Hôtels avec petit déjeuner à Préfecture de Nagano, Japon

J'ai séjourné plusieurs fois dans les hôtels du groupe Karuizawa Prince, dont Karuizawa Prince et cette fois Prince West. Comme l'hôtel est situé à une certaine distance de la gare, l'hôtel pouvait auparavant nous aider à transporter les bagages jusqu'au centre de service client situé près de la gare, ce qui nous a apporté beaucoup de commodité. Maintenant, le service n'est plus disponible et nous devons transporter nous-mêmes les bagages à la gare en navette et nous ne pouvons même pas stocker temporairement les bagages dans le centre de service pendant que nous pouvons visiter le point de vente ou déjeuner sans avoir à nous soucier des bagages. avant de prendre le train. Le retrait de ce service est décevant (comprenez qu'il n'est désormais accessible qu'à certains membres du club) et pas un bon accueil.

Room is slightly small but everything is very comfortable and clean. Hotel breakfast was simple yet just nice. I had a relaxing stay and was happy with the nearby convenience store and restaurants. Will choose to stay again ! Plus point with free drip bag coffee

The staff was very helpful and professional. Before our stay, I inquired about shipping our luggage to the airport, and as we checked in they had information for me for when I needed to bring my luggage down. Also, I didn't need to do any of the paperwork (as I did at Karaska Hotel in Tokyo). The staff took care of everything for me. All I had to do was pay for it. The hotel is connected to the train station via the Midori market place. From the second floor of the hotel we accessed the Midori market area where we purchased a lof of our omiyage(gifts for friends). The train station had about 4 floors of stores attached to it. We had breakfast at the train station -- a small udon stand. The location was very good and I would definitely book here again. The train station has a pedestrian bridge on the second floor that connects to the Don Quixote across the street. 2 km away is the Zenkoji Temple, where there is a shopping street and a large Buddhist temple to visit. Our room was cleaned every day and they were very conscientious and very careful. They left a note saying that any cups with liquids are left as is just in case. There was three of us sharing a room with two singles and an additional bed. The room was spacious even with three of us sharing. There was a little table with two chairs on the side.

L'hôtel se trouve à environ 10 minutes à pied de la gare JR, il est donc facile à trouver en marchant tranquillement. Il est également à distance de marche du musée d'art et du château de Matsumoto, ce qui est très pratique et reposant. La chambre était confortable et l'hôtel m'en a attribué une selon mes souhaits, ce dont je suis très reconnaissant. Le personnel de la réception était très serviable, en particulier M. Takamiya (un jeune réceptionniste qui m'a enregistré l'après-midi de mon arrivée ; je n'ai pas pu lire clairement son nom, je ne me souviens donc que vaguement de certains détails. L'hôtel mérite d'être félicité). Ce monsieur était très serviable et toujours prêt à m'aider en cas de problème ; c'était vraiment très appréciable, merci encore ! Sa présence a rendu mon séjour très agréable. Tout était parfait. Le seul regret était qu'il n'y ait plus de gaufres pour accompagner la glace, mais heureusement, j'étais déjà rassasié. Le seul point négatif était la présence de toiles d'araignée au plafond de la chambre. Le seul point négatif était le manque d'amabilité du jeune personnel du restaurant !

I love staying here. Highly recommended for everyone seeking the hotel in Matsumoto. The hotel provides more things than I expected eg, welcome drink (including beer & highballs) public bath & tab, massage chair.

We recently stayed at this newly opened hotel, which, although located quite a distance from the city, exceeded our expectations in every way. Being part of a well-known hotel chain, we were confident in the level of quality, and we’re happy to say it lived up to its reputation. One of the highlights of our stay was the onsen. It was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and provided the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted warmly with a welcome drink, which was a thoughtful and refreshing start to our stay. For families with children, this hotel goes above and beyond. There were fun and engaging activities available specifically for kids, with small prizes offered to keep them excited and entertained. This thoughtful touch really helped our children stay engaged throughout the stay, and gave us some time to relax as well. Even though the hotel is not located in the Hakuba area itself, it’s just a manageable drive away. We chose to stay here because the price was comparable to hotels in Hakuba, but with added amenities and a quieter environment. It turned out to be a great decision — we got the best of both worlds: a comfortable stay and access to skiing. We booked two rooms and requested adjoining ones with a connecting door. The hotel was able to accommodate this perfectly, which made it so much easier for our family to stay together while still having enough space. The breakfast, while somewhat limited in variety, featured fresh and high-quality local ingredients. The flavors were delicate yet satisfying, and it was clear the kitchen took pride in highlighting local produce. Service was another strong point of our stay. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. From check-in to check-out, their warm hospitality stood out. The hotel also offers ample parking, which is always a plus when traveling by car. Near the onsen area, there were vending machines for drinks and ice, as well as coin-operated washing machines. There were only three washers, which could have been an issue, but the staff managed it thoughtfully — when previous guests didn’t return promptly to pick up their laundry, the staff carefully placed their clean clothes in bags and stored them at the front desk to free up machines for others. That kind of proactive service really impressed us. Overall, this hotel provided a peaceful and convenient base for our winter trip. With clean facilities, thoughtful amenities, family-friendly features, and excellent service, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking to relax in comfort while being just a short drive away from Hakuba’s ski resorts.

Hotel Tangram provides a unforgettable experience with its exotic location next to a ski/snowboard facility, to have supreme services and the thing. I remember most except the skiing part is the onsen, the onsen provides a lovely arrange of tubs various sizes which consume of eg: cold bath tubs indoor warm tubs and an outdoor tub especially if you are lucky there might be snow raining in to the tub and you can witness a special surpirse. overall I believe coming here is a good choice and can guaranteer you a good stay.

Pour les visites en voiture, l'hôtel jusqu'à la station de ski est le plus pratique. Vous pouvez vous rendre à Hakuba, Shiga ou Karuizawa. Le trajet dure une heure. S'il y a un problème avec la météo dans une zone, changez-la pour une autre zone. Cela n'affecte en rien l'ambiance du ski. Le dîner au centre-ville est pratique, vous pouvez manger un barbecue, une fondue et sortir après avoir mangé.

Nous y avons passé cinq jours. L'emplacement est très pratique, juste en face du pont de la gare de Nagano. Il y a aussi un 7-Eleven à proximité, ce qui est très pratique. La chambre était assez grande et, même si les installations semblaient un peu vieillottes, elles fonctionnaient parfaitement. Il y avait aussi une machine à glaçons et un micro-ondes. Des serviettes propres étaient fournies tous les jours et les produits de toilette étaient également de très bonne qualité. Le seul bémol était la mauvaise qualité du signal Wi-Fi. Le rapport qualité-prix est vraiment excellent.

L’hôtel qui m’a le plus impressionné tout au long du voyage. Il se trouve à seulement quelques minutes à pied de la gare de Nagano. Il y a du café et des jus de fruits gratuits dans le hall, ainsi que de délicieux ramen gratuits le soir ! La salle est si grande, ce qui est très bien pour le Japon ! La source chaude à l'étage est géniale, surtout celle de l'extérieur. C'est tellement confortable de s'imprégner de la source chaude pendant que la neige tombe. Des glaces glacées et du Yakult sont également disponibles gratuitement en dehors de la zone des sources chaudes. Il y a un dépanneur et un café en bas de l'hôtel, et il y a une grande pharmacie à côté. Il y a de nombreux endroits où manger à la gare de Nagano, et il est très pratique de prendre le bus pour le temple Zenkoji et le sanctuaire Togakushi devant la gare ! Dans l'ensemble, cet hôtel offre un excellent rapport qualité/prix ! ! !
