Really happy with the stay of 9 days there with this good rates. Room is spacious for 2 and the bathroom is very comfortable with great toilet facilities. It is way better than the photos online. You can drink the tap water directly as it is from the underground natural creek of various healthy minerals even though they provide free bottled snow mountain water every day. Love the shuttle bus services provided from and to hotel on a quite frequent daily timetable easy for us to get to the ice sculpture festival at Odori, and JR station for transportation. Ice cream and coffee jelly ice cream dessert is another reason to visit. Their buffet breakfast is hearty yet delicate very delicious. Overall we have a great stay there and would recommend those travel to Sapporo.

This hotel is super convenient, the rooms are extremely clean, the minibar is well stocked, and the view overlooks the airport runway. After checkout, you can just walk straight to check in for your next flight. Perfect for anyone who doesn’t like leaving extra time for travel.

This is definitely a gem in Furano, the room is incredible but it will be better with bathtub! I was given a warm welcome by the staff, her smile was just so warm that it could melt the snow and ice outside the hotel. The hotel's onsen is fantastic according to my wife and I don't have time to visit Onsen as I spent my time with my daughter inside the kid room, very clean and spacious kid room it has. The internet speed is also blazing fast compared to other hotels in Hokkaido (Have to work while travelling). Looking at the price and the room I'm getting, it is really worth every single cent!

L' hôtel est très bien situé , mais les chambres sont extrêmement petites , n' a pas de place pour ouvrir les bagages sur le sol , la taille de la chambre est de 18 m2 , ils ne publieront jamais la taille de la chambre sur les détails de la chambre , Les photos sur la liste sont trompeuses car il montre que les chambres sont grandes mais en fait très petites , la toilette est malheureusement petite et a 40 CM pas pour monter , si vous avez une personne âgée prête à aider chaque fois que cette personne a besoin de aller à la toilette. Petit-déjeuner , j' ai essayé une fois et jamais répété comme il ne vaut pas la peine . Je suis un voyageur fréquent et je ne rédige pas normalement des commentaires mais pour cet hôtel je dois écrire pour être sûr que personne n' a le même déception que je l' ai eu quand j' ai vu la chambre . Perfect location surrounded by minimarts, restaurants and seafood markets, the main train and bus stations are just few minutes walk away. As a solo traveler, the room is spacious and comfortable enough. While there’s no daily cleaning service, only towels are provided, it’s adequate for my two-night stay. The staffs are courteous and professional. The hotel offers a beverage counter with free coffee and soda, which is a real plus!

There are some bad experiences that do not recommend this hotel: 1. The price of room will be double during the busy season. 2. The recommendation tax fee would be paid when check in. During our 8-day trip in Hokkaido, this is the only hotel that the tax should be paid before we use the room. If this normal work flow that this hotel states, highly recommended they should think about this. 3. The receptionist has bad attitude. The receptionist kept ask the details about the booked room type especially this happened we have already check in before 3 pm and back to hotel, which I believe they can check the booking information through their computer. In addition, when we did not understand the staff saying, the receptionist is impatient and not willing to explain again and slowly. And this kind of conversation happened twice with same service staff. 4. Due to the location of the hotel, it is noisy that hard to sleep. About 5 + emergency cars went through one night. 5. No service staff guide us to our seat when we have breakfast. Others does.

By far it has become my favorite hotel this year. From check in to check out, everything was just great! The staffs were so attentive, friendly and accommodating! The breakfast spread was great with tasty local specialties, the bar was really well appointed and the executive access provides happy hour drinks and snacks from 3PM (can't beat that!). I am thoroughly pampered and well fed and the bed was comfy. The only slight downside is that the AC only works on heating so the room cab easily get too warm which I was informed during check in to simply turn off the AC and then just open the window. I recommend this hotel without hesitation, and do get the executive room if you can.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, then left our luggage here while we spent a night at a hot spring hotel in Noboribetsu, before returning for another 2 nights. The front desk staff were extremely thoughtful and helpful in storing our luggage and making all the arrangements smoothly. We stayed in a triple room, which was said to be the largest available. However, for 3 people, it did feel a little bit small. Unfortunately, the breakfast restaurant was closed for upgrade for a month, so we only had the chance to enjoy it once. That was a bit of a pity.

Among the biggest room we have stay in Hokkaido but with cheap price. A bit of walk to JR station but a lot of restaurants along the way. Near to two muslim friendly restaurants as well.. very convenient..

La chambre n'était pas particulièrement spacieuse, mais elle était très propre. L'écran d'information de la télévision indiquait que le petit-déjeuner était bondé, mais il l'était même en arrivant tôt. Si vous avez des projets, il vaut donc mieux y aller dès l'ouverture, sinon cela risque de perturber vos plans. Les bains publics étaient également très agréables.
