally booked. they agreed and my aunt and i had a great time for 1 full day. On our 3rd day when we returned back to the hotel room after being out the full day, we noticed load machine like sound coming from the room since we were on the 10th floor. Then we notice the sofa seat was wet and water on the floor. Then we noticed water coming from the ceiling running down from the ceiling down the wall and over by the living area and by the bar area. It was crazy. I had to call the front desk and report it. They sent up someone to evaluate and then when they saw it, they called the manager or engineer to take a look. It appears that work was being done on the roof and the water came down into the suite and made a mess of the furniture and floor. The engineer apologized for the inconvenience but and then left. We were left in the room with water all over the floor and unable to use the living room. We ended up having to call the front desk to have then send someone to clean up the water on the floor and on the furniture. We ended up eating in our bedrooms. When we checked out, i mentioned to the hotel staff about the inconvenience we had with the water and the staff was sympathetic but no apologies or offer to give a discount or anything. I decided i would not return to this hotel again. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone especially with the experience we had.

张张De plus, tous les aspects sont bons, rentables, surtout dans une ville comme Kingston, c'est très bon dans les cent premiers. Je suis allé à la réception et j'ai dit que la chambre était pleine. Ctrip a confirmé la chambre et a fait l'éloge de Ctrip.

WWanliwanliSitué dans un quartier très sûr du nouveau district de Kingston, l'hôtel proposait une chambre confortable, un bon petit-déjeuner et un personnel accueillant et aimable. Les activités à proximité sont limitées. Il est idéal pour les personnes véhiculées, grâce au parking disponible. Sans voiture, c'est moins pratique.

张张En Jamaïque, le service hôtelier tout compris dans le nord est correct. Le niveau de service et la notoriété des serveurs de Kingston sont relativement moyens. Les installations sont relativement récentes. L'emplacement est moyen. En fait, les capitales de nombreux pays sont assez chaotiques. Ne courez pas la nuit.
